Pawan’s final touches for Agnyaathavaasi

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan wrapped up the entire shoot of Agnyaathavaasi which is gearing up for Sankranthi release. Right after wrapping up the shoot, he decided to tour across Andhra Pradesh which took place last week. The actor is currently in Hyderabad and is busy wrapping up the dubbing work for Agnyaathavaasi. His work for Agnyaathavaasi will be wrapped up by this weekend and the audio event will take place on December 19th in HICC Novotel, Hyderabad.

Pawan will be busy with his political engagement from next week and will promote Agnyaathavaasi during the first week of January 2018. Trivikram directed the movie which is carrying huge expectations. Haarika and Hassine Creations are producing Agnyaathavaasi which has been announced for January 10th 2018 release. Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel are the female leads.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is all set to topple several opening day records when his much awaited film, Agnyathavasi hits the screens on January 10th in a grand way. The hype surrounding the Trivikram directional is getting bigger and bigger with each passing day and the makers are ensuring that it gets a wide release worldwide.

In particular, the overseas release for Agnyathavasi is going to be very huge given the strong pre release business it has done and the craze surrounding the combination of Pawan and Trivikram. LA Telugu, one of the leading players in overseas distribution, is going all out for a ‘Baahubalian’ release with a record setting location count for Agnyathavasi.

As reported earlier, the film has already set a new benchmark for Indian films by getting 209 release locations in Cinemark theatre chains. Making the release more bigger, the film is now confirmed to release in nearly 340 locations including Cinemark and AMC chain. This is by far the biggest ever release for a film in single language in the history of Indian cinema.

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 released in across 462 locations including all versions followed by Tube Light ( 339) and Dangal ( 338).

With such a huge release on cards, Agnyathavasi is all set to take the overseas box office by storm with premiers slated to commence on January 9th.

Media Watch: Sakshi completely sidelined Pawan?

Some time back there was wide debate in social media whether Sakshi Channel is insecure about Pawan Kalyan. It happened during launch of NTR-Trivikram combo movie. Pawan Kalyan was chief guest for that function and almost all print media reported the camaraderie and rapport between Pawan and NTR during the launch of the movie. Surprisingly one of the leading news papers Sakshi completely ignored Pawan’s presence. Telugu360 reported that incident and debate happened in social media. Similar thing again happened yesterday and this raised doubts whether Sakshi decided to completely sideline Pawan Kalyan even in cinema page and special editions except for any criticizing articles on Pawan Kalyan.

Yesterday Sakshi published an article with the title “Class Mass and Cash” in which performance of Tollywood in the year 2017 is analyzed. The feature photo they published included all major heroes like Chiranjeevi, NBK, Mahesh, etc. Also included heroes like Nitin, Nani, Vijay Devarakonda, Sharvanand etc. Only one person conspicuous by his absence in this photo is Pawan Kalyan. Actually Pawan did not deliver any big hit in the year 2017. If that is the reason for omitting his photo, same should have been done for Mahesh Babu also who did not deliver a hit in 2017. Usually this kind of small things need not be scrutinized. But as this is happening time and again one gets a doubt that it might not an aberration but it must be a conscious decision by Sakshi. While Pawan’s photo missing in such feature articles, any negative stories or criticism on Pawan is never missed in Sakshi.

Actually Sakshi is not the only to follow such strategies. Even Eenadu daily also did almost similar act when it omitted mentioning Dasari Narayana Rao for more than a decade. it is known news that Ramoji and Dasari did not have proper terms almost for a decade. Initially when Dasari started Udayam news paper, it directly impacted Ramoji’s business and they became business rivals. But it is actually after starting of ETV in 1995 the relation between Dasari and Ramoji really went haywire. The root cause of the issue was the tariffs in ETV for movie trailers and Dasari tried to unite Telugu film industry against ETV and urged film makers not to give any ads to ETV. ETV and Eenadu paper retaliated that movie by omitting Dasari name in their media. Even when they telecast movies directed by Dasari in ETV, they used to delete the frame that contains his name (story-screenplay-dialogue-direction Dasari Narayana Rao) . ETV did this for all his movies for almost a decade. But later Ramoji and Dasari patched up.

Now Sakshi seems to be following the same strategy. But definitely it’s a bad strategy. Because when later they talk about other media channels and other print media as “yellow journalism” definitely these kind of small things also will be revealed in the discussions and question Sakshi’s credibility too.

We have to wait and see if Sakshi continues the same strategy in future or this is also just another aberration from Sakshi.

Pawan’s Chalo re Chal tour is over and he did touch base with the issues like privatization of DCI, Fathima college students issue, Polavaram and some other issues. Reportedly, there is over 30 per cent jump in the Television Rating Point (TRP) of the news channels in last couple of weeks. This is mainly attributed to Pawan Kalyan’s tour and his speeches.

it is known news that he sprang a sudden surprise by announcing “Chalo re Chal” program. Actually no news channel predicted this mini-tour. Channels like ABN ran the stories saying Pawan is planning Pada yatra from January. Obviously they seem to got some info on Pawan planning some sort of tour and they added their own analysis and aired a story predicting a padayatra. Even other channels followed with similar news but Pawan proved them wrong by announcing mini tour. Even though he proved the news channels wrong, they seem to be actually happy as we could see these channels cashing on Pawan’s mania like never before.

It seems, a popular news channel alone has witnessed more than 30% hike in the TRP compared to previous week’s TRP. Not just his tours and speeches but also the big debates happening on the channel got more viewership on these days. Interestingly, both the positive and negative programs on Pawan Kalyan received huge viewership and there by increasing TRPs of the channels.

Usually TRP ratings could be equated with number of people evincing interest in a particular topic or person. But in case of Janasena we have to wait and see whether this interest will be turned into votes or other political benefits or not !!

Tamil young music sensation Anirudh Ravichander is making his debut as composer with Agnyaathavaasi. He has been extremely delighted with the response he has been receiving in Tollywood.

Delighted with the hospitality and the respect from the team of Agnyaathavaasi, Anirudh decided to compose a special promotional song for the film. The shoot of the song is currently underway and it will be unveiled soon. This will be Anirudh’s tribute to Pawan Kalyan. Pawan Kalyan forays into working class

Jana Sena party president Pawan Kalyan is upping the ante by taking an independent line on issues affecting common people, particularly the working class. That’s the impression one gets when he started taking interest in an agitation launched by workers of the Vizag-based Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCIL).

Nearly 1500 workers of the public sector unit have been agitating for more than a week objecting to the Central government’s plan to sell off its majority stake in the corporation. The workers fear, once the company goes into private hands, many of them may lose jobs and its headquarters may be shifted to Mumbai. They feel that the state government is not exerting enough pressure on the Centre to stop privatisation and whoever takes up the cudgels for them are being invited with open hands.

Pawan who has been trying to project himself as a mass leader has assured them he would write a letter to the Centre against its move. He has even dissuaded the agitating workers from going on an indefinite hunger strike. His ready-to-step-in attitude has got him many admirers.

The rebel star’s foray into working classes’ problems is a sign that he is crafting his strategies carefully to face the election battle in 2019.

Why Pawan looking backward instead of forward?

Pawan’s latest meetings and his speeches are leading to big debates in TV channels everyday. There is lot of coverage for his programs in electronic media. Pawan also able to deliver speeches that could not be ignored – whether you agree with his view point or not. But one thing that surprised everyone is his repeatedly mentioned statements on Chiranjeevi’s erstwhile PRP and the people associated with that party.

Pawan stated, he wont spare any one who back-stabbed his brother Chiranjeevi. He went even further and clearly named the people like Parakala Prabhakar and spoke about him. Pawan made sort of shocking comments on Prabhakar by reminding the acts he did while leaving PRP. Also he tried to embarrass Prabhakar by asking what he did to AP state despite his wife being minister in Modi’s cabinet. Also, he told, he still clearly remembers all those who back-stabbed PRP and added will teach them a lesson when time arrives. He also added, Radha Krishna sometime back wrote an article in his paper in which he attempted to confine Pawan to Kapu community and project him as Kapu leader. Pawan(indirectly) warned Radha Krishna not to repeat such things and if such things repeated, he will reveal the statistics of how many people belonging to same caste are working in his institution.

Though these kind of statements bring lot of cheer and enthusiasm to Cadre (or let’s say fans), this will ultimately do more harm than good to PK(Pawan Kalyan). Because people expect Janasena to do clean politics that PK has been promising. Clean politics does not only mean politics without influence of money and without corruption. It also means, politics without personal vendetta. By saying “We will not spare those backstabbers”, PK is indirectly hinting that he will also do vendetta politics that some seasonal politicians usually do. PK should earn people’s trust by assuring them good future and showing them his vision. By openly revealing his agenda of taking revenge he will not earn any single NEW vote. If there are some who still sympathize with PRP, anyway most of them are expected to support Janasena as at this moment Janasena seems to be doing “little” better than PRP. PK should work to win the trust of people by revealing his manifesto or his plans for betterment of people lives. He has to look forward , not backward.

BUT still, what could be the reason for PK doing such retrospection in front of the audience and taking vow to revenge on them. Is it just a tongue-in-cheek moment which PK may realize later or is it a strategic and intentional move by PK. Difficult to answer. But in case it is intentional move, the reason could be this – PK wants to avoid being a soft target. When one enters into politics, anyone and everyone can criticize him because he is in public life. Also that is not avoidable because most of the opponent party people will ALWAYS criticize irrespective of what he is doing. But, as it was seen in case of Chiranjeevi, in addition to those serious political players, almost everyone criticized Chiranjeevi and that revealed to the people how helpless is megastar off-screen. So PK wants to avoid being a soft target and by repeatedly saying “wont spare” statements, he is actually giving prior warnings to Dick and Harry who just want to give it a try and throw a pebble or two on his party. This could be the reason – if PK has delivered all these statements purposefully.

However, one thing needs to be remembered. Though taking decisions in current based on the injustice meted out in the flashback to protagonist or his family is still the most successful point in popular cinema, emulating such popular cinematic points wont fetch popular votes. Hope PK would realize this soon!!!

After making sensational comments on YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy in yesterday’s meet, Pawan Kalyan has now given a strong counter to ABN Chairman Radha Krishna in a public meeting held at Rajahmundry on Thursday. It is a well-known fact that during Land Pooling when Pawan Kalyan met farmers in Tullur village, ABN Chairman RK said that the youth, who came over there in support of Pawan Kalyan belongs to his caste and he always has them for every meeting.

Now, giving a counter to it, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan said, “I met people in various places like Karimnagar, Warangal, Ballari, and Raichur, where no one belongs to my caste and how can he get into conclusion that I work for one particular caste. I don’t have caste feeling and I am here to serve every section of the society.”

Pawan also warned him, that he is not a good person like Chiranjeevi and if they try to manipulate the news, then he is not going to spare them and will come with the list of people, who employed by them in their organization and belongs to their caste. Well, we have to wait and see how Radha Krishna reacts to it.

Agnyaathavaasi audio launch date

Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi is one of the highly awaited films this season. Directed by hit filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas, the film has happening beauties Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emanuel as the female leads. The film’s shoot has been wrapped up and the post production activities are in full swing at present.

The film’s audio launch event was initially supposed to be held on Dec 14/15. But, Hyderabad police refused to give permission till Dec 19 due to the ongoing Telugu Mahasabhalu. Now, the makers have decided to organise the audio event on December 21st in a grand style. The venue for the event is yet to be finalized. The first single Bhaitakochi Chusthe received a superb response from music lovers and increased the buzz on the full album. Anirudh Ravichander composed the tunes.

The second single Gaali Vaaluga is going to be unveiled next Monday followed by surprise teaser or video snippet of the film before audio event.

The film is slated to hit the screens on January 10,2018.

Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan has lent his support to the employees who are agitating against the privatization of Dredging Corporation of India, on Wednesday. He also expressed his solidarity for the family members of DCI employee Venkatesh, who died due to fear of losing his job. Pawan Kalyan demanded the government and union ministers announce an ex gratia to his family members.

Addressing the gathering, he questioned that DCI never been part of any financial scams and why the government is planning to make it privatized. Janasena Chief shared that he supported TDP and BJP in last elections hoping that they will definitely help the people, but if they are not doing so, then he is always there to question and ready to fight against them.

He warned BJP government that if they won’t stop the privatization of DCI, then the downfall of BJP in Vishakhapatnam will start soon.

On this occasion, he made it clear to the public, that he didn’t want to have any position in the assembly or parliament to solve these issues and never wants to become Chief Minister. “I am always a servant to the public and every politician should start believing, that there is no need to hold any power to solve public issues.”

When the people started shouting ‘CM, CM’, he confessed that to become CM, one should have a lot of experience, as it is not just a position, but a huge responsibility. “Not just CM, one needs to have experienced even to become MLA or MP. It’s not about the power, but the love and responsibility that one has towards the people.”

Pawan even targeted YSRCP President Jagan Mohan Reddy and made some sensational comments on them.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan suddenly sprang a surprise by announcing his tour from Wednesday. From today, he will be visiting bereaved families of youngsters Venkatesh and Murali who committed suicides recently. But what are the reasons for this sudden decision? He made a series of tweets. if we read between the lines correctly, we understand one of his clever ploy. What’s that? Read on…

Pawan will visit family of Venkatesh, an employee of DCI who killed himself in protest to the privatization plans of the NDA government. In September, anxious employees of Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) approached Pawan Kalyan regarding the issue of the privatization of the public-sector firm despite running in profits. They explained him details about the profits and the privatization proposal which will impact 1600 employees. Then Pawan Kalyan stated that both center and state has to solve public problems. That time, he also added if such a problem occurs in Tamil Nadu, the state government would back the employees and asked as to why the government in Andhra Pradesh is not taking stand. But despite the protest by DCI employees and support of Janasena, one employee lost the life, which seemed to have perturbed Pawan and that is the main reason for this sudden decision. This issue has already been in Pawan as well as political parties’ notice but still the issue was not resolved and the unfortunate incident happened. This is the main reason for the sudden decision.

While Venkatesh’s sudden demise is the main reason, same time Murali’s demise during the same time also is causing lot of concern among the people of Telangana and Pawan wanted to address the issues of both the states and doesn’t want to confine himself to AP. Murali is from Osmania university and he committed suicide recently. “I am deeply sympathetic to Murali’s family. But I am unable to visit their family because of the police restrictions. Murali’s brother spoke to me and his grieving made me very sad.”Pawan Kalyan said. Janasena representatives also added in this regard that Pawan doesn’t want to brand himself as someone who doesn’t care problems of Telangana people.

Ever since Jagan’s padayatra started, political circles have been asking when Janasenani would start his tour and when he will plunge into full-fledged politics. So Pawan Kalyan has announced his future plans regarding the same now. He announced that he has decided to tour the Telugu states in 3 phases. The first phase – for study and awareness of the issues, second phase- to remind of government responsibility in tackling these issues and the third phase- to fight against the government if the issues not resolved. What we can read between the lines of this statement? In fact a lot. By saying he will do the tours in “phases” , he strategically made it clear that he will not take up any single-prolonged-strenuous tours like “pada yatra of 6 months” (which Jagan is currently taking) or “tour of 2000+ km (which CBN did before 2014)” any soon. He is actually splitting the state tour into different phases and his yatras will be in reasonably spaced out durations.

On this occasion, Pawan quoted Mahakavi Guntur Shesendra Sharma -“The wealth of a country is not minerals – not rivers – not forests … it is young people with dreams. They are the future of our country. ” He released “chalo re chalo song” created by Janasana. His statements from today are expected to give

some hints on the direction in which his political journey will move.

PK to embark on political tour with ‘Chalo Re Chalo Re Chal’ slogan

Actor and social activist Pawan Kalyan, who is all set to join full time politics through Janasena party, has officially announced a three phase tour in Telugu states with a slogan Chalo Re Chalo Re Chal, which is inspired from one of his popular songs.

In a barrage of Tweets, Pawan Kalyan has made it clear that he is set out to fight against the injustice rendered to several victims in various issues caused due to the negligence and the laxity of the government. Pawan will kickstart his three phase tour from tomorrow in Visakhapatnam, in which he will meet the family of Venkatesh, an employee of DCI who killed himself in protest to the privatisation plans of the government.

Pawan also set out a three step ultimatum to the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh. The Janasena leader said that he will first travel across the state to take cognizance of the problems faced by the people. In his second step, he will caution the government to take swift action on the issues. And, the final step is to stage a huge protest against the government until it resolves the issues.

Pawan Kalyan expressed deep condolences to the families which lost their kith and kin due to the boat tragedy in Krishna river and said that the ruling party is solely responsible for the incident. He also rued on the fact that youngsters in both the Telugu states are unhappy and said it is a worrying sign to the county. He also promised to fight for the justice of students in Osmania University, Fathima Medical college and IIT Basara.

Pawan released an audio song Chalo Re Chalo Re Chal which is aimed to inspire the younger generation.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Agnyaathavaasi is getting ready to take a sensational opening worldwide on Jan 10, 2018. The Trivikram directional is carrying unprecedented buzz in trade circles and the pre release business is setting new benchmarks in the history of Tollywood. As a lot of hype and hysteria is surrounding the film, the makers are planning a massive release in overseas.

‘LA Telugu’, one of the leading distributors in overseas market, bagged Agnyaathavaasi for a stunning price and they are going all out to release the film in record number of screens in US. As reported yesterday, the film will release in 209 Cinemark locations alone, the biggest ever release for an Indian cinema.

The premier shows tickets are priced at $ 25 for adults and $20 for kids. On regular days, the tickets prices will be $ 17 and $ 14 for adults and kids respectively. The advance bookings will open on December 15th.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, who is fast finishing his 25th film Agnatavaasi in Trivikram’s direction, is likely to kick start his next project in early 2018 and quickly wrap it up as he is going to commence his full length political career very soon. As reported earlier, Pawan Kalyan has agreed to team up with Santosh Srinivas for a cop drama which will be on the lines of Tamil film Theri. Also, Pawan gave nod to Tamil director RT Neason for Vedhalam remake.

While Mythri Movie Makers are going to back Santosh Srinivas’ project, noted producer AM Ratnam will be bankrolling Neason’s film. However, there is no official word on which project will be the immediate next one after Agnatavaasi.

Mythri makers are confident that Pawan will commence shooting for their project after wrapping up the current film. On the other side, AM Ratnam marketed his latest film Oxygen assuring distributors that Pawan’s film after Agnatavaasi will be under his banner.

So, both Mythri Movie Makers and AM Ratnam are claiming that Pawan’s next project will be under their respective banners. But, there is no clarity on which film will go on floors first. We have to wait for an official confirmation in this regard.

Four days of patch work is pending for Agnyaathavaasi with which the entire shoot of the film will be wrapped up. Pawan is keen on wrapping it up by the end of next week.

Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel are the female leads in Agnyaathavaasi and they wrapped up dubbing for their roles. The audio of Agnyaathavaasi will be unveiled during the mid of December and the makers are keen on releasing the film on January 10th 2018 during Sankranthi. Pawan Kalyan will be switching to active politics right after wrapping up Agnyaathavaasi.

Pawan will not reap benefits says MP JC Diwakar Reddy

“Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan had earned enough money through movies. Pawan will not reap crop by just sowing seeds,” TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy claimed. He was talking to media and spoke about several things – on Pawan, on Chiranjeevi and on TDP.

The MP post has no value nowadays. No one would bother to even greet an MP, he remarked. He further added, Rajya Sabha MP and megastar Chiranjeevi had committed a big mistake by merging his party Praja Rajyam with the Congress.

He also revealed that he is not interested in contesting in Lok Sabha elections anymore. Instead, he would field his son for the MP seat from Anantapur next time if TDP chief and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu gives his nod.

Anyway, JC Diwakar Reddy’s comments were discussed among political circles as he is daring enough to give bold statements and his statements will have some underlying truth.
