It is just a few hours before the election results are out. Even though TRS has been saying they will win 100 seats since beginning, now they are also tensed over final result. Though national surveys predicted TRS win, Lagadapati’s predictions gave a blow to TRS. With this, there have been speculations about possible Hung assembly in Telangana.
BJP leaders wanted to utilize this opportunity and put forward a proposal that they will support TRS if it keeps away MIM party at bay. BJP Telangana president Lakshman gave a statement regarding this but added a disclaimer that party high command will take final decision. Other BJP leaders like Purandhareswari, and others also open to idea of joining hands with TRS but the only condition is to ditch MIM.
However, TRS unequivocally denied this proposal saying they will form the government on its own. TRS MLC Bhanu Prasad said in a statement that TRS will cross magic number on its own and will not need the support of either BJP or MIM.
Anyway with just few hours left for the final results, all leaders are eagerly waiting to know their fate. By 10 am tomorrow, trend may emerge clearly.
