AP Home Minister Mekathoti Sucharita openly defended religious conversions going on right in the vicinity of the Hindu temples. She asked Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan to explain how it is constitutionally wrong to convert those willing to change their faith. Her comments triggered a fresh controversy on the very caste status of all the SC, ST Ministers and MLAs and also those categories government officials who openly support CM Jagan Reddy.
Political circles are wondering how Sucharita could boldly and publicly defend conversions when she herself gave an election affidavit saying that she was a Hindu dalit. Only because of this affidavit, she could get elected from Prathipadu SC reserved MLA seat. Already, Tadikonda MLA Vundavalli Sridevi got stuck in an Election Commission of India probe into her alleged false affidavit on her Hindu dalit status. Because of the YCP woman MLAs, new controversies are coming up on the whole issue of the actual Hindu dalits not getting the reservation benefits. In recent days, videos are circulating that some Christian organisations are illegally entering Durga temple surroundings to carry on their religious propaganda. Pawan comments on this provoked Sucharita who is getting stuck in a complication just like MLA Sridevi.
Is she a minister or Christianity conversions committee member… for each joining n each Christianity conversion how much amount you are getting Sucharita… hopefully for a kapu or BC joiner nearly 1 lakh n Brahmin joiner the rate is around 3 lakhs. Wow great… monthly 100 members if she joined on an average she is pocketing crores… and those converted people should promise that they will vote only to ysrcp 🙏🏻 God pls save AP people

This govt. In AP should be dismissed because of communalism and dishonesty in terms of caste and religion and mass conversion programmes it is conducting by honor by crook.
With the rate of conversions happening in AP, it will not be far when AP people, maximum being non Hindus will refuse to yield to Delhi on any matter and later would want to secede. Sad, but it serves Hindutva and Modi Bhakts right for bringing the state to that level just for their jealousy against CBN.
