Vikram’s most awaited sequel Launched

Chiyaan Vikram desperately needs a hit as none of his films in the recent years ended up as hits. Though the actor has been surprising the audience with his outstanding performance, his films could not get decent commercial figures on board. He recently wrapped up the shoot of his next film Sketch which has been announced for November release. The actor revealed that he will be the part of Saamy 2, the sequel for his super hit film Saamy that released in 2003.

The regular shoot of Saamy 2 started in Chennai today on the auspicious day of Dussehra. Hari is directing this action entertainer and Keerthy Suresh will play the female lead. Young music sensation Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for Saamy 2. The first schedule will be wrapped up in Chennai after which Saamy 2 movie unit will shift to North India for a massive schedule.

Keerthi Suresh officially signs yet another biggie

Happening beauty Keerthi Suresh’s career is going great guns. She is one of the most sought after actresses down South at present. Currently busy with Trivikram – Pawan Kalyan project and Suriya’s upcoming film, the Nenu Shailaja star will soon commence shooting for the prestigious biopic of yesteryear actress Savitri.

According to the latest update, the Mallu girl has signed the dotted line to play one of the female leads in Tamil star Vikram’s much awaited sequel Saamy 2 which will be helmed by Singam fame Hari. The makers have approached Keerthi a couple of months ago and she sounded optimistic about her role. Now, she has adjusted her packed schedule and allotted dates for the project. Saamy 2 also stars Trisha Krishnan in a crucial role. .The regular shooting of this actioner will roll out from July. Harris Jayraj will render the soundtrack for the film.

Keerthi Suresh will join the sets once she wraps up Pawan’s flick.

One actor who never ceases to experiment with different genres despite not getting desired results is Tamil star Vikram. After traversing different roles over the years, the talented actor is now playing a stylish spying agent in his forthcoming film Dhruva Natachathiram.

On the eve of his birthday ( April 17th), a stylish one minute teaser studded with shots of Vikram sporting a salt and pepper look has been unveiled by the makers. Vikram’s striking makeover and his age defying looks in the teaser are creating ripples among the viewers and the teaser is going viral in social media. The thumping background score given by Harris Jayraj uplifts the zeal of watching the teaser. Tipped to be a spy thriller, Dhruva Natachathiram has Ritu Varma as the female lead.

Gautham Menon is the director and Escape Artists Motion Pictures is producing the film. The principal shooting is progressing at a brisk pace at present.

Nayanatara to team up with talented actor for the first time

Nayanatara, one of the leading heroines down south, is riding a success wave in Tamil with back to back hits in 2015. She is currently busy with a bunch of upcoming films and recently gave nod to Victory Venkatesh’s next film.

The latest update reveals that Nayanatara will soon team up with talented South Indian actor Vikram for an actioner. To be directed by Anand Shankar, the film is tipped to be a cop drama and Vikram will don khaki in the film. This will be the first time both Vikram and Nayanatara are going to share the screen space.

The regular shooting will flag off year early next year and Shibu Thameens will pool in money for the film.
