The Tollywood producers have stepped out with a counter attack against the Unions who raised their voice on bringing a 30 percent hike. The producers for the first time made it clear that they do not need the assistance of the Film Units to shoot for the film. They announced a talent hunt to rope in young and aspiring talent in all the crafts. This is a huge shock for the Unions who have been turning a stress for the producers in many ways. The biggest fact here is that those who are not associated with the Unions are losing opportunities.
The new platform is surely a great one to find talented and skilled workers in various crafts of cinema. All the producers are now united and they have decided to fight against the system which is completely corrupted. They have to strictly stand on their word and work collectively to curb corruption and prevent the blackmailing mafia of the Unions. This is a welcome move for Telugu cinema if this is implemented efficiently. The producers have now decided to hire local talent who are jobless and are interested to work in Telugu cinema.
Producers like TG Vishwa Prasad have raised their voice on a public note informing about the damage that is done because of the Unions. Tollywood producers have to spend more time, conduct meetings, hire efficient teams and rope in young talent who are waiting for the one big opportunity. The time has come and it has to be implemented efficiently.
