Balakrishna’s look and wig for the role of Dharma in his recent movie Ruler received poor response and the actor was badly trolled across social media. Excluding films like Simha and Legend, most of the looks from Balakrishna’s films received bad response. Balakrishna is one actor who is not much bothered about his looks. The veteran actor has been facing the heat from his makeup artists. Because of his anger, most of them are not much interested to work with the actor.

With his makeup men frequently changing, the actor’s looks are criticized. His father NTR worked with Peethambaram throughout his career. NTR even launched him as a producer. But things are completely different with Balakrishna. He himself takes the final call on the wigs as per the character. He flies to London to finalize the wig for his films. With Balakrishna showing his anger, no makeup artist or the unit members are sharing the feedback with the actor.

It’s high time for Balayya to work on his looks before he falls prey for trolls. The actor will soon start shooting for Boyapati Srinu’s film early next year.

The film is said to have a crisp runtime of 150 minutes which is decent. Tollywood top actors and directors are not ready to get the final cut less than 165 minutes these days. The makers of Ruler are extremely confident about the film.

Directed by KS Ravikumar, Ruler will present Balakrishna in a dual role. Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan are the leading ladies. The trailer impressed the masses big time and the film is releasing in over 1000 screens across the globe. Chiranthan Bhatt is the music composer and C Kalyan is the producer.

The budget of the film too went over the board due to the increase in the number of working days.

As per the update, Ruler is releasing with Rs 15 crore deficit. With theatrical and non-theatrical not fetching huge deals, the makers decided to take a risk. The film should perform exceptionally well and get overflows to recover the deficit amount post-release. KS Ravikumar directed Ruler and Vedhika, Sonal Chauhan are the leading ladies. C Kalyan is the producer of Ruler. Sai Dharam Tej’s Prati Roju Pandaage and Karthi’s Donga are releasing on the same day along with Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3.

Songs composed by Chirantan Bhatt will be released one by one. The makers have also locked December 15th as its date for the pre-release event. The event will be held in Hyderabad.

‘Ruler’ is a regular commercial movie that will showcase Balakrishna in two different shades. In the teaser, his police avatar got more prominence than the other role. Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan are the heroines. C Kalyan is producing this action drama which is directed by ‘Jai Simha’ KS Ravi Kumar.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s next film Ruler got its official launch but the regular shoot is yet to commence. Though Balayya is keen to wrap up the shoot, the final script of the film is yet to be locked. The film’s writer Paruchuri Murali and director KS Ravikumar are currently working on the final draft and the pre-production work too is in final stages.

With a bunch of films announced for Sankranthi already, Ruler will face stiff competition during the holiday season. Balakrishna is in plans to release Ruler for summer and he is not in a mad rush to wrap up the shoot in quick time. Now KS Ravikumar and his team will have ample time to work on the film so that Ruler gets a smooth release during summer. Balakrishna is also in talks for a couple of films and the announcements will be made soon.
