Anirudh Irking Jailer Team?

Anirudh Ravichandran, who is a leading music director in the south industry is leaving directors in waiting mode. He is currently composing music for more than half a dozen of movies. Shankar’s Indian 2, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo, Rajinikanth’s Jailer, AK62 and NTR30 are Anirudh’s upcoming big-budget films. With multiple big projects in his kitty, the music director is unable to finish music on committed time.

Jailer director Nelson thought of getting Jailer film tunes on time as Rajinikanth is part of the movie. But Anirudh is taking more time and even Rajinikanth personally called him for music. But to deliver some blockbuster music, any music director wants to get some settled amount of time and Anirudh is currently in that phase, taking much wanted time to give blockbuster tunes for Jailer. For now, the team of Jailer is left in waiting mode.

Rajnikanth showers praises on Chandrababu Naidu

Tamil Superstar Rajnikanth on Friday showered praises on TDP president and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The Tamil Superstar attended the birth centenary event of late N T Rama Rao, organised by the TDP in Vijayawada.

Rajnikath said that Chandrababu Naidu is a known visionary and known to many leaders in the country. He said that Naidu announced the policy of Vision 2020 way back in 1996 and made Hyderabad the destiny of the software industry.

He said that Chandrababu Naidu always dreamt of people and the state wherever he is and whatever he is. He said that the country needed leaders like Chandrababu Naidu. Being opposition leader, Chandrababu Naidu was now thinking of Vision 2047 to develop Andhra Pradesh as the number one state in the country.

Rajnikanth prayed that the Almighty would give a chance to Chandrababu Naidu to serve the people of the state once again and fulfil his dreams of Vision 2047. He said he had seen Hyderabad over the years and had witnessed its transformation from a small city to one of the best cities in the country and a global destination.

Rajnikanth also felt that a state like Andhra Pradesh needed the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu and hoped that people would realise it and give him a chance to serve them.

Chandrababu Naidu, who spoke later, said that the party is committed to the development of the people and the state as well. He said that the TDP had developed Hyderabad and would develop Andhra Pradesh too.

He demanded Bharata Ratna to be conferred on late N T Rama Rao this year marking the birth centenary of the leader. He said that the TDP would write a letter to the Central government soon asking for Bharata Ratna, the country’s highest civilian award.

Rajanikanth to Share Stage with Balakrishna ?

For the centenary year celebrations of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, Rajinikanth and Balakrishna going to share the stage along with TDP supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Balakrishna kick-started the celebrations on May 28th 2022, which extended for 365 days. After a year-long celebration, the Nandamuri family is going to celebrate the event at Poranki, Vijayawada. Rajinikanth shares a close bonding with the Nandamuri family and he recently met Chandrababu Naidu too. This relationship is bringing Rajinikanth to Poranki.

Grand arrangements are underway by the party workers and NTR family. As a respect for the great leader NTR, a special coin with Sr NTR imprinted will also be unveiled. This coin is not going to be in circulation. But will be sold as a collective by the Mint, which is being released as a commemorative coin.

Mohanlal joins Superstar’s Next

Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal is busy with a lot of films in his home language. He is one actor who signs films in other languages if he is thrilled with the assignment. There are rumors that Mohanlal may be a part of Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film Jailer. Confirming the reports, the makers confirmed the same. Nelson is the director and the shoot is happening now. Sun Pictures, the makers of Jailer shared the look of Mohanlal from the film. This is the first time, Rajinikanth and Mohanlal are sharing screen in their career.

There are reports that Mohanlal will have an extended cameo which would be an important one. Mohanlal also joined the sets of the film. Ramya Krishna plays an important role in the film and Anirudh is scoring the music. Jailer will have its release this year.

Nothing alarming in Rajinikanth’s test reports, says hospital

There is nothing alarming in the test reports of superstar Rajinikanth, Apollo Hospital said on Sunday.

“All the investigations reports have come in and there is nothing alarming in the reports. The team of doctors will evaluate him this afternoon and take a decision on his discharge,” said the latest medical bulletin issued by the hospital.

The 70-year-old was admitted to the hospital on Friday with severe fluctuations in blood pressure.

The hospital, in its bulletin on Saturday evening, had described his condition as stable and stated that a decision on his discharge from the hospital will be taken on Sunday.

Rajinikanth’s daughter is with him in the hospital. Family and treating doctors have requested all well wishers to avoid visiting the hospital.

The actor was shooting for Tamil film ‘Annaatthe’ in Hyderabad for the last 10 days.

A couple of people on the film sets had tested positive for Covid-19. Rajinikanth was tested on December 22 for Covid and he was negative. Since then he isolated himself and was monitored closely.

Though he did not have any symptoms of Covid-19, his blood pressure showed severe fluctuations and needed further evaluation for which he was admitted to the hospital.

Breaking: Superstar Rajinikanth Hospitalized

Superstar Rajinikanth resumed the shoot of his next film Annaatthe in Hyderabad and he is shooting for the film from the past ten days. The shoot of the film came to a halt after some of the crew members are tested positive for coronavirus. A rapid test was tested for Rajinikanth and the result was negative. The top actor was rushed to a private hospital in Hyderabad today after he was unwell. Apollo Hospitals released a health bulletin about his health condition.

Rajinikanth’s blood pressure showed several fluctuations and he is closely monitored by a team of expert doctors. The health bulletin said that he will continue to be monitored by the doctors till his blood pressure settles down. Apart from blood pressure and exhaustion, Rajinikanth had no other symptoms and he is stable. Wishing the veteran actor a speedy recovery. Rajinikanth is all set to make the big announcement about his political debut on December 31st.

‘Sad that Rajinikanth has not realised harmful effects of CAA’

The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) President M.K. Stalin on Thursday said it is sad that actor Rajinikanth has not realised the harmful effects of Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA).

Speaking to reporters near here Stalin said Rajinikanth should first think and research the harmful effects of CAA. It is sad that he has not realised the negative aspects of CAA and he would change his views on the law once he realises its impact.

Stalin spoke to the media after inaugurating the signature campaign against CAA at Kovalam near here.

On Wednesday Rajinikanth came out in support of CAA and added that he will be the first person to come in the support of the Muslim community if CAA affected them in anyway.

He also said that the political parties for their own self-interest and religious leaders were joining the protesters, which was wrong.

Answering reporters over his silence on the CAA, Rajinikanth said the Central government has clearly said that Indian citizens will not be affected by the Act.

He said Indian Muslims have stayed back here in their “janmabhoomi” during the partition in 1947, and how could they be sent back.

“If something like that happens, I, Rajinikanth will be the first person to voice in their support if they were affected,” he said.

Rajinikanth urged the students to get detailed information before joining any protest as any police first information report (FIR) registered against them will spoil their future.

He also told the students that if they do not do research, then the political parties will use them.

Darbar buyers stages protests: Rajinikanth in Silent Mode

Superstar Rajinikanth tested his luck during Sankranthi with Darbar and the film’s theatrical rights have been acquired for exorbitant prices all over. The film failed to impress the audience and ended up as a loss venture in Tamil Nadu along with other regions even after having a wide release during Sankranthi. It is heard that the buyers across Tamil Nadu lost close to Rs 60 crores and the producers (Lyca Productions) never responded after the release.

The distributors have been keeping their efforts to meet Superstar Rajinikanth but the actor turned unavailable. During several occasions in the past, it was Rajinikanth who stood as a support for the buyers and returned back a part from his remuneration to compensate for their losses. The production house argues that they paid a whopping amount as remuneration to Rajinikanth and they cannot compensate for the losses to the buyers.

The buyers are now worried if Rajinikanth responds about the same or ignores them like the makers of Darbar. Its high time for Rajinikanth to step out from silence and support the buyers of Darbar.

It is known news that, Rajnikant is shooting for adventurer Bear Grylls’s survival show ‘Man vs Wild’. He is the second Indian personality to be featured on the Discovery Channel programme after Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeared on the show last year in August. However, many media channels started reporting today that Rajinikanth had to cancel the shooting of this show because of the injuries suffered by Rajnikanth during this shooting. The reports made Rajini fans worry about his well being.

But Rajnikanth spoke to media at Chennai Airport and said, ” I have finished the shooting of an episode of ‘Man vs Wild’. I have not received any wounds but just scratches due to little thorns, that’s it. I am alright. ” With this statement, Rajini fans got relieved. But there were some other issues with this episode as there were some cases filed alleging that the shooting being carried out without adequate permissions.

Rajinikanth’s Kabali gets a Telugu title

Superstar Rajinikanth‘s forthcoming gangster drama Kabali is in the last leg of its shoot. The unit has been canning crucial scenes in Goa from the past few days. Majority of the film was shot in Chennai and Malaysia. Rajinikanth will be seen in dual roles in the film. He is sporting a salt and pepper look for the gangster role and the first look posters evoked a stirring response from the audience.

According to the latest update, the film has been titled as Mahadeva in Telugu. The entire shooting will be wrapped up in January and the post production work will kick start very soon. Bollywood actor Radhika Apte is playing Rajini’s wife in the film. Ranjith Pa is the director for the film. Santosh Narayanan is composing the tunes and Kalaipuli S Thanu is producing the film.

If the ongoing buzz in the Tamil media circles is to be believed, Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film in Ranjith Pa direction is titled “Kabali”. It is also heard that he will seen as a Chennai based mafia don whose name is Kabaleeshwaran. Already, the final round of casting has been done by the makers and  the movie is all set for its launch.
The latest reports reveal that the regular shooting will roll out from the 17th of September and major part of the filming will be done in Malaysia. Young actress Radhika Apte will be seen as Rajinikanth’s wife in the film which also features Prakash Raj and JD Chakravarthy in crucial roles. Young music composer Santosh Narayanan is handling the music settings. Expectations are quite high on this project as the previous two movies of Rajinikanth tanked heavily at the box office.
