But he is unable to direct his dream project Janaganamana. After crossing all the barriers, he announced Janaganamana with Vijay Deverakonda. The film was launched and the first schedule of the film too was completed. The film is now shelved after Liger ended up as a massive dud. My Home Group, the producers of Janaganamana backed out of the film.

There are a lot of speculations about the project but Puri is currently tightlipped for now. The film being his dream project, Puri decided to direct the film at any cost. There is no young or star actor available. Puri is keen to revive the film with another actor. Janaganamana is a film that needs a star as the film has to be made on a lavish budget. We have to wait to see what happens next. For now, Puri is clearing all the dues of Liger.

Charmme responds to the Rumors on Janaganamana

After Liger ended up as a massive dud, there are lot of ongoing rumors about the next collaboration of Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh titled Janaganamana. Charmme, the co-producer of Liger said that she would take a break from social media for a while and will return back soon. From the past two days, there are speculations that a big amount was wasted on Janaganamana already and the makers decided to lose the amount and shelved the film.

Charmme is back on social media and she responded about the rumors. “Rumours rumours rumours! All rumours are fake! Just focusing on the progress of 𝐏𝐂. Meanwhile, RIP rumours !!” posted Charmme. She is super confident on the comeback of Puri Jagannadh. For now, Vijay Deverakonda is focused on the shoot of Kushi. Puri will compensate the losses of Liger and he would return back to work soon.

My Home Group backs out of Janaganamana

We have revealed that Puri Jagannadh and the producers of Janaganamana are in talks about the budgets and the further plans after Liger bombed at the box-office. My Home Group is said to have spent Rs 20 crores already on the pre-production work and the first two schedules of the film. After a series of discussions, My Home Group walked out of the project as they felt that the project is not viable financially. They decided to walk out of the project. Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda will discuss about the project and it would happen if they find a producer.

Else, Puri will have to do one more project for My Home Group and this will happen at a later date. Puri Jagannadh is in Mumbai and he will return back to Hyderabad this weekend. He will meet the distributors and will refund the losses. Excluding East Godavari, he will have to repay the complete losses in AP region. Warangal Srinu lost a big amount for Nizam and Puri will return back for him. For now, there is no clarity about the next project of Puri Jagannadh.

Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh are all set to work together for the second time and the film is titled Janaganamana. The film has been launched in a grand manner in Mumbai last month and the shoot commences soon. Vijay Deverakonda is shooting for Shiva Nirvana’s romantic entertainer in Kashmir and Puri Jagannadh is finalizing the schedules. The shoot of Janaganamana will start in the first week of July. Pooja Hegde has been roped in as the leading lady and the actress signed the dotted line recently.

Pooja Hegde too allocated her dates for Janaganamana in July. The other actors and technicians are finalized currently by Puri Jagannadh. Janaganamana is a pan-Indian attempt and the film releases next year. Srikara Studios and Puri Connects are the producers. Vijay Deverakonda is keen to complete the shoot of Janaganamana by the end of March 2023. Vijay plays a soldier in this patriotic attempt.

Puri Jagannadh confirms Janaganamana

Sensational director Puri Jagannadh is busy with Vijay Deverakonda’s pan-Indian film Liger. The entire shoot of the film is wrapped up last evening. The film hits the screens in August 2022 and the post-production work is happening at a fast pace. There are strong speculations that Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh will work together once again and Puri revived his long-delayed film Janaganamana.

After the wrap of Liger, Puri released a voice message that is posted by Charmme on her social media page. “We are done with the shoot of Liger today and from today, Janaganamana” told Puri’s message.
