Syeraa Narasimha Reddy has surpassed 100 cr mark on its 13th day in the Telugu States. The film has collected 90 lakhs share on its second Monday taking 13 days total to 100.6 cr. It has dropped about 70 per cent from Sunday which is more than the normal drop. Now the film will continue to rake shares on lower-end in the weekdays and then it will be all up to the growth on coming Saturday & Sunday.

The film has continued its good run in the Telugu States and below-par run outside. “Telugu Version” of the film has now gone past Rangasthalam as it has collected 127.60 cr distributor share worldwide by the end of 12 days. So far the film has attained breakeven status only in Nizam & Uttarandhra. Ceded looks like a possibility & Nellore will come closer by the end of the run but other areas are a long shot for breakeven. The film is a complete loss venture outside the Telugu States, especially in Karnataka & the USA.

Syeraa Narasimha Reddy has a good hold on the second Friday in the Telugu States as the film has collected a distributor share of 2.10 cr. The overall drop is about 30 per cent from Thursday which is a good hold. The film has entered into safe zone for Uttarandhra distributor. Nizam distributor is expected to breakeven by Sunday. Now the film is aiming to cross 100 cr mark in the Telugu States which should possibly be done by the end of weekend or Monday.

The film will surpass rangasthalam today to emerge as All-Time Top 3 film in the Telugu States only next to the mighty Baahubali(s). Collections on the 9th day are decent with good hold in Nizam & UA where the drop is less than 50 percent. Other areas have dropped in the range of 55-60% from the 8th day which is a decent hold. Now the second weekend is going to be crucial for the film as it can put good numbers on Second Saturday & Sunday.

The film has done excellent business in Nizam on 8th day as the collections are even higher than Dasara day. Districts in Telangana (outside Twin cities) have seen excellent collections which are higher than the second day in many centres. Ticket rates except west are mostly down in Andhra Pradesh and the hold in Good. Except for Nizam & west, all centres will come down to normal rates from tomorrow onwards.

Syeraa Narasimha Reddy has ended up its first week with a worldwide distributor share of 115.50 cr. The film has done very good business in the Telugu States but that isn’t the case with outside. The film has collected about 13.50 cr share in Karnataka which is only 50% recovery so far. The numbers are not at all enough for the buying rate which is huge 27cr. Telugu Version is doing fair business but Kannada dub version should have done huge numbers for this price which isn’t happening. In overseas, the film has neared 12 cr share. Main buyer Phars Films is safe as they have sold the film country wise but the sub-distributors are going to lose. North America distributor is going to lose big time unless the film picks up from the second weekend as the ticket rates are down to normal. Coming to the own release areas like North India, Tamil Nadu & Kerala the film has done very good business in Telugu Version but the other versions are poor. There is some word of mouth for the film in these areas but that isn’t translating into numbers. Even the Tamil & Hindi versions are bleeding in Overseas.

Telugu version Worldwide share of the film is 108.50 Cr. It is all-time third-highest first-week number for a Telugu film.

This is the second-highest first-week number for any film in the Telugu States as it has beaten Saaho (74 cr) by a huge margin. The film has also gone past the lifetime shares of all the films excluding Baahubali2, Baahubali & Rangasthalam. The film might get benefited by festival leftovers today and the real test will start from tomorrow as some areas still look a long shot to breakeven.

The film is now aiming to breach 80 cr share in its first week which is achieved by only Baahubali2 so far. The film will get affected by pre festivities today.

After pulling in $ 858K haul from Tuesday premiers, which is termed as an underwhelming start from trade perspective, the period drama hold well on the first day with $ 282K combined gross from USA and Canada. The film’s total gross in North America now stands at $ 1.14 Million by the end of first day. Trade circles are expecting a solid weekend due to the positive reviews and word of mouth.

Telugu films are going through a dull phase in overseas market. Recent biggie Saaho also failed to score big in openings. SyeRaa too started off slowly due to various reasons and the weekend performance will be crucial to decide the box office range of the film in overseas. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film received rave reviews for its lavish visuals, strong emotional point and Chiranjeevi’s stellar performance. The domestic openings are stunning in all territories of Telugu states. The Hindi version failed to reach trade expectations due to heavy competition from Hrithik Roshan’s WAR.
