Rana Daggubati to produce a Bollywood Film

Rana Daggubati is on a break and he hasn’t announced his next film. The actor shares close relations with several actors and directors from Hindi cinema. As per the ongoing speculation, Rana Daggubati is keen to produce a Hindi film and it may feature Varun Dhawan in the lead role. The film is said to be an entertainer and Rana Daggubati is keen to bring Praveen Sattaru on board to direct this project. If all goes well, Rana Daggubati along with Asian Suniel will jointly bankroll the project.

Rana Daggubati will soon join the sets of Teja’s next film titled Rakshasa Raju and an official announcement is expected soon. Teja’s recent outing Ahimsa that introduced Rana’s brother Abhiram has been declared as a dud. Rana Daggubati is also focused on several web series and is in talks with several digital giants. He also will commence the shoot of the second season of Rana Naidu along with his uncle Venkatesh this year.

Some media houses reported that as in the global version, Samantha and Varun will have many intimate lip locks in the Indian version. But Samantha’s team denied the rumours. They cleared that there will be no intimate scenes between Varun and Samantha. Citadel’s Indian version is not as same as the global version, Indian Citadel will stand on its own as per reports.

Varun clarifies Kriti-Prabhas dating ‘rumour’: It was just fun

Actress Kriti Sanon has finally opened up about her dating rumours with her ‘Adipurush’ co-star Prabhas. She called it “absolutely baseless” and also schooled co-star Varun Dhawan for adding fuel to such reports.

This all began on the sets of celebrity dance show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’, when Varun spoke to filmmaker Karan Johar about names of a few eligible single women from the Hindi film industry.

Varun avoided Kriti’s name from the list and when KJo asked why, he replied: “Kriti ka naam isiliye nahi tha kyunki Kriti ka naam kisi ke dil me hai. Ek aadmi hai jo Mumbai me nahi hai, vo iss waqt shooting kar raha hai Deepika (Padukone) ke saath.”

Kriti took to Instagram to shut down the rumours.

She wrote: “It’s neither pyaar, nor PR.. our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter lead to some Howl-arious rumours.”

Kriti added: “Before some portal announces my wedding date-let me burst your bubble. The rumours are ABSOLUTELY baseless!”

She also put a ‘fake news’ sticker.

Reposting Kriti’s Instagram Story, Varun also clarified.

“Huys UI had ur fun but it’s just fun and stuff the channels have edited to have fun we took it as humour dont let ur imagination run so wild,” Varun wrote.

Varun has become the youngest actor in Indian film industry to get immortalized at Madame Tussaud, Hong Kong. Varun is going to share the same museum where big names like Mahatma Gandhi, Narendra Modi and Amitabh Bachchan wax statues are present in Madame Tussaud.

A couple of hours back Madame Tussaud team has visited the shooting location of Varun’s upcoming movie and took early 200 plus measurements to ensure a perfect wax figure of the actor. General Manager of Madame Tussaud, Hong Kong has mentioned that Varun was one of the most requested film celebrity and we are glad that he was accepted to be part of the museum. Varun’s wax statue will be unveiled by early next year revealed Madame Tussaud team.

No plans of doing Kannada film soon: Shruti Haasan

Actress Shruti Haasan on Saturday said she has no plans of signing a Kannada film in the near future.

“Clarifying that I have no plans of doing a Kannada film in the near future and have had no discussion with anyone regarding it either,” Shruti tweeted.

Last seen on screen in Rajkummar Rao-starrer “Behen Hogi Teri” and Telugu film “Katamarayudu”, Shruti hasn’t so far worked in Kannada and Malayalam cinema. She will be next seen in her father’s multilingual comedy “Sabash Naidu”.

Last week, Shruti was announced as the brand ambassador for Fossil India along with Varun Dhawan.

Varun Dhawan to remake Nani’s romantic entertainer

Of late, Bollywood actors are eyeing to remake hit Tollywood films. Recently, NTR’s Temper has been confirmed to be made in Hindi very soon. Yesterday, there were reports that Bollywood star hero Ranveer Singh is interested to act in the Hindi version of Arjun Reddy. Now, reports suggest that yet another Hindi actor is in talks to remake a recent hit Telugu film.

According to the news from reliable sources, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has been approached to reprise Nani’s role in the Hindi version of Ninnu Kori. Reportedly, popular Hindi filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has watched Ninnu Kori and was impressed very much that he is planning to remake the film in Hindi in collaboration with Kona Film Corporation and DVV Entertainment. More details about the Hindi remake will be revealed soon.

Ninnu Kori is a coming of age love story which struck the right chord with younger audience. The film has Nivedha Thomas and Adhi Pinisetty in important roles.
