EC issues notice to the YSRC on Jagan’s election

1

The Election Commission had issued notice to the YSR Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh asking clarification on Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy being elected as permanent president of the party. It may be recalled that the party plenary held on July 8 and 9, 2022 in Guntur district, had announced the election of Jagan Mohan Reddy as the party’s life-time president. The party also claimed that it had amended the party constitution to make the election.

The Election Commission said that the election of any person to any post in any party for life time is against the spirit of democracy and asked the YSR Congress to clarify this. The Election Commission said that it had sent three letters to the party seeking clarification.

However, the YSR Congress had sent a letter on September 11 along with some documents stating that the party’s constitution was amended on February 7, 2022. The YSR Congress also claimed that Jagan Mohan Reddy was elected “unanimously” at the party plenary but not as the life-time president. The party also blamed the media for its reports misrepresenting the facts.

The EC found that the YSR Congress Party’s blame on the media and wanted the party to make a public announcement at the earliest giving clarification on the election of Jagan Mohan Reddy as the party president and not as the life-time president.

It is to be seen how the YSR Congress would handle the issue as it had openly announced that it had amended the party’s constitution and elected Jagan Mohan Reddy as the life-time president.

Jagan claims tangible change in agriculture sector

1

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that the change is visible through Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) right from supply of quality seeds to sale of produce besides providing insurance cover and nine-hour free power.

Rounding up the short discussion on Agriculture and allied sectors in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly here on Wednesday, the Chief Minister said, RBKs have been the most tangible units at village level which are offering numerous services to farmers and assured that the state did not and will not collect any extra amount on metres fixed to agriculture motors and it helps in providing quality power to farmers for nine hours in daytime.

Asserting that all the promises made in the manifesto to farmers have been fulfilled, the Chief Minister said nano technology would be implemented soon and about 2,000 drones would be pressed into service for spraying the pesticides in a scientific manner.

All the welfare schemes are aimed to benefit the farmers with a landholding of less than three acres who form 87 percent and many of them are also beneficiaries of other schemes under Navaratnalu.

Taking a dig at Chandrababu Naidu, he said the Opposition leader is synonymous to drought and during the past three years all water bodies including the major rivers are brimming with water and groundwater level has swelled while agriculture produce has increased drastically.

YSR Rythu Bharosa-PM Kisan, insurance scheme, zero interest scheme, and input subsidy besides RBKs have been very useful to the farmers. In the 10,778 RBKs qualified people were working to guide the farmers and people from NITI Ayog, World Bank and FAO also have visited them to study the functioning. Lab to land, YSR Yantra Schemes, Calamity and Price Stabilisation Funds have played their role in the time of crisis, he said.

The Government is committed to the welfare of farmers and will continue its proactive role in promoting agriculture and allied sectors, he said.

Jagan justifies renaming Health University

1

Justifying the renaming of Health University, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that it was a well thought move to give due credit to Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy and he has by no means disrespect towards NTR.

Intervening during the motion on passing the Bill to rename NTR Health University to Dr YSR Health University, the Chief Minister said due credit should be given to the deserving as Dr YSR, a practicing medical doctor before joining politics, has been a pioneer in taking quality medicare to the common people with his innovative Aarogyasri besides the 108, 104 ambulance services.

Of the existing 11 medical colleges in the state, nine were functioning even before TDP was formed and remaining have come into being with the initiative of Dr YSR. Our Government is adding 17 medical colleges to give a fillip to medicare. With this 20 of the 28 medical colleges in the State are due to the efforts of YSR and his son. This itself is a credit which qualifies the renaming of the Health University, he said.

Chandrababu Naidu has no love lost for NTR as he has usurped the Party and Chief Minister post from his father-in-law which led to mental agony of the founder of the Party. While he could recommend Central Awards to the people who said with him in backstabbing NTR, Chandrababu could not recommend NTR’s name for Bharat Ratna while we have kept our promise of naming one district after NTR, he said.

The present government has further strengthened medicare and has taken steps to equip all hospitals from village clinics to district hospitals with sufficient staff and medicines while increasing the number of procedures under Aarogyasri.

Earlier, the TDP MLAs held a protest in the Assembly demanding that the government withdraw the proposal to rename the NTR University of Health Sciences. They raised slogans against the government and the chief minister for the proposal.

After repeated requests, the speaker suspended the TDP MLAs from the House and continued debate on the bill.

The Bill was later passed by voice vote.

Jagan’s move to rename NTR Health University kicks up row

1

A proposal by the Andhra Pradesh government to rename NTR Health University as YSR Health University has kicked up a row with the main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) hitting the streets to strongly oppose the move.

The State Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council witnessed ruckus on Wednesday as the TDP legislators stalled the proceedings demanding the government to drop the move.

All TDP members were suspended from the Assembly as they disrupted the proceedings. On the orders of Speaker Tammineni Seetharam, marshals physically lifted them out of the House.

As soon as the Assembly met for the day, TDP members were on their feet to lodge their protest against ‘The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Amendment) Bill 2022’.

They rushed to the well and raised slogans of ‘NTR Amar hai’ and ‘Johar NTR’. Holding placards, the agitating legislators tore papers and threw them on the Speaker.

The health university is currently named after the late TDP founder and former Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao, who was popular as NTR.

YSR Congress Party proposes to name the university after former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy who was popularly known as YSR. Incumbent Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is YSR’s son.

TDP president and former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu slammed the Jagan Mohan Reddy government for its move to change the name of the university. He said that the move shows the bankruptcy of the government.

Demanding that the name of the university should remain unchanged, Naidu vowed to strongly oppose any attempt to rechristen it.

Naidu questioned the move to rename NTR Health University that was founded in 1986. “The university was formed by NTR, how can you rename it after your father,” Naidu asked Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Naidu, who is son-in-law of NTR, told the Chief Minister that changing name of the existing institutes will not give him popularity and advised him to bring new institutes to the state.

Meanwhile, the police have beefed up security at NTR Health University in Vijayawada as large number of TDP leaders and workers were reaching there to stage a protest.

TDP leader Devineni Uma and other leaders were arrested by the police for staging protests.

It was in 1986 that NTR formed a separate health university to promote medical education in united Andhra Pradesh. After the death of NTR, then chief minister Chandrababu Naidu named the university after the late leader.

Naidu said no chief minister including Jagan’s father YSR thought of changing the name of the university.

The TDP leader said the chief minister who failed to set up a single new institute in the state during the last three-and-a-half years was changing the name of the university.

He alleged that the government took away Rs 450 crore funds of the university and did not conduct even a single convocation.

Jagan will soon be chased out of State, says Chandrababu

0

Former chief minister and TDP president, N Chandrababu Naidu, on Tuesday made it clear that if any injustice is done to the party activists in Kuppam, the whole town stands by them.

Talking to media persons at the Kuppam jail after visiting those TDP activists who were imprisoned ‘for fighting to save democracy’, Chandrababu Naidu said that for the first time in his 35-long years of political life he is coming to the jail. In fact, when injustice was done to the TDP activists, the whole Kuppam moved to the jail with a feeling that they too were subjected to similar oppression, thus sending a strong message that they will all stand by those who are facing such problems.

“Kuppam is known for peace and tranquillity and for the past 35 years the people here voted for me. Majority of the people in this Assembly segment are backward classes and they wanted me to represent them in the Legislative Assembly,” Naidu stated. The former chief minister made it clear that the law enforcement agencies should take all necessary preventive steps before his visit to the area and should supervise the law and order, he felt.

“The police are of the strong opinion that when the plunderers are looting the State, they do not expect me to visit the areas that fell victim to such robbery,” Chandrababu Naidu stated. He said that development has taken place only during the TDP regime, whether it is in Chittoor district or in the whole State and the TDP always stands by the people, whether in ruling or in Opposition.

Though certain rowdies from the ruling YSRCP deliberately tried to create some unrest during his visit, the police failed to send them out, the former chief minister felt and warned the Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, that the day is not too far when the people from all parts of the State chase him out.

When the local TDP activists questioned on Kollupalli clashes, they were attacked and cane-charged, Naidu said and clarified that he is not finding fault with all the police officials. “There are only certain elements and I have their total records with me. When the TDP comes back to power, stringent action will be initiated against such elements,” he stated.

How dare the local police officers who registered murder cases against those who fell victim to their atrocities and what crime they have committed to files cases under various Sections of IPC, he asked. The State Government is very strange that cases under SC, ST Atrocities Act have been registered against the same community, he pointed out.

Jagan claims rapid industrial growth in AP

0

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy asserted that the State has been rapidly growing in the industrial sector and achieved a growth rate of 11. 74 per cent besides topping the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) charts in the country apart from generating employment and encouraging self-employment. The Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said all this could not be seen by Chandrababu Naidu and his friendly media which has been spreading falsehood for political gains.

Rounding up the short discussion on Industries and Investments on Monday, Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the investments into the State have been growing, more than the previous government. He said that Andhra Pradesh has competed with 17 states to get the Bulk Drugs Park at Kakinada which would provide jobs to around 35,000 which costs Rs 1,000 crore. He regretted that TDP tried to play spoilsport by writing letters to the Centre to stall the project though we have taken all precautionary measures for effluent treatment.

Telangana and Maharashtra have been complaining to the Centre as they could not get the project while Chandrababu Naidu and his men have been trying to put spokes in it to disgrace the State through false propaganda, he said.

In the past three years, 99 industries have gone to steam in the State with an investment of Rs 46,280 cores providing jobs to 62,541 and about 40,000 more jobs would be generated through four Central Government PSUs that would soon be coming up. Discussions for setting up of 10 major industries are underway while four CPSUs like HPCL, ONGC and BEL.

The investments started coming in as we could give confidence and assure transparency which is why the captains of industry like Tatas, Birlas, Adanis and other big ticket companies started looking towards Andhra Pradesh and are coming to invest in the State, he said.

This apart we have promoted MSMEs by giving incentives as this sector alone provides 12 lakh jobs. We have also cleared the dues of the TDP government, he said.

The YSR Electronic Manufacturing Cluster, Mega Industrial Hub coming at Kopparthi and the Steel Plant at Jammalamadugu among others will provide jobs to locals and increase the standard of living and the State is getting the youth job-ready through skill development, he said.

He also gave data on the employment generation during the past three years which aggregates to 6.13 lakh jobs in three while it was just 34,108 during the previous government.

Jagan’s speech in Assembly on financial position is waste exercise, says Payyavula

0

Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s lengthy speech on the floor of the Assembly on the State financial position is a waste exercise, said the TDP senior leader and MLA, Payyavula Keshav on Sunday.

Talking to media persons at the party headquarters here, Keshav asked what made the ruling dispensation to forcibly send the Telugu Desam Party MLAs out of the House to deliver the speech. He believes that Jagan Mohan Reddy came to power by simply misleading the public on various issues.

“Now the Chief Minister is making every effort to take such mis propaganda to more people by utilising every possible platform,” the TDP MLA felt. Jagan Mohan Reddy will remain in history as the only Chief Minister of the State who misled the House by producing wrong figures of the budget of his own Government, he remarked.

Neither the officials have produced wrong figures to the Chief Minister nor Jagan Reddy is not aware of the factual numbers. He deliberately brought misleading numbers before the House with a strong opinion that no one is aware of the facts, Keshav felt.

The TDP leader asked as to why Jagan Mohan Reddy is not transparent if he is confident of the State’s fiscal condition. Details on the State financial position are not available nor information is available on the irrigation projects, he said.

No one knows about the revenue details on the GST nor it is available on the Government website, he pointed out. Why the Government Orders (GOs) are not being uploaded onto the website and there is absolutely no response on the TDP demand to publish a white paper on the State financial position, he maintained.

If the fiscal position is so healthy why the salaries of the government employees are not being paid on time and why there is inordinate delay in payment of dues to the retired staff members and even pensions are not being paid every month, Keshav asked. Each Cabinet Minister gives a totally contradictory statement on the financial condition of the State, he mentioned.

While the Ministers and the Government advisors have admitted that the Pension Scheme as demanded by the employees could not be implemented as the State is facing fiscal deficit, while the Chief Minister tells the Assembly that the financial condition is very healthy, he said and asked who is correct on this matter. The condition is so bad that even paracetamol tablets are not available in the government hospitals, he pointed out.

Why is the condition of the roads across the State so bad and the funds meant for daily wage earners are completely diverted, the TDP leader said. When the TDP leaders question this, they are being subjected to various kinds of harassment, he added.

Making it clear that the High Court has already clarified that the State Government does not have the right to take a decision on the capital, Keshav felt that the ruling party is only trying to push the matter till the coming elections. Though the Supreme Court has allocated time to take up the Amaravati issue, the ruling party is seeking adjournments and this clearly indicates that the YSRCP only wants to postpone the matter till the next elections, he observed.

Expressing hope that the Chief Justice of India will see to it that justice is done to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Keshav demanded that the State Government publish a white paper on the financial condition of the State.

Why Not 175 is the new slogan of YSR Congress in AP

1

The ruling YSR Congress has intensified its 2024 election campaign even before 18 months. The party has come up with a new slogan to attract the voters. The new slogan starts on September 22, when Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy visits Kuppam Assembly constituency, which is represented by TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu.

The rank and file of the YSR Congress have started scripting the new slogan on the walls of Kuppam to dress up the town for the chief minister’s visit. The activists have also put hoardings and banners all over the town with the same slogan – Why Not 175?

The chief minister had started this slogan, first at the party MLAs meeting and for the second time at the review meeting with the Kuppam constituency workers on August 4. He told the party workers that the YSR Congress had defeated the TDP for the first time in the Panchayat Raj and Municipal elections in the Kuppam constituency.

Having defeated the TDP in the local body elections, Jagan Mohan Reddy told the party workers to get ready to defeat the TDP in the Assembly elections too. In fact, he had asked them that he would make local MLA candidate Bharat as the cabinet minister after the elections. This had given greater challenge to the party workers in the constituency.

The YSR Congress is taking this slogan as a challenge, particularly after the visit of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu to the constituency last month which had witnessed violence. The activists of the two parties have openly locked horns leading to the local police book cases against the two parties.

As the chief minister is visiting the constituency, there is new enthusiasm among the party workers who have been working hard to make Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit a success. It is to be seen how this enthusiasm brings votes in 2024 fulfilling the target of 175 Assembly constituencies.

Jagan says opposition is misleading on state finances

0

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy gave a powerpoint presentation showing the facts and figures to say that the present government was performing better than the previous government.

A concerted effort is being made by Chandrababu Naidu and his friendly media to show the State in dire straits comparing it to Sri Lanka, while in reality the growth rate of Andhra Pradesh is very rosy and has been very encouraging, he said in the Assembly on Friday.

Braving Covid, the state had gone forward balancing welfare and development and State’s performance was far better than the national average, the Chief Minister said giving a graphic detail of the comparative figures on GSDP, debts, Government Guarantees and other indices to show the financial management which clearly are in favour of the State.

“The Gang of Four which follows the principle of plunder, stash and devour (dochuko, dachuko, thinuko) have started a vicious campaign to defame the government. People of the state need to know the facts that when the budget of the previous and our government is almost the same and the loans we have taken are less than Chandrababu Naidu regime, why could he not carry out the welfare schemes we are implementing,” he said.

The discussion on industries would be taken up on Monday.

Earlier Industries Minister G Amarnath said that the Opposition is trying to spoil the brand image of the State and have been writing letters to stall the industrial growth in the State. K Parthasarathi, Abbaya Choudhary and others listed out the failure of Chandrababu Naidu government and the initiatives and incentives being given by the State Government to promote industries

Jagan creating confusion among people on capital, says TDP

0

TDP MLA, Yeluri Sambasiva Rao on Thursday said that the Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, is misleading the public on the issue of the capital for the State. The YSRCP leaders are now enacting a drama in the name of decentralising the administration, Sambasiva Rao said.

Recalling the assurance given by Jagan Mohan Reddy to the people of the State that he would rebuild Amaravati which was not designed well during the TDP regime, is now retracting on it, he stated. Jagan came to power only by misleading the public and is again trying to take them for a ride, he felt.

The TDP MLA is of the firm opinion that Jagan Mohan Reddy has totally misled the State Assembly on Amaravati. For the past three years the State has no capital and the Chief Minister is now creating a sort of confusion among the people.

Is it correct to divide the State into three pieces, he asked and said that the administration is made into three pieces which the Chief Minister claims the decentralisation. Administration means the governance should be closer to the people but now the entire power is centred at one place, Sambasiva Rao said.

The ruling dispensation is committing an inexcusable crime of centralising the power in the name of decentralisation.

If Jagan Mohan Reddy has so much of affection towards Visakhapatnam, what prevented him from developing the city in the past three years, he asked. When the Amaravati farmers have undertaken a pada yatra to Arasavelli, the ruling party leaders are instigating the people of North Andhra, he observed.

“We want to remind the State Government that all the offices are functioning from the buildings constructed during the TDP regime,” Sambasiva Rao said. Amaravati has been designed as per the perfect masterplan and it was accepted by the people from all the 13 combined districts, he stated. The TDP demands that the YSRCP immediately stop making false propaganda against Amaravati.

He also said that though 75 per cent of the Polavaram project works were completed during the TDP regime, the YSRCP could not complete the remaining works. The TDP leader demanded that the State Government immediately complete the remaining works of Polavaram and also reassure the people of the State that Amaravati will remain the capital.

Jagan presses for 3 capitals, says Amaravati is only one part of AP

0

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday asserted that decentralization is the only way for all round development. He further said, ‘From setting up of village and ward secretariats to doubling the districts to 26, we have all seen the wonders of decentralization. In fact, today Andhra is leading by example because of our government’s doorstep delivery of services. Even during calamities, the welfare delivery mechanism has worked effectively because of this very reason.’

The chief minister spoke in the Assembly on the first day during the short discussion on decentralisation of governance. He said that Visakhapatnam would be developed as the capital on par with other capitals with an investment of less than Rs 10,000 crore. He further said that this investment is less than 10 per cent of the estimate of the previous government to build the perceived capital city in Amaravati.

Elaborating further, Jagan said, ‘The State, in our view, is the entire stretch of 1.62 lakh sq km and not just the 8 km stretch of Amaravati. The state consists of 3.96 crore acres and not just 50,000 acres. The state is not just about farmers in Amaravati but also about all those who are Rythu Bharosa beneficiaries.’

The Chief Minister criticised the Opposition and ‘Yellow Media’ and dubbed their hue and cry as nothing but a sham and sheer opportunism. He said, ‘This so-called protest is not for the development of SCs, STs, BCs or Minorities but to safeguard the interests of the wealthy class.’ Attacking the Opposition further, Jagan said,

‘There isn’t much of a difference between the State budget of the previous and the current government then why didn’t the previous government launch programmes like Amma Vodi, YSR Asara, Cheyutha, Rythu Bharosa and give Rs 1.65 lakh crores DBT (direct benefit transfer) under various schemes? We have been able to do this because of our sheer commitment and priority. While welfare of the weaker sections is our priority, the welfare of only a section of society is the priority of Chandrababu Naidu,’ Jagan asked.

The chief minister said, ‘the Gang of Four has been spreading false notions and wants to concentrate on development in only one region and that’s why they are writing highly biased and opinionated stories.’

Jagan Mohan Reddy said that ‘Decentralization policy has been adopted by the Government and will be implemented efficiently. I am not against any region. I am not saying I will take anything away from Amaravati but two more capitals will be added for the development of other regions too.’

AP Govt to give 5.18 lakh tabs to students, 72k smart TVs to schools

1

The Andhra Pradesh government would give 5,16,740 tabs to the students in the government schools from the next academic year. Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy had told the officials to start procurement of the quality tabs.

At a review meeting with the officials of the education department on Monday, the chief minister also told the officials to provide internet facilities to all the schools, village clinics, village secretariats and the digital libraries across the state.

The chief minister wanted the officials to provide smart TVs in every classroom, with interactive facilities. The officials told the chief minister that 72,481 smart TVs are required in the first phase and this would cost Rs 512 crore to the exchequer.

The chief minister told the officials to acquire tabs and smart TVs with quality and guarantee. He also told the officials to have regular inspections of the schools which were developed under the Nadu-Nedu programme. The chief minister also told the officials to ensure that the infrastructure provided in the schools is well-maintained.

The chief minister told the officials to ensure that the Byjus staff would interact with the students and the staff using the tabs and the Smart TVs in the classroom.

The officials informed the chief minister that the Byjus is ready for operations and would reach out to the students in the government schools with their teaching and learning material.

Though the government had provided infrastructure in the schools, they would lose their quality unless they are not properly maintained. It is to be seen how far the officials maintain the quality where the government had spent a few thousand crores of rupees under Nadu-Nedu.

Don’t spare opposition, Jagan tells his ministers

1

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy had asked his cabinet colleagues not to spare the opposition campaign against the government and the ruling party. He told them that some of the ministers were taking it easy and asserted that it would not be easy for the party to win the next elections unless the ministers break their silence.

The chief minister expressed his displeasure over some of the ministers and wondered how they were planning to win the next elections. “The Ministers are the face of the government and the party. Unless you speak, it would be difficult for the party and the government to counter the opposition campaign,” the chief minister told the ministers.

Jagan Mohan Reddy also expressed his displeasure over the inactive ministers in his cabinet. He also expressed his displeasure over some ministers whose acts are criticised by the opposition. He wanted the ministers to keep an eye on the opposition campaign and told them not to give any chance to the opposition to criticise them.

The chief minister told them that they were taken into the cabinet to lead the party to victory in the next elections. “I am giving several opportunities to the MLAs. Some of them are made ministers, while some more are given important positions. If they fail, the party will fail,” Jagan Mohan Reddy told the ministers.

Jagan’s inefficiency delaying Polavaram project works, says TDP

0

Former MLA and senior TDP leader, Dhulipala Narendra on Wednesday expressed deep concern over the inordinate delay in completing the Polavaram project works and held the inefficient administration of the Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, responsible for not completing the project.

Talking to media persons at the party headquarters, Dhulipala Narendra said that the inappropriate decisions of Jagan Mohan Reddy only added to the abnormal delay in the process of completion of the Polavaram works. “Polavaram is the lifeline of the State and the Centre has accorded national project status to it at the time of the State bifurcation,” he pointed out.

The baseless allegations made by Jagan when he was in Opposition have become a bane for the project, he felt. People’s welfare and the development of the State are on the top priority for any responsible administration. But in the case of Jagan Mohan Reddy it is totally different and Polavaram has become a victim of his self-centred political gains, Dhulipala remarked.

During Chandrababu Naidu’s regime, top priority has been accorded to Polavaram and he took every decision to see to it that the project works moved on a faster pace, he maintained. Following this, at least 71 per cent of the works were completed during Chandrababu Naidu’s rule and over Rs 7,000 cr have been spent on these works.

But after Jagan Mohan Reddy came to power he completely neglected the project and not even one per cent of the works were completed in the past three years, the former MLA said. Though the Polavaram Project Authority (PPA) has asked the Government not to change the contractor, Jagan for his personal gains transferred the contact to his close relation, he stated.

Jagan is making rounds to New Delhi only to get away from his and his close relations cases, Dhulipala Narendra said, adding that he almost surrendered before the Centre. The IIT, Chennai committee, appointed by the PPA under the directions of NITI Aayog has made it clear that the incorrect decisions and the State Government’s faulty policies are responsible for the delay in the project works, he noted. When Jagan Mohan Reddy was in Opposition he made several baseless charges against Chandrababu Naidu, he maintained.

The TDP leader said that the neighbouring States, which never dared to question the State administration, are raising the Polavaram issue now taking advantage of Jagan Mohan Reddy’s inefficiency. The YSRCP leaders looted the State hundreds of crores of rupees taking advantage of the land acquisition for Polavaram project, he said.

When someone points out the failures of the State Government, illegal cases are being foisted against such persons, he said and stated that the impatience of the State Government is because the people are openly discussing the inefficiency of the Chief Minister. Can the State Government complete the remaining works even before the completion of its present term? Dhulipala Narendra asked.
