Ram Charan finalizing casting for #Chiru152

Ram Charan is a hands-on producer. He takes care of everything related to his father’s movies. After successfully releasing ‘Sye Raa’, he is now immersed in finalizing the casting for #Chiru152. He shared a photograph with director Koratala Siva after he rushed to the director’s office to finalize the heroine and music director.

Nayanthara, Anushka or Trisha are the names that are proposed by Koratala. Trisha is tipped to be the hot favorite but they have not taken a final decision yet as remuneration, dates and commercial craze will be taken into the account before signing her.

Koratala Siva wants to work with a Bollywood music director this time. After collaborating with Devi Sri Prasad for four movies, Koratala is looking for Bollywood sound. Two big music directors from Bollywood have been shortlisted.

#Chiru152 will begin its shoot next month. Ram Charan is producing the film in association with Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainments. Thiru is handling the camera.

After proving his capacity as a producer with two films, Ram Charan is chalking out big plans for his dad Megastar Chiranjeevi. In Chiranjeevi’s second innings all his films are being produced by his son Ram Charan. ‘Khaidi No 150’ and ‘Sye Raa’ were successfully produced by Ram Charan.

But many top producers are waiting for the dates of Chiranjeevi’s next movies and even had got a nod from the megastar himself. Dil Raju, Mythri Movie Makers, and Allu Aravind have come up with some interesting proposals for the megastar but Chiru is directing them to deal with Ram Charan for the nitty-gritty.

Ram Charan who is now producing Chiranjeevi’s 152nd movie in the direction of Koratal has collaborated with producer Niranjan Reddy. It is a co-production. Dil Raju and Mythri will also have to agree to Ram Charan’s condition of co-productions. Ram Charan will be a production partner for Chiranjeevi’s all movies henceforth. Producers who agree to this condition will get the priority.

What’s going on the sets of Rajamouli’s RRR

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR is currently under shoot and the top director wanted to wrap up the entire shoot by the end of this year. Both the lead actors NTR and Ram Charan got injured during the shoot which delayed the shoot of the film by months. Ram Charan soon turned busy with the promotional activities of Syeraa and Rajamouli had to shoot the crucial portions of NTR.

Now Charan is back to the sets and Rajamouli’s team is planning packed schedules without breaks in the coming days. The shoot of RRR as of now is running late by three months. With Rajamouli needing ample time for the post-production work and with huge dose of VFX work involved, RRR will sure miss the announced release date, July 30th 2020. There are speculations that RRR may not release in 2020 which is sure a question mark for everyone including Rajamouli.

As RRR gets a pan Indian release and with a huge stake involved, the makers will find a comfortable release date once the shoot gets completed. As of now, the team is focused on wrapping up the schedules.

Ram Charan is balancing things between acting and producing films. He recently produced his father Chiranjeevi’s magnum opus Syeraa and was busy promoting the film all over. He took a long break from the shoot of SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Rajamouli kept himself busy shooting for NTR’s episodes. Now, its time for Charan to join the sets of RRR and work without breaks. Rajamouli is in plans to can all the episodes of Charan from next week without any breaks. Meanwhile, NTR will take a short break and will get back into action soon.

From the first week of November, some crucial episodes on Charan and NTR will be canned. Rajamouli is in plans to wrap up the entire shoot of the film by February 2020. Megastar Chiranjeevi during his recent interview made it clear that he would be soon working with his son Ram Charan and the film would be a multi-starrer. Ram Charan has been assigned a crucial role in Koratala Siva’s next project that got launched officially yesterday. Initially, Koratala wanted Megastar to feature in dual shades in the film which is a social drama.

But he later changed his mind and expressed the idea of Ram Charan essaying one of the roles. Telugu360 has exclusively learnt that Ram Charan will be playing the younger role of Chiranjeevi in the film and these episodes happen during the film’s flashback. Chiranjeevi was all excited about Koratala’s idea and gave his nod. Rest of things are just formal and Ram Charan heard the draft and was quite positive. Megastar Chiranjeevi is riding high on the super success of Syeraa. The actor’s next film in the direction of Koratala Siva got its official launch yesterday during Dasara. During his recent interview, Chiranjeevi said that he would be soon working with Ram Charan and a big announcement will be out soon. There are speculations that Ram Charan has been assigned a prominent role in Koratala Siva’s film.

Charan will have a full-length role in Koratala’s film. The makers are yet to make an official confirmation about the same. Dear Charan,

I maybe a stranger to you but you aren’t and certainly not the Legend who pro created you, I have been a huge fan of your Father, he has inspired me, he has emboldened my views and in many ways been a great role model for me, I have never met him, I don’t intend to meet him as well, I trust my connection with him is stronger that way and the enigma remains as mystic as I always wanted it to be.

I was very glad when I first heard KPC (Konidela Production Company) rolling out #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy with a huge star cast and Bahubalisque budget, who better than a son to understand the needs of a landmark film and cater to it with perfection, I congratulate you on successfully completing the product in the best way possible and this is conspicuous from the visuals of the songs and trailers it’s evident the technicians and Director have used every penny of yours to majestic effect, Tommorow when we see the film in theatres I’m very sure we all will be swept away with beatitude emotions that only a MEGASTAR can give us and has been giving us for the better part of last quarter century, you sure must have left no stone unturned to get the gigantic project into motion and ensuring every department gets the right resources and monetary support for this project to materialise, So far so good..

Like all big products, #SyeRaa also needed extensive and bull dozed marketing to create ripples across India, since you are releasing the film in 5 languages its a foregone conclusion that you want this film to reach wider audience and pan Indian base, a film which aims to reach pan Indian base needs blitzkrieg marketing and promotions, these days there are many who promote a hollow product as utopian product, with #SyeRaa you probably are sitting on one of the most author backed powerful product to ever come out of Tollywood after Bahubali, yet you seem to care too less to go on aggressive marketing .The juke box of this film released 32 hours before the first show of this film screens ini Kuwait, this is abominous act, there were no promotions in the North belt via various shows and press meets that usually are associated with the Bollywood market, every thing that was planned happened in last 3 days, who does that.. Who would want to have a solid product in their hand and hide it in their closet? I even paid a visit by spending my own money to Excel Entertainment office and requested them to promote #SyeRaa more aggressively, I’m sure that request must have fallen into deaf ears.

The poor promotions aside, even the advance bookings aren’t opened in majority of cities with top Multiplex partners like PVR or Inox, I understand there are negotiations that happen between a Distributor and Exhibitor over percentage and other issues but these are to be done much before, not 24 hours away from the movie release. It sends out very poor signals to everyone who is excited.

You are acting in #RRR film, I’m sure Rajamouli will make another grand spectacle and I’m also sure he will redefine the marketing blitzkrieg of Bahubali again, is it too much to expect from you even 25% of the efforts that Rajamouli puts on promoting his films?

In many of your speeches I listen to you as how passionate you are about realizing your fathers dream project and everything, where is this passion when it comes to marketing your films, as a Megastarophillic I may enjoy the film and watch it repeatedly which is what matters to me end of the day, but seeing how the world around us is moving in smart way to reach wider base and seeing that we are sitting on a majestic product but unwilling to promote it makes me really cringe, I couldn’t help but write this letter to express my dissapointment with the way this film was marketed or handled in terms of release, I truly wish no major film has to undergo this streak of. Poor promotions , nevertheless I wish you and my Megastar the very best for the film, I truly want him to win the National award for this film, he deserves it and much more.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s dream project Syeraa is getting ready for release and is the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. With just a week before release, the film landed into legal troubles. The issue between Ram Charan and Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy family members knocked the court doors and there are several speculations about the issue. Everyone had their own perspective on the issue. Telugu360 managed to dig out the facts and here we are with the real reasons why the issue could not be sorted outside the court.

The number of family members representing Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy is close to 400. Close to 30-40 family members met Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and requested them to make a film that could narrate the achievements of the freedom fighter and make them proud. They requested no compensation for the rights and they wished to be the loyal successors of Uyyalavada’s family

Some of them from the rest are not happy with this decision and they made noise in Hyderabad demanding Rs 50 crores for the rights.

Megastar and Ram Charan felt that Rs 50 crores is a huge amount as they lavishly spent for the film. They are even left puzzled about sharing some profits but they could not find the right family member who could sort out the issue and unite the entire relatives of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy.

With a bunch of groups protesting, Charan had to stay calm and go ahead with the post-production work of Syeraa.

Doravari Dastagiri Reddy, the fourth-generation heir of Uyyalavada filed a petition in the Telangana High Court and the court will reveal their decision on Monday.

Syeraa is carrying massive expectations and the film is gearing up for a wide release on October 2nd.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious film SyeRaa traces the journey of unsung freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who hailed from Kurnool land. The mammoth film budgeted at 300 Crores is set for grand release on October 2nd. As the team is busy giving finishing touches to the post production work, the descendants of Uyyalawada family from Kurnool have lodged a complaint at Jubilee hills police station on Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan.

As per the reports, 23 family members of the fifth generation Uyyalawada family are demanding 2 crores each for revealing some interesting and unknown details of the brave freedom fighter. They are reportedly demanding a total of 50 Crores for providing sources to the script of the film SyeRaa. Not long ago, they protested at Ram Charan’s office in Hyderabad to fulfill their demands as promised at the time of research for this film and also for shooting in their locations. At that time, Charan assured to pay compensation for the damaged crops during shoot, but there is no information about it.

Now, as the release date is approaching, the family members are once again proceeding legally against Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi to do justice to them. They are alleging that the team has cheated and betrayed them.

It remains to be seen if the makers of SyeRaa come out in public and settle the tussle with Uyyalawada family to avoid further problems after the film’s release.

As Jana Sena President and popular actor Pawan Kalyan turned 48 on Monday, his nephew and actor Ram Charan wished his “Babai”, whom he called his “mentor and guide”, on his birthday.

Ram Charan took to Instagram and shared a few heart-warming photographs of himself along with Pawan. In one image, the two actors are seen posing for the camera. In the other, he is seen giving a tight hug to his uncle.

Rajamouli had said that “RRR” will be a fictional story set in 1920s in the pre-Independence era and it will be based on few years in the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries — Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

Ram Charan to inaugurate V Epiq

V Epiq is named to have the biggest screen size in the country and it will be launched with Prabhas’s Saaho. Vamshi Krishna Reddy who is a partner of UV Creations is said to have invested a huge amount in the three-screen multiplex in Sullurpet. As per the update, Ram Charan will inaugurate this multiplex screen and shopping space on August 29th which also has enough space for food courts and gaming zone. With a capacity of 656 seats, the screen size is said to be 100 feet wide and 54 feet in height.

Equipped with BARCO RGB Laser projector, 4K projection and Dolby Atmos, V Epiq is said to create ripples across Nellore and Chittor districts. The other two screens will have 140 seats each and are said to be miniscreens. V Epiq is the first screen to have subwoofers under the seating. There are speculations that Prabhas too holds a decent share in this swanky multiplex space.
