Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer Virata Parvam is hitting the screens this Friday. The film directed by Venu Udugula is a social drama and is carrying good expectations. Rana and Sai Pallavi complemented each other during the recent promotional events. Rana lauded Sai Pallavi calling her ‘The Lady Superstar’ and he called her the real hero of Virata Parvam. Sai Pallavi during her speech at the pre-release event heaped praises on her co-star Rana. She called him The Torch Bearer.

Rana is on a mission and I am sure that he will make Telugu cinema bigger. I am sure that you will be a torch bearer for our industry. It is an honor to work with you Rana” told Sai Pallavi. Director Venu Udugula’s second movie Virata Parvam starring Virata Parvam celebrates its pre-release event today with Venkatesh, Ram Charan and Sukumar gracing it. The period drama film has completed all the formalities, including censor and it has got U/A certificate from censor sleuths.

151 minutes is the final runtime of the movie which is scheduled for release on 17th of this month. Length is also playing crucial role of late and the makers of Virata Parvam opted for a crisp runtime.

What’s more, censor officials have reportedly applauded the team, as they were spellbound by the heart-touching love saga. Both Sai Pallavi and Rana won good marks from the officials for their performance in the movie.

Fortunately for Virata Parvam, the movie will not have big competition for at least three weeks. So, if the movie receives positive response post release, it will emerge as a winner!

The makers of ‘Virata Parvam’ took to social media to announce that three superstars – Venkatesh, Ram Charan, and Sukumar – will attend the pre-release event at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad on June 15.

The film has completed all pre-release procedures, including the censorship process. A ‘U/A’ certificate has been given to the film whose duration has been reported to be 2 hours and 31 minutes.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas and presented by Suresh Babu of Suresh Productions, the movie has Nandita Das, Priyamani, Eeswari Rao, Nivetha Pethuraj, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Naveen Chandra in crucial roles. Suresh Bobbili has rendered the soundtracks for this film.

Rana Daggubati proved he is one of the coolest actors as he gracefully shut down a troll who made an offensive remark about his presence in the upcoming movie ‘Virata Parvam’.

Quoting an insensitive remark on the recently released poster of ‘Virata Parvam’, an online user wrote, “What, these people can’t even keep a standard in their own banner’s movies? Rana’s face is chopped off highlighting Sai Pallavi’s. Trying to sell a film by showing a heroine is perhaps Rana’s style”.

Because Rana’s family-run production house was also dragged into the situation, the Twitter user’s comment is not only irrelevant but also insensitive.

Rana handled the situation calmly and effectively, effectively shutting down the troll.

“It is considered a privilege when you choose to be humble and allow the film to gain deserved attention thanks to the heroine’s well-written role. Because it is my own banner, I am able to attempt such great things,” wrote Rana.
