RRR once again slams Jagan Reddy, says Govt is inc

0

Renegade YSRCP MP and YS Jagan’s bête noire Raghuramakrishnam Raju has once again slammed the YS Jagan government. He said the Jagan government should be ashamed of the broad-daylight murder of student Ramya Sri. Similarly, a couple, who ran a private school in Rayalseema region, had committed suicide due to the financial problems caused by Covid lockdown.

He said that these deaths show the dire situation that the state is in. He blamed Jagan Mohan Reddy’s model of governance for the poor law and order condition in the state. He quipped that the money that is being given for Amma Vodi (mother’s lap) scheme were finally finding their way into Nanna Buddi (dad’s liquor binge). He said that the private teachers were in dire straits as they are not getting their salaries. He also found fault with YS Jagan’s promotion of the government schools. What will happen to the private schools and what about all the investments that were made in the private schools, he asked.

In another sharp comment, Raghuramakrishnam Raju pointed out that Jagan’s rankings have fallen in terms of governance, policy and performance. The latest India Today report has ranked YS Jagan very low. His rating too have fallen, he pointed out. He said that the Jagan Government’s sand quarrying policy was faulty and said that every day 150 truckloads of sand is being smuggled into Telangana. While sand is being smuggled into Telangana, the local builders are finding it difficult to get sand for building houses. He said sand, which was once supplied for free, now costs almost Rs 25000 per truck. He also said that the state government is fast inching towards bankruptcy.

Will Jagan use Bobbili scion to fight Botsa in Vizianagaram?

1

Is Botsa Satyanarayana proving to be a tough nut to crack for AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy? Is he contemplating bringing back the Bobbili royal clan into the YSRCP to counter Botsa’s growing influence? Have YSRCP emissaries begun talking to the Bobbili royal scion Rao Venkata Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao?

Highly placed sources say that YS Jagan is worried over the firm grip of Botsa on Vizianagaram politics. In the last two years, he made several attempts to reduce Botsa’s influence. He even planned to send Botsa to the Rajya Sabha. But, Botsa has complete control over the Vizianagaram politics. His family members are in key posts at various levels in the district. Botsa’s rivals reportedly took this issue to the notice of YS Jagan.

Since then, Jagan has been trying to loosen Botsa’s grip, but to no avail. Also, Botsa’s sudden tours to Delhi, which supporters say are personal, are also a source of concern for YS Jagan. Botsa has also largely managed to keep his tours a secret and the news about his tours is petering out only after they are over. What he is doing and who he is meeting while in Delhi is a hot topic of discussion.

Meanwhile, Sujayakrishna Ranga Rao is said to be unhappy in the TDP. With his traditional rival Ashok Gajapathi Raju gaining an upper hand in the district politics, he is planning to go back to the YSRCP, of which he was a member once. He joined the TDP and became a minister. In 2019, he fought as a TDP candidate from Bobbili and lost to the YSRCP. So, will Bobbili royal scion be an answer to the YSRCP’s Botsa woes?

YSRCP lawmaker builds ‘temple’ to honour CM, govt schemes

1

Andhra Pradesh’s ruling YSRCP lawmaker, Biyyapu Madhusudhan Reddy has built a “temple” in honour of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at a cost of Rs 2 crore.

Madhusudhan Reddy built the temple at Rajeevnagar in Srikalahasti and named it “Navaratnala Nilayam”, a mix of welfare schemes from the Chief Minister.

He also erected a statue of the Chief Minister, as well as small monuments for government schemes such as rythu bharosa, pensions, Aarogyasri, amma vodi, fees reimbursement, house site for the poor, and others.

Madhusudhan Reddy has also set up an “offering” box which doesn’t collect money obut complaints from the general public.

For ‘prasadam’ (consecrated food), the MLA is handing out publicity material on the various welfare schemes being offered in the southern state.

Jagan worse than KCR in transparent governance!

0

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao always talk about and give lectures on offering transparent administration and governance in their respective states.

But in reality, both proved that they have utter disregard for transparency.

A transparent government keeps all government-related information in public domain except those which could impact the safety, security of people and law and order in state.

It was KCR first who stopped uploading all GOs (government orders) on Telangana government’s official website in 2015. Only insignificant GOs were uploaded.

In 2016, TRS government completely blocked GOs website. After several petitions were filed in High Court and following court orders, the TS government restored the website within few months in 2016.

But, it’s only uploading insignificant GOs like payment of mobile phone charges of officials, newspaper bills, purchasing water cans in offices etc. The GOs pertaining to land allotments, expenditure on various government programmes and functions, expenses on helicopters for visits of CM, minsiters etc, in which public money and interests are involved are not being uploaded.

But Jagan turned even worse by completely stopping uploading of all GOs.

The AP government’s GOs website has become blank from today (Tuesday) for the first time after 2008. Not a single GO, even insignificant ones were uploaded.

In fact, it’s Jagan’s father YS Rajashekar Reddy who launched this website in 2008 when he was CM of Undivided AP. All the GOs were promptly uploaded on this website until bifurcation of state in June 2014.

The TDP government in Andhra Pradesh continued this trend of uploading all GOs during CM Chandrababu Naidu’s regime from 2014 to 2019.

But the present CMs in TS and AP have made this website meaningless and exhibited themselves that they are against transparency in governance.

Only minimal changes to Jagan’s cabinet? No major reshuffle??

1

There are only two hot topics of discussion in Andhra Pradesh these days. These two topics are being discussed in the political circles, media and the general public. These two topics are – the deteriorating financial situation in the state and the cabinet reshuffle. The YSRCP activists, leaders and supporters too are intensely debating the second topic.

The reason for the heated debate is that YS Jagan had promised that there would be a complete rejig of the council of ministers after two-and-a-half years. He said the performance of every minister would be evaluated and new people would be roped in based on this evaluation. YS Jagan took oath as a CM on May 30. So, the two-and-a-half month period would be completed in three months.

Initial reports also said that two ministers from the Reddy community, three from Kapu community, all the BCs, all but one minister in the SC community would be replaced. Almost all the ST ministers would be replaced, according to these reports. But, now sources say that there would be no change of senior ministers. Even among the others, only those facing serious allegations of corruption would be replaced. Sources say that Jagan fears that there would be a major backlash and discontent if the seniors are removed. Similarly, there could be upheaval in the social groups if the existing leaders are replaced. So, the rejig could be minimal.

Sources also said that several of the existing ministers had approached YS Jagan and are said to have pleaded for some more time to prove themselves as Corona has virtually incapacitated them for most of the time. Due to corona they could not discharge their duties to their satisfaction, they said. Sources reveal that Jagan felt they had a point. That, the sources say, could emerge as the main reason for a minimalist cabinet reshuffle.

Surprise: Jagan skips ‘three capitals’ in his I-D speech!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s address to the State on the occasion of Independence Day today (Sunday) led to a heated debate in political and administrative circles.

This is because Jagan did not utter a single word about having three capitals for AP, namely Vizag, Kurnool and Amaravathi.

Jagan used to raise three capitals issue during his every I-D speech.

But for the first time, he skipped talking about three capitals in his I-D speech today fuelling debate in political circles as what could be the reason, whether it is intentional or happened just like that.

There is also a debate over whether Jagan changed his mind on three capitals in the wake of a recent report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which stated that few cities in India face the threat of submergence due to rising sea level by the end of this century.

The report stated the cities including Vizag, Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi could be nearly three feet underwater by this century-end.

Rumours are rife that Jagan took this report seriously and giving a second thought on shifting AP’s capital from Amaravathi to Vizag and for this reason he avoided talking about three capitals in his I-D speech.

AP Police relieved after CM’s Bhimavaram visit passes off eventless

0

Andhra Pradesh police at Bhimavaram in West Godavari district heaved a sigh of relief after Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit concluded without any untoward event on Saturday.

Police had some anxious moments on the eve of Reddy’s visit after an unexplained explosion took place on the outskirts of the town.

“We have taken the samples, it is a local thing (blast) from the scrap shop to ascertain how it occurred and what happened,” West Godavari superintendent of police (SP) Rahul Dev Sharma told IANS.

Sharma said police can get an understanding once the reports come as to what actually happened.

On Friday evening, a blast occurred in a scrapyard in the outskirts of the town, forcing police to run helter-skelter considering the CM’s visit in less than 24 hours.

Incidentally, a cow got injured in the blast where discarded electronic appliances were lying.

Besides this, another blast also occurred on the same Undi road when a chemical tanker was being welded without following the standard operating procedures.

“That person had not done welding properly. Without opening the vent he was welding, that’s why a lot of smoke came in and with the build-up of pressure it blew off,” said the Indian Police Service (IPS) officer.

The second blast occurred around 10.45 p.m., resulting in the tanker’s door getting blown off and falling on nearby power lines, leading to a local blackout.

Fortunately, both of the blasts were some random unexpected events which did not pose any threat to Reddy’s visit.

On Saturday morning, Reddy flew in to Bhimavaram to attend the wedding of Unguturu MLA Puppala Vasu Babu’s daughter.

He flew back to Amaravati after blessing the newly married couple.

Breaking: Megastar and Team to meet YS Jagan

1

The new ticket GO issued by the government of Andhra Pradesh turned out to be the new hurdle for Telugu cinema apart from the coronavirus pandemic. Though the theatres are asked to reopen and screen films, none of the filmmakers of medium and big-budget films are ready to release their films at this minimal ticket pricing. Several bigwigs of Telugu cinema have been trying hard to meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and discuss the revision of the ticket prices.

Megastar Chiranjeevi along with a team of celebrities of Tollywood will meet YS Jagan in the last week of August and discuss about the issue. YS Jagan granted appointment for the celebrities and this crucial meeting will decide the fate of Telugu cinema. Before this, Chiranjeevi along with the celebrities will meet to discuss the issues that should be discussed with the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The film fraternity is expecting a positive move from YS Jagan.

Jagan planning to replace 18 ministers?

1

Is YS Jagan planning to reshuffle his council of ministers during Vijayadasami festival? YSRCP insiders say, Jagan might effect changes in his cabinet during the festive season. If sources are to be believed, at least 18 of the 25 ministers would be changed. Sources say that Jagan would rejig his cabinet taking into account social and communal balance.

As many as 23 of the 25 ministers have completed two-and-a-half years. The other two ministers were appointed after Mopidevi Venkat Ramana and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose were sent to the Rajya sabha. Sources say that some of the ministers would be continued but at least 18 of them would be replaced.

There is a general dissatisfaction among the Reddy community, the community to which YS Jagan himself belongs, about being under-represented in the AP Cabinet. Key leaders like Karunakar Reddy, Roja and Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy have been omitted. Some of them are said to be unhappy about being omitted. Sources say, this has been done to ensure that there is adequate representation to SC, ST , BC and minorities.

According to YSRCP sources, Jagan may have to replace the existing ministers with leaders from the same community as that of the outgoing ministers. Thus, an SC will have to be replaced by an SC. This might still leave the Reddy community unhappy. But, that’s one calculated risk that YS Jagan may have to take. Sources say that Jagan is planning to talk to the leaders from his community to wait for some more time.

British diplomat’s praise for Vizag music for YSRCP’s ears

1

A British diplomat’s eulogy of Visakhapatnam city turned out to be music for the ears of ruling YSRCP leaders, giving a shot in the arm to Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s three capitals pet project.

Senior YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy readily embraced the British Deputy High Commissioner Andrew Fleming’s praise for Visakhapatnam to bolster the state government’s plans to make the port city the executive capital.

“The British Deputy High Commissioner praised that the executive capital Visakhapatnam is better than 100 world cities he visited,” said Reddy on Saturday.

He expressed happiness at the diplomat’s comments that the port city is favourable for investments and well suited for the southern state’s development.

According to the MP, Fleming said that he feels like returning to Vizag or Visakhapatnam again and again after visiting it just once, and added that the city is “no less than” places located in Brazil and Spain.

The Deputy High Commissioner was on a whirlwind tour of the southern state recently, visiting multiple places in and around Vijayawada, including calling on Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Fleming also met politicians and business leaders.

However, his comments on the executive capital assume significance as some sections of the media rang alarm bells on the choice of the capital, saying parts of the city face the threat of getting inundated in the future as observed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Reddy slammed these media houses “for seizing on the opportunity to allegedly spew venom” on the choice of Jagan Mohan Reddy’s executive capital city.

Fleming is not a new admirer of Vizag. Before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in February 2020, he appreciated Vizag’s roads for being some of the best in the country.

The Chief Minister has trifurcated the capital into three: Vizag as executive capital, Amaravati as legislative capital and Kurnool as judicial capital, earning the wrath of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and others.

The TDP is opposing the capital city trifurcation tooth and nail.

However, Jagan Mohan Reddy is still operating from Amaravati for the time being.

YS Jagan loses key friend in Kadapa district

1

YS Jagan’s close friend and a key player during the famed Praja Sankalpa Yatra Mandapalli Ramprasad is all set to join the TDP. Ramprasad was a key member of the YSRCP in Kadapa district and was from Rayachoti assembly constituency. He was also incharge of the logistics during the year-long yatra of YS Jagan in 2018, ahead of the assembly elections.

However, Ramprasad and MLA Gadikota Srikanth Reddy, another close associate of YS Jagan, did not see eye-to-eye on many issues. Srikanth Reddy, a two-time MLA, has been accused by many of trying to scuttle Ramprasad’s ascent in the YSRCP. Of late, Ramprasad was a disgruntled man. Recently he has announced that he has sent his resignation from the YSRCP. Sources said that he has also stopped attending party programmes for quite some time.

Recently, he met TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu. Sources say that Chandrababu Naidu not only welcomed him into the party and asked him to focus his energies on Rayachoti. He asked Ramprasad to strengthen the TDP in Rayachoti. If all goes well, Ramprasad is likely to join the TDP formally. Interestingly, Ramprasad is known to have a deep understanding of the YSRCP strategies and could be helpful for the TDP in the days to come.

Kadapa is among the four districts, where the TDP drew a blank in the 2019 assembly elections. The YSRCP had won every seat in the district. Ramprasad, who has a grasp of the YSRCP strategies might prove beneficial to the TDP in future.

Jagan’s advisors list gets longer, Jupudi appointed social justice advisor

1

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is already drawing flak not just in his state AP but entire country for resorting to the indiscriminate appointment of advisors to his government thereby wasting crores of rupees of public money.

The AP government is already reeling under severe financial crisis and is not able to pay salaries and pensions for employees in time. Even to pay salaries and pensions, the Jagan government is taking loans.

In such a critical situation, any CM is expected to take austerity measures to cut down government expenditure and put finances in order. But Jagan is different. He cares a damn about financial crisis and does whatever suits his selfish political interests.

Jagan on Wednesday (today) issued orders appointing Jupudi Prabhakar Rao as Advisor, Social Justice to AP government.

Jagan already has over 30 advisors, the highest in the country.

There is already strong criticism that these advisors are drawing salaries and emoluments worth crores of rupees every year without any work leading to wastage of huge public money since Jagan anyway does not listen to anyone’s advice and takes decisions on his own.

Like all the other advisors, Jupudi will also get the cabinet rank and a gross monthly salary of more than ₹3 lakh. Besides, he will also be paid ₹25,000 for his security. The advisors will also get ₹50,000 for the purchase of a laptop or computer, ₹3 lakh towards furniture and ₹1.5 lakh for cutlery. They will also be allotted a private secretary, a personal assistant, an additional PA, three office subordinates, and two drivers.

Looking at this, one can only pray God save AP from this gross financial mismanagement.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy sought investments in the state when British Deputy High Commissioner Andrew Fleming called on him on Tuesday at his camp office.

“The British team expressed interest in investing in health, energy, electric vehicles, agricultural technology and climate change sectors,” said an official statement.

Fleming is leading a delegation to the southern state, which includes the head of British Trade and Investment, Varun Mali.

Based in Hyderabad, the Deputy High Commissioner oversees British interests in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Jagan turned anti-Dalit after winning polls: TDP

0

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and former state minister Nakka Anand Babu on Tuesday alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has turned anti-Dalit after winning the polls.

Babu said that the YSRCP government and the state police department have suppressed the ‘Dalits Prathigatana’ rally with total contempt of the fundamental rights of the weaker sections.

“Reddy won the elections with the support of SC, ST and minority voters in 2019. But after coming to power, he has been suppressing them with an iron hand. The police have behaved in a high-handed manner by not giving permission to the Dalit Prathighatana,” he said.

The TDP leader also alleged that leaders from the SC and ST communities are not being allowed to stage democratic protests against the atrocities of the ruling party.

The opposition leader alleged that Dalit leaders were placed under house arrest when they were going to take part in the Vijayawada rally.

“Andhra Pradesh will top the list when it comes to suppression of Dalit rights. Chief Minister Jagan Reddy got the credit for bringing back the culture of tonsuring to humiliate and harass Dalits publicly,” Babu alleged.

He also demanded the state government to explain why it is allegedly slapping SC, ST atrocities cases against people from those communities.

“It is clear that Reddy is not able to tolerate if the Dalits raise their voice against atrocities and suppression of their rights. Ironically, the SC, ST voters came under unprecedented exploitation and persecution under the Reddy regime on which they had put very high hopes before the elections,” he claimed.

Babu also challenged the Chief Minister and his advisors to come for a debate on the overall development and well-being of SC, ST and minority communities.

The former minister alleged that the YSRCP regime is acting out of vengeance against all the Dalits who are questioning the government’s illegalities.

“The Constitution conferred many rights on Dalits but the Jagan Reddy rule is violating and suppressing all of them,” he alleged.

Jagan cares a damn on financial crisis, transfers Rs 192 cr to weavers!

0

The Andhra Pradesh government’s financial crisis has been hitting national headlines for the past few days.

The YSRCP government is drawing flak for financial mismanagement, taking loans over and above the permissible limits and even resorting to irregularities to secure more loans from financial institutions. The government is not in a position to pay even salaries and pensions for employees in time.

But all these are not stopping AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy from doling out cash transfer schemes to beneficiaries in the name of welfare schemes or Navaratnalu.

Jagan on Tuesday (today) transferred Rs 192.08 crore into the bank accounts of 80,032 weavers from his official residence in Tadepalli under “YSR Nethanna Nestham” scheme.

As part of this scheme, Jagan promised to transfer Rs 24,000 into the bank accounts of weavers every year.

This is the third instalment released by Jagan The first two instalments were released in 2019 and 2020. Each weaver will get Rs 1.20 lakh in five years. Each weaver has already received Rs 72,000 so far.

Jagan said despite Covid financial crisis, his government is committed to the welfare of all sections of people in AP.

Jagan government has spent Rs 576 crore on this scheme in three instalments so far.

When YS Jagan shocked bankers with his ‘weird’ suggestion….?

1

The bankers in Andhra Pradesh are said to be amazed and worried about the kind of demands that the AP Government is making. They are said to have been shocked at the kind of suggestions that the AP Government advanced. The Government wanted the banks to deposit money as matching grants so that the Centre can give its share.

Highly placed sources tracking the financial behaviour of the YSRCP government revealed that the Jagan Government held an important meeting with the bankers. During the meeting, the government told them that the Central Government’s welfare grants totalling Rs 15000 crore a year would be given only when the state government deposits Rs 12000 per year as matching grants in dedicated accounts meant for the specific schemes. Since the State Government did not have adequate revenues, it wanted the banks to deposit the amount as overdraft and then take it back once the Centre deposits its share of money.

This is unacceptable to the banks as it amounts to financial irregularity. The bank officials have reportedly rejected the proposal outright. Sources say that the Central government has brought this new procedure to check diversion of funds. It has reportedly found that the Jagan government was diverting the funds given for specific schemes and was not even releasing the mandatory matching grant. To check this, the Centre said that it would release its share of the funds only after AP deposits the matching grants. Accordingly, the Centre will deposit Rs 30000 crore for two years, only after the AP Government deposits Rs 24000 crore.  It also wanted the login details and passwords for cross verification. Unable to pay the amount, the state government is now said to be forcing the banks to deposit that amount on AP Government’s behalf.

Take measures to protect Wakf properties: Andhra CM

0

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday directed officials to take all measures to protect Wakf properties.

“Conduct a comprehensive study on Wakf lands, build compound walls around the properties and look into possibilities if they can be constructed under employment guarantee programme,” he said.

Holding a review meeting on the issue at his camp office, he instructed officials to appoint home guards for security of wakf lands.

“Take suggestions from experts to which extent they can be utilised,” he said.

The Chief Minister told officials to conduct a survey on Wakf lands along with YSR Jaganna comprehensive land survey.

Similarly, Reddy directed officials to set up a Wakf Tribunal in Kurnool.

Meanwhile, officials informed the CM that 500 acres of Wakf lands were freed from encroachments after the YSRCP came to power.

Reddy also directed officials to open new cemeteries for minorities as a priority this year and ensure honorariums are being paid to imams, and pastors on time.

Is Jagan influencing CPI through backdoor?

1

Is AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy influencing the Left parties through the backdoor? Is he using the caste card to corner the Left leaders who are critical of the YSRCP government? What’s behind a section of the party calling Chandrababu a lackey of the corporates at a time when he is not in the government?

The CPI state council held on Sunday at Vijayawada was a stormy affair. A section of the party have strongly criticised state secretary K Ramakrishna for “targeting” YSRCP and YS Jagan. They said that the continuous criticism of YS Jagan was actually painting the party as pro-Chandrababu. “Why should we look pro-Chandrababu Naidu, who is seen as a friend of the corporate,” asked several leaders belonging to a particular social group.

This group reportedly said that Jagan’s welfare schemes were actually proving beneficial to the weaker sections. They suggested that the party maintain equal distance between both the TDP and the YSRCP. This section said that the CPM was being seen as pro-Chandrababu. They said personal attack on YS Jagan was one thing and criticising his policies was another. Interestingly, the CPI leaders wanted Ramakrishna to take a leaf out of CPM, which was adopting a more ‘nuanced’ approach.

Ramakrishna tried to explain that he was working as per the guidance of the party and that Jagan was not his personal enemy. Even Narayana, the national leader of the party, tried to defend Ramakrishna. But the vocal section did not relent. The attack appeared concerted and well-planned.

Jagan behind Kadapa farmers to obstruct KCR’s Palamur-RR project?

1

After dragging Telangana state government to Supreme Court over the issue of hydel power generation at Srisailam, Nagarjunasagar and Pulichintala projects by TS Genco, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy seems to be making moves to obstruct Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s pet project, the Palamur-Rangareddy lift irrigation project over Krishna river.

KCR has recently decided to speed up this project and complete it by this year-end to meet irrigation and drinking water needs of South Telangana districts.

As per KCR’s directions, the Telangana officials have decided to hold public hearing on August 10 to get Centre’s environmental clearance for the project.

However, few farmers from Kadapa filed a petition in the National Green Tribunal all of a sudden seeking to halt public hearing.

Political circles are abuzz that AP CM YS Jagan is behind Kadapa farmers to stall Palamur project. He only asked and helped farmers in filing the petition and engaged several law experts to draft a petition strongly and put forth strong arguments before NGT against Palamur RR project.

The Kadapa farmers told NGT that Telangana government is taking up project illegally on Krishna river. They said TS government cheated by stating earlier that in the first phase they will take up works only to meet drinking water needs but in reality they have taken up works to divert 90TMCs from Srisailam dam. If that happens, they experssed concern that Rayalaseema will face severe irrigation and drinking water crisis.

TRS leaders suspect that only Kadapa farmers filing petition clearly shows that Jagan is behind them.

The NGT is expected to hear the case on Monday.
