Jana Sena leaders beaten up by YCP: Kakinada clash

1

Tensions prevailed in Kakinada town because of clashes between the Jana Sena and YCP followers. The situation deteriorated after the YCP leaders arrived with the police support and attacked Pawan Kalyan fans with rods and stones. Some Jana Sena followers were injured in the clash.

The clash was caused as the Jana Sena leaders tried to hold protests at the house of YCP MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy for his bad comments against Pawan Kalyan. The Jana Sena leaders demanded that the MLA resign from his post and stop making cheap comments.

The YCP leaders also gathered in large numbers at the MLA house. They began attacking the rival protesters. The YCP MLA has been making personal and provocative comments against Pawan ever since Senani visited Amaravati Capital City villages and supported farmers agitation.

Balayya too joins YSRCP, says AP Dy.CM

0

Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Narayana Swamy on Saturday told media that Hindupuram MLA and Film Star Mr. Nandamuri Balakrishna would also join YSRCP if the party opens doors to the TDP leaders and legislature.

Speaking to media at Tirupati, the Deputy CM said that the TDP would have only N.Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh. “If we open doors for new joining, all the MLAs and leaders are ready to shift to YSRCP. Except Chandrababu and Lokesh, no one will be existed in TDP,” he said.

When media persons asked about Balayya, the Deputy CM said, “He too joins with us if we start threatening him on the re-opening of cases filed against him earlier.” He also said that Balayya was come out from a case, related to firing on astrologer Satyanarayana earlier, with the help of the then Chief Minister Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy.

YCP MLA car stoned in Capital protests

The windshields of YCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy’s car were broken during the protests of Amaravati farmers at Chinakakani in Guntur district. The farmers were holding blockade of the National Highway there at that time. They stopped the MLA Car and demanded his support for the cause of continuing Amaravati Capital City. Meanwhile, stones were pelted on the MLA car. Farmers leaders suspect that vandalism was the handiwork of the anti-Amaravati forces in order to discredit the agitation against three capitals decision of the Jaganmohan Reddy government.

The police prevented protesters coming from villages in surrounding areas. But still a large number of women and men stopped the highway traffic. The police couldn’t control the protesters. Traffic was stopped for over two hours. Vehicles were stranded for over three kilometres on either side.

The police made preventive arrest of former minister Lokesh. MLA Rama Naidu was also arrested. They were arrested in Kanaka Durga Varadhi in Vijayawada and taken towards Kankipadu. Lokesh argued that he was going to TDP Mangalagiri Office but the police didn’t accept his request.

Harish Rao ignored by YSRCP leaders and TTD officials!

0

TRS senior leader and Telangana finance minister T Harish Rao’s position seems to be turning from bad to worse.

TRS party chief and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has sidelined Harish Rao both in the TRS and also in the TRS government, while he is promoting his son KTR both in the party and the government. Speculations are rife that KTR will be made as CM anytime in 2020.

On Monday, Harish got yet another shocker in Andhra Pradesh, as he was ignored by both YSRCP leaders and also TTD officials.

Harish was in Tirumala to have darshan of Lord Venkateshwara on the occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi on Monday.

However, Harish was shocked to find that there was no one to receive him at the temple.

On the other hand, KCR’s son KT Rama Rao was accorded a grand welcome at Tirumala.

YSRCP leaders and TTD officials queued up at the temple to welcome KTR at Tirumala right from his arrival at the Renigunta airport on Sunday evening till he had darshan of the Lord during VIP break darshan on Monday. KTR was accompanied by his wife, son and daughter.

YSRCP MP PV Midhun Reddy, MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, a host of local YSRCP leaders and TTD officials accorded him a grand welcome at the airport and also at the temple. They accompanied KTR’s family in the temple.

Harish too is entitled for protocol at Tirumala temple as a minister from Telangana State. But no one bothered to follow the protocol. Harish had to wait for longer time at the temple as neither anyone received him nor made any arrangements for his darshan of the Lord.

Though Harish tried to reach out to TTD officials, there was no response. At one point, Harish reportedly got angry and decided to return Hyderabad without having darshan.

However, the timely involvement of TTD board member from Telangana, Damodar Rao has saved the day for Harish. Damodar Rao made arrangements for Harish and ensured Harish got VIP break darshan along with other VIPs.

An angry Harish returned to Hyderabad immediately after darshan as he was not keen on staying in Tirumala any longer.

AP 3 Capitals would be a big success: Deputy CM

0

Deputy Chief Minister Pushpa Srivani became famous for her recent tik tok video on CM Jaganmohan Reddy’s greatness and gracefulness. She has proved undoubtedly again that she is the humble and loyal follower of her CM more than being a Deputy CM. She knows fully well that the 3 Capitals decision was not yet taken by the Cabinet. Moreover, a High Power Committee of Ministers and bureaucrats was studying the issue. But, Srivani today said clearly that her Jagananna’s decision on 3 Capitals would be a big success. She innocently and confidently told the media that the multiple capitals would bring in equal development in all the 13 districts of the state.

Just like their CM, the YCP Ministers are not hesitating to continue their comments on shifting Capital City from Amaravati. On the other hand, BJP Union Minister Kishan Reddy is saying that the Central Government would not just react to the comments of the Ministers. Pushpa Srivani’s comment once again confirmed the worst fears of the Amaravati farmers. The other Ministers are at least talking in an indirect manner. Srivani is speaking with some clarity on the certain setting up of Executive Capital in Visakhapatnam.

Interestingly, no minister is clarifying whether all-party consensus would be taken or not. Obviously, the YCP is going to use its brute majority in the Assembly to go ahead with the 3 Capitals pla

Pawan sarcastic advice to YCP: Insider trading

1

Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan has offered free advice to CM Jagan Reddy and his party MLAs. Pawan tells YCP leaders that it is a waste of time to go on making allegations and video presentations against TDP insider trading. He advised CM to file cases against all the guilty TDP leaders in order to make them accountable for their actions. Why is Jagan Reddy hesitating to use his Police Rajyam on insider trading? Pawan recalled how Jagan Circar is misusing police to harass opposition leaders with cases on small issues. Why are such cases not being filed in respect of insider trading? Pawan asked why the government is delaying action against the leaders responsible for insider trading.

Senani told the YCP MLAs that their latest allegations were nothing new but they had only created much more confusion on the government proposal to shift AP Capital out of Amaravati. What’s the government’s problem to give clarity on Capital issue? Pawan demanded immediate clarification from the Jagan Reddy government on the CM’s vague statement to form ‘Three Capital Cities’ for the poor state of AP. Already, the state is struggling a lot because of lack of financial resources after separate statehood. Pawan asked why YCP MLAs and Ministers are dragging the Capital issue by making unclear statements on insider trading, caste and so on without taking any responsibility for the future welfare of the state.

Pawan told YCP that he protested against forcible acquisition of farmers lands during the TDP rule. But now Amaravati farmers are opposing forcible shifting of Capital and they will get Jana Sena support.

TDP grabbed 4,000 acres in Amaravati: YCP MLAs

0

The ruling YCP is intensifying its aggressive attacks on the pro-Amaravati Capital agitation. YCP MLAs came out with a video presentation on insider trading. They accused TDP MLAs, ex MLAs and ex Ministers of grabbing nearly 4,000 acres at cheaper rates from the farmers just before the Amaravati announcement. As before, the list of insider trading beneficiaries included Nara Lokesh, his followers, P Narayana, Prathipati Pulla Rao, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu relatives, etc. Since morning, the YCP Ministers and MLAs got busy attacking TDP, Jana Sena and farmers one after another. The ruling party leaders are vaguely making allegations but not providing documentary proofs against TDP leaders.

Hitting back at the YCP leaders, TDP launched a counter offensive. Ex MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao asked whether the YCP has no shame in repeating the same old allegations again and again. Why can’t Jagan Reddy daringly take action and file cases against the TDP leaders? Bonda Uma showed documents of where Amaravati region MLAs Alla Ramakrishna Reddy and Vundavalli Sridevi had bought lands in Capital City. Were they also part of the TDP insider trading? Bonda Uma also fired at YCP MLAs for criticising Jana Senani. Yes, Pawan is a Naidu by caste and YCP will bite the dust for making personal comments against Pawan, Bonda warned rivals.

YCP MLA land grab in Telangana? Rs 100 Cr scam

1

Panyam MLA Katasani Rambhoopal Reddy (Kurnool district) is striking fear among the owners who bought plots in Yadadri temple town limits in Telangana. The MLA’s followers have dug up and installed name boards in their land at Sivapriyanagar-2 saying he is its owner since 1980. This incident has become a hot debate among the local people and also in political circles. It is because the land value is anywhere around Rs 100 Cr. The issue is all this land has already been developed as a layout and plots were sold out to individual buyers by some other real estate firm in the last one decade. Why has the MLA kept silent all these years if he is the true owner?

Interestingly, the original firm that sold these plots also belongs to Kurnool district. This has triggered fears whether the real estate firm is colluding with the MLA to cheat the plot owners.

Many YCP leaders are promoting their business interests in Hyderabad and Telangana thanks to the friendly relations between KCR and Jaganmohan Reddy. Katasani Rambhoopal Reddy is one step ahead as he once said that KCR would become CM of AP for one time. He also praises KTR a lot to get things done in official circles there. Common plot owners are facing serious problems from land grabbers after the ambitious Yadadri Temple Project led to skyrocketing land values there.

Land grab complaints against Botsa: Capital greed

1

The Botsa Satyanarayana family is dominating Vizianagaram district politics ever since YSR regime. They have got strong money and muscle power over two decades. Their good fortune is the rival Gajapathirajus do not indulge in local politics on a daily basis. Now, Botsa family has become hyper active. What more, the Minister’s brother Botsa Adi Babu is striking fear among neighbours in his residence at Satyasainagar in Vizianagaram town. He is grabbing house sites and lands in vicinity of his house. The suffering neighbours were ignored by local police and revenue officials as usual. They believed CM Jagan Reddy’s words and made complaints in Spandana programme before District Collector and Joint Collector and RDOs. The officials duly received complaints promising to take action. Days and weeks are passing by but there is no real action.

The affected persons are now left with no choice but to seek justice in courts. Why is Botsa family so cruelly treating neighbours like never before? Local people are talking that these atrocities have increased in the past six months. Obviously, Botsa family have an idea that AP Capital will be shifted to Visakhapatnam. Botsa himself is Urban Development Minister. This became a golden opportunity. Vizianagaram is just 25 kms from Bheemili where new Capital will be constructed. Botsa properties will double and triple naturally.

Mangalagiri MLA missing: Farmers’ police complaint

0

The protests of Amaravati residents and farmers are reaching a peak level. But the ruling YCP MLAs in Core Capital are nowhere to be seen. The locals are demanding explanations from Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy and Tadikonda MLA Vundavalli Sridevi. They say that they voted for the two MLAs only because CM Jagan Reddy supported Amaravati before elections. YCP farmers and dalit activists in Amaravati villages are also protesting. But, the MLAs are not caring to respond to them. Having lost their patience, the farmers made a complaint at Mangalagiri police station stating that MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is missing since Three Capitals announcement.

Interestingly, farmers are asking why Alla is not daring to come before the local people unlike before. Till recently, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy gave total confidence to his voters that Capital would not be shifted out of Amaravati. He used to come near Chandrababu Naidu’s riverside house frequently and make cheap comments. Now, Alla is not able to show his face. His close supporters are also unhappy. Even Tadikonda MLA is not daring to visit her constituency. YCP second-rung leaders are also protesting against Capital shifting. They are expressing sadness that Jagan Reddy is not people-friendly like his father YSR.

Bheemili next Capital: Beach front house for CM?

0

Exactly, the YCP government is developing future core capital of AP near Bheemili municipal town. It is nearly 25 kms north of Visakhapatnam. The town is one of the oldest municipalities in the country. Bheemili beach is a favourite destination for picnickers. YCP Number 2 Vijayasai Reddy has confirmed Bheemili as the seat of next administrative capital. It is going to have Secretariat, Assembly, High Court bench, MLA quarters and, most importantly, Chief Minister’s Office. What more, YCP leaders have already identified a huge chunk of sea-front land for building another house for Jagan Reddy family. This will not be a small one like his house in Tadepalli. This will be an iconic one just like CM’s residences at Lotus Pond and Bangalore.

Vijayasai has been camping in Vizag for the last few weeks to make arrangements for Capital functioning as early as possible. Jagan Reddy is indeed in a hurry to shift Capital the sooner the better. Already, YCP North Coastal Andhra leaders began attacking Chandrababu Naidu saying that the Opposition leader is blocking the setting up of Capital there. Vijayasai is saying that Bheemili Capital will usher in all-round development in North Coastal districts which are till now backward. Jagan Reddy is confident of winning majority seats in North Coastal Andhra by provoking local people against TDP, BJP and Jana Sena.

We can set up 30 Capitals if we like: YCP Minister

0

Senior YCP leader and Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy dropped a bombshell by making a sensational statement. He said that their government has all the powers to set up any number of Capital Cities as it pleases. Peddireddy asserted that if their governments wishes, it can set up 30 Capital Cities, not just three capitals. The Minister’s comments provoked the feelings of Amaravati farmers further. The protesting farmers in all the 29 Amaravati villages took strong objection to Peddireddy’s comments at a time when they are on the streets with family members. The YCP leaders are adding insult to injuries in respect of shifting capital to Vizag. YCP Ministers and MLAs are still saying that the TDP leaders have bought lands in Amaravati which is why they are taking the extreme step.

But CM Jagan Reddy is not talking about the suffering of farmers in Amaravati area. The government is not clarifying how it can return the lands to the farmers when already these lands are made unfit for cultivation. Minister Peddireddy has said that Chandrababu Naidu failed to construct a permanent capital. All buildings in Amaravati are temporary. Peddireddy said Rayalaseema got High Court now.

Mekapati confirms Vizag will be AP’s capital

0

While different ministers in YS Jagan’s cabinet are making different statements on AP’s capital creating confusion among all, the AP Industries Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy on Thursday confirmed that Visakapatnam will become the executive capital of Andhra Pradesh as told by AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy in Legislative Assembly recently.

“Chief Minister YS Jagan has clearly said in the Legislative Assembly that AP would have three capitals which include Vizag as executive capital. And once Jagan gives a word, he won’t take it back,” Goutham Reddy said.

He was speaking at the two-day US-India Defense Ties conference that concluded on Thursday in Hyderbad

“You will never see a more welcoming state than Andhra Pradesh. With Vizag becoming capital, an economic revival will be coming to that area and investments will be coming in. I will see it as strategic advantage for entrepreneurs who like to look at Andhra Pradesh,” Goutham Reddy said.

Reeddy alleged that Visakhapatnam has been neglected for the last five years. “In erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, after Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam was an industrial corridor. It should have been natural for us to get into Visakhapatnam. Actually, Visakhapatnam has been neglected over the last five years. It has great potential; there are lot of existing industries.”

He said that it is coastal based city with great growth prospects and has turned cosmopolitan over the past 30-40 years due to the different kinds of PSUs being established there. Goutham Reddy said, “It is right growth incubation centre that is poised to become the next Greenfield. The decision of the CM, I think it is going to serve the people of AP in great way.”

Vijayasai caste politics backfire at Kapu gettogether

0

I am also a Kapu community person. It is there in my certificates. My death certificate will also carry Kapu caste name. This is how CM Jagan’s most trusted MP Vijayasai Reddy went on desperately speaking at a Kapu ‘Vanamahotsavam’ garden party. The event was held at Kambalakonda near Visakhapatnam. Why has Vijayasai, being a Reddy, attended an event of other caste? Leaders of all parties especially Jana Sena would take part there. This was what became a debatable point. Pawan Kalyan fans and TDP sympathisers took objection to top Reddy leaders of YCP coming there. They went on sloganeering ‘Jai Kapu, Jai Kapu’. Minister Avanti Srinivas tried to pacify the angry crowd but it was no use.

Despite the anti-YCP mood, Vijayasai Reddy remained there and addressed the gathering along with others. He tried hard to tell the Kapu gathering that he is one of them. Indeed, it is true that Reddys’ certificates mostly carry Kapu caste name. But in common public opinion, Reddys are treated as a separate caste. Whatever, non-YCP Kapu speakers took their sweet revenge by raising injustices being done to their caste under Jagan Circar. When they asked why YCP opposed Kapu reservations, the Minister interfered and requested not to politicise a community gettogether. Whatever, Vijayasai’s caste calculations backfired very badly.

Revival of “Reddy” kingdom in AP

2

No, we are not talking about the Reddi kingdom that ruled areas of current Andhra during the 14th and 15th centuries. That kingdom was established in southern India by Prolaya Vema Reddi in 1323 after repelling armies of Delhi Sultanate from Warangal. Raghurama Raju crosses Jagan line: MPs dinner party

0

AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy has long back ordered his party MPs not to meet PM or Union Ministers without taking prior permission of the party. But Narsapur MP Raghurama Raju has once again ignored Jagan order. Without taking prior approval, Raju held a dinner party in Delhi and invited 500 MPs from across all parties. PM Modi and Amit Shah were also invited but they did not attend. However, Rajnath Singh came along with his family members. YCP floor leader in Lok Sabha Mithun Reddy attended the party but not its parliamentary party leader Vijayasai Reddy. Raju says he need not take anybody’s approval since it was one of those private parties that he has been offering to VIPs for a long time now.

Raju is already branded as a rebel YCP MP in Delhi. Though he is moving closer to Modi and Shah, they did not attend the dinner party. Political circles waited eagerly if they attend Raju party. However, the BJP strategically moved on the issue by asking Rajnath Singh to accept Raju invitation. The party was not held in the residence of Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao as informed earlier. The venue was Western Court lawns. On Jagan Reddy bringing Gokaraju family into YCP, Raghurama Raju said that he has no intention to join the BJP and that he remains a YCP MP even now. He says he first invited YCP MPs to dinner party.

YCP-BJP double-dealing families: Gokarajus

0

Nobody can beat CM Jaganmohan Reddy in taking political compromises to any length. Prior to 2019 election, he allowed Daggubati Venkateswara Rao to contest on YCP MLA ticket though his wife Purandeswari was a prominent leader in the BJP. At that time, he required BJP support for taking advantage of Modi’s friend Prashant Kishor as well as the Election Commission of India. After coming to power, Jagan brought pressure on Purandeswari to join the YCP and removed incharge post of Daggubati Venkateswara Rao in Parchuru segment. Eventually, Rao had to quit active political life. Now, Jagan Reddy is using the same tactics with the Gokaraju family.

BJP leader and Ex MP Gokaraju Ganga Raju’s son Ranga Raju and other family members now joined the YCP. Jagan has promised Ranga Raju a prominent role in Narsapur parliamentary segment. But Ganga Raju is continuing in BJP itself. He has announced that his support will continue to VHP activities. BJP AP leadership also has no objection to Ganga Raju’s son joining YCP as a time when Jagan is set for a direct confrontation with Modi-Shah. Time only will tell how BJP national leaders will tackle Jagan’s unpredictable political strategies.

Gokaraju to join YCP: Jagan return gift to Modi-Shah

0

BJP ex MP Gokaraju Gangaraju along with his family members have decided to join the ruling YCP. The news has shaken the BJP leaders in AP. Gangaraju is known for his long-standing loyalty and association with the BJP. He has been a source of financial support for the party activities in the state. It was his son Gokaraju Ranga Raju who helped in active liaison between Jagan Reddy and the BJP national leaders during 2019 elections. It may be recalled that Modi-Shah extended indirect support to YCP in that election. From the IT raids on TDP leaders to the Election Commission secret support, all activities were taken up only to give advantage to Jagan over Chandrababu Naidu.

Now, the scenario has changed completely. Jagan Reddy is using all his resources to win over strong BJP leaders one by one. Undoubtedly, AP CM is giving return gifts to Modi-Shah for their humiliating treatment to him during his Delhi visits. Political circles say that Gangaraju family exit would be a severe blow to the BJP in the coming days. Jagan Reddy is bent on attracting Raju community votebank in Godavari districts. Obviously, YCP boss is eager to counter the effect of future tie-up of Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan.

Showcause to YCP MLA for anti-Jagan Circar comments

0

The supreme leader is all in all in some regional parties and more so in the YCP. But experienced leader like MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy forgot about this and made sensational comments against the Jaganmohan Reddy government on the issue of mafia control over sand, land grabbings, bettings, etc. Being a ruling party MLA, it is considered a serious offence. CM has taken it as a big disappointment especially at a time when the Modi-Shah duo are giving a very tough time to his government. There’s also the problem of such rebellious nature spreading among other MLAs in all districts. To nip all internal opposition in the bud, Jagan has decided to issue showcause notice to Anam soon.

MP Vijayasai Reddy has already hit back strongly at Anam saying that nobody can dare to question the leadership of Adhinayakudu (supreme leader) of the party. If Anam has objections, he should have talked about this with Jagan Reddy himself directly. Political circles say that Anam controversy has hurt the YCP leadersip very badly. This is more so at a time when the TDP, Jana Sena and BJP leaders are making non-stop attacks on the government’s failures.

YCP MLA sensational comments: Nellore mafias

0

Has YCP Venkatagiri MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy raised a banner of revolt against Jagan Circar? He made sensational comments on the deteriorated law and order in Nellore city. He says that like never before, Nellore is getting crushed under the iron grip of all kinds of mafias. Name any mafia, it is there in the city. Ramanarayana Reddy said that there are land, betting and liquor mafias striking constant fear in the hearts of the people. Average person is not able to speak out and they are silently suffering.

Ramanarayana Reddy has been ignored in YCP Regime though he was a former minister in the Congress rule. At that time, he even attacked and called Jagan Reddy an economic terrorist. But prior to 2019 election, he joined YCP and got elected as MLA. For quite sometime, Ramanarayana Reddy is unhappy with the goings-on in Nellore. Officials are fearing to work in Nellore. Four SPs were changed in just five years indicating the level of mafia interference.
