Young hero Raj Tarun’s youthful rom-com Stand Up Rahul directed by Santo is all set for its theatrical release on 18th of this month. The film’s trailer has surely hiked interest on the movie where Varsha Bollamma played the leading lady opposite Raj Tarun.
The film is carrying good buzz, despite Raj Tarun’s flop streak. The actor won brownie points for his comic timing in the promotional content. The film received U/A censor certificate and its final duration is 2:14 hours which is perfect for a film of the genre.
Dream Town Productions and Highfive Pictures together have bankrolled the project. Pre-release event of the movie to be organized today will be attended by Varun Tej as a chief guest.
The big question is will Stand Up Rahul capitalize on the buzz and become a winner at box office.
Anubhavinchu Raja Title Song: Impressive and Entertaining
Anubhavinchu Raja starring Raj Tharun and Kashish Khan is tipped to be a wholesome entertainer with adequate fun elements. Raj Tharun’s character is going to be a major highlight and the title track that is out now discloses his personality. Bhaskarabhatla penned witty lyrics.
The song begins like a folk number and the pace picks to make it a peppy one. Gopi Sundar who is known for tuning melodious tunes prove he can score mass appealing numbers as well. Ram Miriyala’s lively vocals are a big add on. On the whole, the title track is impressive and entertaining.
Sreenu Gavireddy is directing the film under Annapurna Studios and Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP.
Anubhavinchu Raja Teaser: The Story of a Gambler
Youngster Raj Tarun lost traces in Telugu cinema after some successful attempts. The actor has all his hopes on his next film Anubhavinchu Raja. Annapurna Studios and Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP joined hands to produce this comic entertainer. Ram Charan unveiled the teaser of Anubhavinchu Raja which looks like a fun ride and is packed with entertainer. Anubhavinchu Raja is set in Bhimavaram which is famous for cockfights and other gambling. Raj Tarun plays a full-time gambler in the town who prefers to roam with his friends doing nothing.
He gets a tailor-made role in Anubhavinchu Raja and the teaser looks decent, colorful. Sreenu Gavireddy directed the movie and Gopi Sundar composed the music. The shooting portions of the film are completed and the film releases soon. Raj Tarun is also done with the shoot of Stand Up Rahul and the film too will hit the screens soon.
Nagarjuna launches first look of Raj Tarun’s next film
Actor Nagarjuna on Saturday launched the first look of actor Raj Tarun’s upcoming Telugu film ‘Anubhavinchu Raja’.
The film, which is set against a village backdrop, is directed by Sreenu Gavireddy.
Revealing the first look on Twitter, Nagarjuna wrote: “Happy to show you the first look of our next”.
In the poster, Raj Tarun is seen as a ‘Pandem Rayudu’ (gamester) in a white dress, sporting shades and wearing gold rings and bracelet. The background gives a sneak peak into different artistes, currency notes, poker cards and temples.
Kashish Khan has been roped in as the leading lady for the film.
Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, ‘Anubhavinchu Raja’ has some popular technicians associating with it. Gopi Sundar renders soundtracks, while Nagesh Banell takes care of cinematography. Bhaskarabhatla is the lyricist while Chota K Prasad is the editor.

Raj Tarun left in deep shock
Young actor Raj Tarun did not score big in the recent times. He pinned all his hopes on Iddari Lokam Okate produced by Dil Raju. Leaving many in shock, the film even failed to recover the publicity costs leave about the film’s budget. Films like Venky Mama, Prati Roju Pandaage and Mathu Vadalara raked decent revenues over the weekend but Iddari Lokam Okate remained low.
Raj Tarun failed to attempt new scripts and all his recent films were predictable and outdated. Tollywood audience badly rejected his recent film because of the pale attempts. His market too reached all-time low and his next films will struggle to recover the investments before release. Though Iddari Lokam Okate was made on a tight budget, Dil Raju will suffer losses as the film raked no theatrical shares. It’s high time for Raj Tarun to think twice before taking a call on his next projects. Else, he would be vanished.
Raj Tarun signs a Remake
Young actor Raj Tarun has been struggling for success. The actor is busy shooting for Vijay Kumar Konda’s romantic drama ‘Orey Bujjiga’. With not many interesting offers left in Telugu, Raj Tarun is in plans to explore other markets. He has been approached for a Kannada film and the actor is said to have given his nod. He will now feature in the remake of Sree Vishnu’s recent comic entertainer Brochevarevaru Ra.
Kannada producer Shailendra Babu approached Raj Tarun for the remake and the actor gave his nod. Shailendra Babu’s son Sumanth Shailendra will play the other lead role in the film that will start rolling soon. Raj Tarun decided to test his luck in Kannada with the remake of Brochevarevaru Ra. The actor also signed a Tamil film with Vijay Antony recently. Raj Tarun will be next seen in Iddari Lokam Okate which will release in December. GR Krishna is the director and Dil Raju is the producer.
First Look: Raj Tarun’s Iddari Lokam Okate
After a series of debacles, Raj Tarun took a break. He was extremely impressed with a Korean film and decided to remake it. Top producer Dil Raju is on board as the producer and the film is titled Iddari Lokam Okate. GR Krishna is the director and Shalini Pandey is the leading lady in this breezy romantic entertainer. The entire shoot of Iddari Lokam Okate has been wrapped up recently.
The makers unveiled the first look poster of the film today. While Shalini Pandey has been spotted riding a bike, Raj Tarun is sitting on the back enjoying the ride. The post-production work of Iddari Lokam Okate is currently on and the makers are in plans to release Iddari Lokam Okate during November. Mickey J Meyer composed the music and background score. Raj Tarun will face an acid test with Iddari Lokam Okate.
Raj Tarun to wear the shoes of a cross-gender hero
Bollywood is taken by a storm recently with Ayushman Khurrana’s Dream Girl movie as the film netted almost 110 crores since its release day already. After watching the trailer of this movie, many wondered if Telugu heroes could ever do such an act of appearing as a cross-gender in a film.
The film features Ayushman in a role where he works at a call centre and changes his voice to speak like a woman as he has the backdrop acting as a woman in the theatrical plays. With everyone liking this woman, troubles brew for him. According to insiders, producer Suresh Babu acquired the rights of this films and is going ahead to remake it in Telugu.
After watching the Hindi version recently, young hero Raj Tarun is said to have given a go for the movie. While they are yet to lock down the heroine, Raj Tarun is preparing for look tests and very soon the film might go floors. Already a team of writers is working with Suresh Babu for the Telugu adaptation, where they are rewriting some nativity related scenes.
Opinion: Raj Tarun should have emulated anchor Pradeep
Raj Tarun was booked for rash driving and damaging private property, while there is no clarity over his drunken state. He walked out of police station in 20 minutes after getting arrested as he is able to secure bail. But the blemish on his image is going to take a long time to get washed away.
All the CC TV footage being examined by police is showcasing that Raj Tarun lost control over the wheel as he’s over speeding at a sharp bend in Alkapuri Township, and crashed the car into a parapet wall. Taking to social media the next day, he clarified that wearing a seat belt is a must and that’s what saved him during the crash. The actor tried to squeeze out a social message from the incident to reap some brownie points. With the random guy releasing the videos and other ‘settlement’ conversations, Raj Tarun’s party got spoiled though.
Probably Raj Tarun should have emulated anchor Pradeep Machiraju to get more support from people. After getting caught in drunk-drive checkup, Pradeep was brutally honest about it and released a video saying that he’s feeling guilty of the mistake before vowing to his admirers that he will never repeat such acts.
If Raj Tarun followed that suit to say that he has lost control of the wheel due to excessive speed he drove the luxury car at and tendered an apology, it would have been more respectful and decent too. Now that he posted a fake clarification, at least some people might have lost admiration for him.
Raj Tarun episode: Raja Ravindra blames Sandeep Kishan’s costume designer
Though it looks like a simple teenager recording a video clip of Raj Tarun’s late-night fiasco, as he crashed his luxury sedan into a wall and tried to flee the spot, there are many layers underneath the things that took place thereafter.
After Raj Tarun crashed the car and started running, this late 30s looking person named Karthik started recording that on his mobile phone. He took a bike to follow the guy in the crash and identified later that he’s hero Raj Tarun. Initially, our hero denied the whole thing saying that he’s taking a stroll without wearing chappals only to puff a smoke. The guy Karthik who has caught him red-handed tried to do the moral policing stuff, which is fine till this point.
What could be understood from the revelations made by Karthik and Raj Tarun’s manager Raja Ravindra (also an actor) is that they have tried to make a deal to not release the clips, but the negotiations failed as Karthik seems to be demanding quite high amounts. But then, Raja Ravindra’s accomplices tried to frighten him using other sources and that led to Karthik approaching media and police with the tapes.
In this process, Raja Ravindra has now revealed that Karthik aka Karthik Sri is a Costume Designer working for hero Sandeep Kishan. Also, Karthik is said to be facing 498A (husband subjecting wife to cruelty) cases and a divorce issue with his wife, which according to Raja Ravindra amplifies that Karthik is a guy with criminal intentions. Karthik, however, refuted these claims, saying that he and his wife divorced last year with mutual consent.
Bottom line is, Raj Tarun will be fighting the case legally against Karthik in the Court, while police will also pursue the case from a drunken driving point of view. As there are no casualties involved, there seems to be nothing like hit and run case here.
New twist in Raj Tarun’s car accident case
Couple of days ago, young actor Raj Tarun landed into controversy after he rammed his car into a divider near Narsingi region, Hyderabad. The actor flew from the spot and he took his twitter handle to explain the consequences that led to the accident. A youngster named Karthik recorded the entire episode on his mobile phone and questioned Raj Tarun which saw the light today. The video was telecasted on a tv channel today.
Karthik released the videos along with the audio clips in which Raj Tarun’s close aides started threatening him about the videos. The entire episode took a new turn after the videos are being circulated now. The cops are yet to investigate Raj Tarun about the accident. Raj Tarun is yet to respond to the newly released videos.
Raj Tarun’s Iddari Lokam Okate
After a series of disasters, Raj Tarun slowed down and decided to get back to work when he finds the right script. He himself watched a Turkish film and decided to remake it. Popular producer Dil Raju is on board to produce this Turkish remake which is titled Iddari Lokam Okate. The film got its official launch today and the regular shoot will commence soon.
This romantic entertainer will be directed GR Krishna and Mickey J Mayor will compose the tunes. Abburi Ravi penned the dialogues for this romantic entertainer. The female lead and other actors are finalized. Iddari Lokam Okate will be wrapped up in quick schedules and will release this year.
Shocker: When Raj Tarun rejected Jersey
Natural Star Nani’s recent outing Jersey is winning the hearts of the audience and the movie unit is showered with praises all over. Nani played a struggling cricketer in this sports drama. Young actor Raj Tarun has been approached to play Nani’s son in the film. Though the role looks crisp, it has enough prominence. But Raj Tarun rejected the offer and showed no interest in the assignment.
Tamil young actor Harish Kalyan essayed the role and his performance too received decent response. Though the reason for Raj Tarun rejecting Jersey is unknown, he missed a golden opportunity for sure. Gowtam Tinnanuri directed Jersey which is running with packed houses all over. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments and Shraddha Srinath is the heroine.
Raj Tarun’s Turkish Remake
Young actor Raj Tarun tasted a series of disasters and is away from Tollywood from some time. After a small break, the actor himself approached Dil Raju after he loved a Turkish film. Dil Raju too watched it and asked him to go ahead. The project will be produced on Sri Venkateswara Creations and a debutant will direct this project.
Made on a strict budget, Raj Tarun will share the profits and will not be paid any remuneration for the project. The pre-production work started recently and the regular shoot commences next month. The film will release during the second half of this year. Raj Tarun is personally monitoring the script work of the film.
Interesting Combo: Rana Daggubati and Raj Tarun
Tollywood’s hunk Rana Daggubati has enough experience in production and he is well educated in all the crafts of cinema. He announced his collaboration with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and the duo will be producing some interesting bunch of films. Impressed with the story narrated by a debutant, Rana Daggubati roped in Raj Tarun for a film that will be produced by Rana and Akshay jointly. The movie will be made in Telugu and Hindi languages.
Raj Tarun will play the lead role in the Telugu version while the lead actor for the Hindi version is yet to be locked. The film starts rolling later this year and the details of the project are kept under wraps as of now. Raj Tarun gets a huge boost as he is already struggling with a streak of disasters. Rana Daggubati is busy with a series of films which are under shoot. After NTR, the actor will have two releases this year.
