Allu Arjun turns emotional at Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Event
The grand Musical Concert of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo took place last night and Allu Arjun, Trivikram, Thaman turned out to be the major attraction of the evening. Allu Arjun turned quite emotional during his speech and he could not control his tears. Speaking about his father Allu Aravind, Bunny called his father the most misunderstood person ever.
“One should have purity to sustain in any business. My father has been producing films from the past 45 years. Many feel that dealing with Allu Aravind is a tough job, but if you are straight and honest, it is quite easy to deal him. I never thanked him in my life. For the first time, I take this stage to thank my dad. I requests the governments of Telugu states to consider Allu Aravind garu for Padma Sri award” said Allu Arjun. He turned emotional and could not control his tears. Allu Aravind walked on to the stage and hugged his son.
The Musical Concert of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo ended up on an emotional note.
Big Breaking: No clash between Sankranthi Biggies
There has been a huge confusion across the trade circles and fans after Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo are heading for a clash. Though the clash was averted, both the films decided to head for a clash due to various reasons. The Producers Guild intervened for the second time and Dil Raju met both the producers and resolved the issue. Sarileru Neekevvaru will release on January 11th and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo will release on January 12th as per the prior announcements.
Dil Raju will interact with the press on behalf of Producers Guild shortly after which the makers would make official announcements.
Samajavaragamana Female Cover: Shreya Ghoshal repeats the magic

Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo are hitting the screens for Sankranthi 2020. Though the films are planned for release in a gap of a day, the latest developments say that both the films may release on the same day. Both these films would lose huge amounts through the opening numbers which is a loss for everyone, right from the producer, to the distributor and the exhibitor.
With a lot of stakes involved in both the films, Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo should have a dream run to recover the investments. With the day one openings playing a major role these days, the clash would turn out to be a huge dent for both the biggies. Several distributors are left worried about this clash and are not ready to honor their commitments if both the films release on the same day. This is sure a bad sign for Telugu cinema.

Allu Arjun’s cute daughter Arha surprised many across the social media circles today. After Allu Arjun asked the title of his next film, Arha replied saying Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Bunny asked about the song step from ‘Ramuloo Ramula’ song and Arha replied saying it is a Dosa step. She even thrilled Allu Arjun with the dance moves from his song. Allu Arjun’s wife Sneha Reddy posted this cute video which is trending all over.
Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Entha Manchivaadavuraa Censor today
Allu Arjun’s upcoming movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is getting ready for Sankranthi release. The film will face the censor test today. Trivikram locked the final runtime as 140 minutes as per the sources. He is said to have chopped a couple of episodes to make the film crisp. Another Sankranthi film Entha Manchivaadavuraa too is getting ready for censor scrutiny. Satish Vegesna directed this family entertainer that features Kalyanram and Mehreen in the lead roles.
The teams of all these films will keep themselves busy with the promotions for the next couple of weeks. On the other side, Sarileru Neekevvaru already completed the censor formalities last evening and was given U/A certificate. Rajinikanth’s Darbar too is in the race and it will open on January 9th in Telugu and Tamil languages.
Sankranthi Biggies: Distributors mounting Pressure
Sankranthi biggies Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo are originally slated for January 11th and 12th release respectively. There has been huge confusion after Allu Arjun’s camp is in plans to prepone the film. The distributors of both the films are left worried about the confusion. If Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo gets preponed, Sarileru Neekevvaru too will head for a direct clash. This will surely turn a dent for both the films which are made on a massive budget.
The distributors acquired permissions (for price hike and special shows) for both the films in advance after the release dates are announced. Now if the films get preponed, they should approach the court once again for the permissions. Most of the buyers are mounting pressure on both the producers to avoid clash. Telugu360 exclusively learned that the films will release as per the planned schedule on 11th and 12th. The final clarity is expected this evening.

Tollywood Producers Guild intervened into the issue after which Sarileru Neekevvaru was announced for January 11th 2020 release. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is set for January 12th 2020 release.

Though the production house is not ready to release the film, Bunny’s camp is reportedly forcing the makers to prepone the film. The discussions are on to resolve the issue. Sankranthi 2020 Bet: Rs 225 Cr on Cards
Sankranthi is one of the best seasons for Telugu films. This year Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo are in the race. Rajinikanth’s Darbar and Kalynram’s Entha Manchivaadavuraa too will hit the screens during Sankranthi 2020. The total bet on these films is said to be Rs 225 crores as per the theatrical deals alone. Every film should do well to recover the investments.
Rajinikanth’s films have been struggling across Telugu states from some time. Darbar rights are picked up for Rs 10 crores and the film releases on January 9th. Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru theatrical rights are picked up for Rs 100 crores and is one of the most awaited films. The film is hitting the screens on January 11th 2020. Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo releases on January 12th and the film’s rights are sold for Rs 90 crores. Kalyanram for the first time is testing his luck with a family entertainer Entha Manchivaadavuraa which releases on January 15th.
On the whole, this year Sankranthi would be so crucial and the buyers are investing Rs 225 crores on Sankranthi releases.

Trivikram busy editing Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo
Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s next outing Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is slated for Sankranthi release and is directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The film’s shoot is yet to be wrapped up and the team are working round the clock to complete the work on time. Trivikram right after wrapping up the shoot is spending hours on the editing table. With the film carrying massive expectations and films like Sarileru Neekevvaru in the Sankranthi race, Trivikram is extra cautious.
Trivikram is checking the content twice and he along with Navin Nooli are getting the final cut ready. Trivikram already wanted the final cut to be less than 165 minutes. A song along with some of the episodes are yet to be canned. The entire shoot of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo may be wrapped up by Christmas. There are strong speculations that Young Tiger NTR will grace the pre-release event of Allu Arjun’s upcoming movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. There’s no truth in the news as the makers are yet to finalize things as of now. NTR shares a close bonding with the film’s director Trivikram and producer S Radha Krishna. Several gossip portals cooked the news basing on this which is completely untrue.
The shoot of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is currently in the final stages and the makers are occupied with the post-production work. Several promotional plans are currently on. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady in the film which is jointly produced by Geetha Arts and Haarika and Hassine Creations. The film releases on January 12th 2020.
Sankranthi Biggies: Pressure mounting on Dil Raju

NV Prasad acquired the Telugu theatrical rights of Rajinikanth’s Darbar and Dil Raju needs to support the film too. With all the Sankranthi films releasing through Raju, he is now under extreme pressure. Balancing theatres for two big stars of Telugu cinema is sure not an easy task. He should be wise to stay away from criticism from both the camps. On the whole, Dil Raju will have the busiest Sankranthi soon.
Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo makers yet to close theatrical deals
