Dil Raju shelves Vinayak’s Seenayya completely

Top producer Dil Raju was impressed with an idea narrated by Narasimha Rao. Raju was the one who proposed the name of VV Vinayak to play the title role in the social drama titled Seenayya. Things took an ugly turn as the major plot was left behind. Raju was not impressed with the script and he wanted to shelve the project but Vinayak was quite serious about the film. Though Raju tried to convince him, Vinayak brought Paruchuri Brothers on to the board to work on the draft.

Even the recent draft was not impressive. With the arrival of the coronavirus outbreak, Dil Raju informed the team that the project is no longer happening and it is shelved now. The entire team moved on to their next projects and Raju too is focused on his other productions. Vinayak is back working on a script to make his comeback as a director soon. The veteran director who lost enough weight for Senayya is no longer dieting now.

But VV Vinayak is keen to play the role and complete the shoot as he got prepared for the film. Vinayak has done enough home work and lost huge weight. He worked out on a regular basis for months and was on a strict diet. Dil Raju is now left puzzled about Seenayya. Narasimha Rao is the director and Shriya Saran is in talks for the female lead’s role. The final decision on the project will be taken soon.

One more Bollywood project for Dil Raju

Veteran producer Dil Raju scored enough hits in Telugu cinema and he always had plans to produce films in Hindi. He is currently co-producing the remake of Jersey in Hindi. The script works of the remakes of F2, Yevadu are currently going on. Dil Raju is in plans to continue producing Hindi films by collaborating with Bollywood filmmakers. Dil Raju acquired the remake rights of HIT, a small budget action thriller that was produced by Nani recently.

Dil Raju will remake the film in Hindi and an official announcement would be made after the lead actor will be finalized. He acquired the Hindi remake rights for a fancy price. Dil Raju is in hunt for the right director to handle this action thriller. Dil Raju felt that the film can do good business across the multiplexes in North. More details will be announced soon.

Dil Raju’s request for Pawan Kalyan

The Telangana government responded on a positive note for the requests made by the Telugu film industry. The film shoots will resume from the mid of June as per the available update. Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie Vakeel Saab is slated for May 15th initially but it was pushed. Almost 30 days of the film’s shoot is pending. The film’s producer Dil Raju is in plans to complete the shoot of the film at the earliest. He already initiated the discussions with the team of Vakeel Saab.

Dil Raju requested Pawan Kalyan to allocate his dates in the month of June and the top actor responded on a positive note. Pawan too is in plans to complete the shoot of Vakeel Saab first before joining the sets of Krish’s film. The film can be wrapped up with limited crew members and hence Pawan is in plans to complete the shoot of Vakeel Saab soon. The film is aimed for Dasara release and an official release date would be announced soon. Sriram Venu is the director and Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, Prakash Raj will be seen in other crucial roles.

His wife’s name is Tejaswini and as per the astrology, her name is updated to Vygha Reddy post wedding. Dil Raju who has been staying single after his wife’s demise from the past three years decided to get married after he was suggested by his family members. Raju’s next release is V starring Nani and Sudheer Babu. Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film Vakeel Saab is in the final stages of shoot and will release this year.

Ace producer Dil Raju to tie the knot today

Top producer Dil Raju is an occupied man with enough number of films. Raju’s wife passed away in 2017 and he has been staying single from the past three years. There are several speculations making rounds that Raju will be getting married once again. After discussing with his family members, Raju decided to get married again.

Telugu360 exclusively learned that the wedding will take place tonight and it would be strictly a family affair. The wedding will take place in Sri Venkateswara temple in Nizamabad district which was constructed by the family of Dil Raju. All his family members already reached Nizamabad for the wedding.

The details about the bride are yet to be revealed. Raju is expected to make things official tomorrow after the wedding.  Wishing the successful producer a very happy married life.

Successful producer Dil Raju is in plans to work with top actor Prabhas once again. The duo worked for Mr Perfect years ago. The actor too promised to do a film if Raju comes up with some exciting and interesting script. Directors like Surendar Reddy narrated a script to Prabhas but the actor was not excited. Venu Sriram who directed films like Oh My Friend and MCA is directing Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab currently. The young director narrated a plot to Dil Raju recently and the veteran producer is left excited.

He asked Venu Sriram to work on the script and bring a good shape so that he could meet Prabhas and narrate it to him. Utilizing the lockdown break, Venu Sriram is working on the script currently. Dil Raju is in plans to arrange the narration at the earliest and lock Prabhas for his next after Nag Ashwin’s film. Prabhas is currently busy with Radha Krishna Kumar’s film and has a film in the direction of Nag Ashwin. Prabhas and Venu Sriram project will happen in 2022 if the top actor gets impressed with the script.

Vijay Devarakonda promised three films for the top production house Mythri Movie Makers. But things changed completely after the debacle of Dear Comrade. His next film with the production house titled Hero was shelved after Mythri pumped out big money on the action episodes. Vijay Devarakonda promised one more project for the top production house. He is currently busy with Fighter directed by Puri Jagannadh and the film is expected to release next year.

Vijay Devarakonda has films lined up with Shiva Nirvana and Mohana Krishna Indraganti. Dil Raju was on board for Shiva Nirvana’s project and Mythri was on board for Mohana Krishna’s film. It is Vijay Devarakonda who swapped the producers after Dil Raju had no issues to wait for one more film long. Mythri will produce Shiva Nirvana’s project and Dil Raju will produce Mohana Krishna Indraganti’s film with Vijay Devarakonda. It was Vijay Devarakonda who took the call and the decision was collective.

Dil Raju is quite comfortable to work with Mohana Krishna Indraganti once again after ‘V’ and Mythri is happy that they have one more prestigious project soon next year.

Dil Raju, Sirish and Laxman are the founders of Sri Venkateswara Creations which is named as one of the most successful production and distribution houses of Telugu cinema. During several instances, Dil Raju lauded Laxman for his judgement skills. Laxman who is a huge support for SVC never stands front and maintains a low profile. All is not well between Raju and Laxman for some time and he walked out of production. Laxman stayed calm as he had enough stake in distribution. SVC acquired hundreds of theaters across AP and Telangana for lease for years.

He even bagged the distribution rights of Pawan Kalyan – Krish film for Nizam territory recently. There are also talks that there are several filmmakers who are supporting Laxman as they wanted a third distribution force in Nizam region. Laxman is said to have met several actors and directors who share a close bond with him and he is keen in starting his own production house.

Laxman’s younger son is working as an executive producer for Chiranjeevi – Koratala Siva’s film and is busy executing the project. Laxman will launch his son as a producer soon.

Tollywood was left surprised when filmmaker Dil Raju announced that he is introducing VV Vinayak as a lead actor. The top mass helmer has been struggling for success and had no offers. Vinayak worked out for over three months, turned slim for the film which is titled Seenayya. The film’s official launch took place on Vinayak’s birthday and the film’s first schedule took off in December. Both Dil Raju and Vinayak were not convinced with the rushes.

The film’s director Narasimha Rao took time and worked on the script again. Vinayak collected the feedback from his well-wishers who watched the rushes. It was Vinayak who asked Dil Raju to scrap the film. Dil Raju was left puzzled about this and with Vinayak taking a call, Dil Raju decided to shelve the project. Dil Raju is now focused on his next projects and Vinayak is overlooking the studio works which are planned in Chevella, Hyderabad.

Top producer Dil Raju even before the release of Tamil blockbuster 96, happened to watch the film and he acquired the remake rights of the film. After huge efforts, he finally got Sharwanand and Samantha to play the lead roles in the remake. Prem Kumar who directed the original gave his nod to direct the remake too. Dil Raju suggested several changes to the script but Prem Kumar shocked Raju after he wanted to make no changes.

With nothing much to do, Raju gave him a free hand for the director and he is finally happy with the output. After Sharwanand got injured in Bangkok, Prem Kumar wanted to take a break till Sharwa recovers. Sharwanand was ready to take painkillers and continue the shoot but Prem was not ready. It was after Sharwanand recovered completely, the shoot got started again.

On the whole, Prem Kumar dominated the scene completely and showed his mark throughout the shoot. Sharwanand, Samantha and Dil Raju are extremely confident on Jaanu that is releasing this Friday.

Popular producer and distributor Dil Raju is associated with all the Sankranthi releases Darbar, Sarileru Neekevvaru, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Entha Manchivaadavuraa. This Sankranthi season witnessed huge competition between Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The makers of both the films claimed themselves as the Industry Hit and Sankranthi winner with a bunch of posters.

Dil Raju played it safe and stood away from these. During his today’s interview when asked about the Industry Hit posters and All time records, Dil Raju said both Sarileru Neekevvaru, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo ended up as the biggest hits in the careers of Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun. “Some of them added GST and some of them released the collections without GST numbers. Sarileru Neekevvaru has records in some of the territories while Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo dominated in the rest” said Raju.

He did not reveal the exact numbers collected by both the films. His statement was clear that he is not interested to land in any controversies. Raju maintains a good relation with Mahesh, Allu Arjun and he is producing films with both these actors in the coming months.

He is presenting Mahesh Babu’s upcoming project Sarileru Neekevvaru and is releasing the film for Nizam and Vizag regions. Dil Raju locks Rowdy Boys

Popular producer Dil Raju is lined up with a fresh bunch of films. He is going extra mile for his next project which introduces Ashish Reddy, son of his brother Sirish Reddy in the main role. The film is said to be a youthful entertainer and the formal launch of this project took place during Dasara. The script work and the other pre-production works came to an end and the actors, technicians are finalized.

The youthful entertainer is titled Rowdy Boys and the regular shoot will commence from the mid of January 2020. Sri Harsha who last directed Hushaaru will direct this project. Sri Venkateswara Creations are the producers and the film also has a strong emotional family drama along with all the youthful elements. Ashish is specially trained in all the crafts before making his debut.
