The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday attached the properties worth Rs 22.10 crore from the companies of former MP J C Diwakar Reddy and his family. The case is related to the family purchasing scrap from Ashok Leyland and converting them into buses and finally getting them registered in Nagaland for operation as transport vehicles.

The ED, in a release said that they have attached the properties of firms connected to M/s Diwakar RoadLines and M/s Jatadhara Industries Pvt Ltd, controlled by J C Prabhakar Reddy, former MLA, M/s C Gopal Reddy and Co (belonging to his close associate Gopal Reddy, a civil contractor of Tadipatri of Anantapur district). They all belonged to the family members of Prabhakar Reddy and Gopal Reddy in an ongoing investigation being conducted under PMLA-2002 in the case relating to the BS-IV vehicles scam.

The ED said that the Supreme Court vide its order dated 29.03.2017, had ordered that vehicles that were not compliant to BS IV emission norms should not be sold in India by any manufacturer or dealer from 1st April2017 and that the registering authorities were also prohibited from registering such vehicles from 1st April2017 onwards.

However, M/s Jatadhara Industries Pvt Ltd (JIPL) and M/s C Gopal Reddy and Co in contravention to the aforesaid order purchased BS-Ill vehicles from Ashok Leyland Ltd at discount and fraudulently registered the same as BS-IV vehicles by fabricating the invoice copies. Investigation revealed that some of the registrations were done in Nagaland, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.

The ED has gathered evidence in the form of fabricated invoices from RTO Authorities in Nagaland and original invoices issued by Ashok Leyland as scrap tor some vehicles and established the crime. The crime proceeds generated by owning/plying and/or selling these vehicles have been quantified as Rs 38.36 crore, the ED said.

As a result of the investigation and searches, movable properties to the extent of Rs. 6.31 crore consisting of bank balances, cash, jewellery, and receivables as well as 68 number of immovable properties to the extent of Rs. 15.79 crore belonging to J C Prabhakar Reddy and his family member and Gopal Reddy, and his family members have been attached.

Further investigation is in progress including the role of M/s. Ashok Leyland in the entire scam, the ED said in a release.

The Jagan Reddy Government has given a tough time to the JC Diwakar Reddy brothers in respect of this travel business. Now, the mining officials are causing obstacles in the JC mining business located at Muchukota. They have conducted searches in the mines and raised several objections.

Greatly angered at this, JC Prabhakar Reddy immediately rushed to the mining office in Anantapuram and sat there in protest. The local CI along with some policemen arrived on the spot. A very angry JC issued cautionary warnings to the CI. Some officials were siding with the oppressive activities of the Government. Diwakar Reddy asked the CI why he was violating the rules just afraid of transfers. Such a thing would cause serious problems in future.

JC even warned the CI not to spoil his career for the sake of the ruling party leaders. The ex MP went on issuing warnings. At one point, he threatened that he was a good person but those around him were like demons and ‘rakshasas’. Like tigers and lions, they drink raw blood.

JC Prabhakar Reddy criticised that the YCP Government was bent on starving their family by destroying their businesses. But, this would not happen.

Former MP and senior TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy has reacted very sharply against the Jaganmohan Reddy government. He said that CM Jagan Reddy was arresting each and every TDP leader except Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh only to create a scare among the Opposition leaders. JC said it was nothing surprising that his brother Prabhakar Reddy was arrested. These arrests were all part of the vindictive actions being taken by YCP to remove all Opposition in the state.

Diwakar Reddy says Jagan Reddy is not the type of a leader who would listen to the advice of officials. All the officials have to simply follow the instructions of the CM and his close group of leaders. Jagan Reddy violations would only stop only if the Modi Government takes a serious view of the goings-on in Andhra Pradesh. The TDP senior leader says a time will come when Jagan Reddy’s Constitutional violations will reach a peak. At that time, PM Modi will certainly respond and take suitable action.

Since coming to power, the YCP has been attacking the travel companies of JC brothers. In a latest case, JC Prabhakar Reddy and Asmith Reddy were arrested now in allegations of false registrations of vehicles. Cases were filed for using fake insurance certificates and also vehicles were seized. Charges were made that fake NOCs were used to bring the vehicles from other states.

After a long time, Anantapur strongman and TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy came before the media. He says that there should be nobody in AP state now except Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara. All these three gods are rolled into one. The whole state is for this one god and he accepts the existence of only his police. He needs nothing else. There is no place for anybody else. Nobody should filed nominations to contest against his party. JC says that everybody in the state knows who is this one and only godly person.

JC has not stopped at that. He has passed even more bitter comments this time. He says that AP has got a Bhasmasura now who is placing his own cursed hand on his own head. Everybody knows who this Bhasmasura is. JC welcomed the shortening of duration for the local body elections. He said that Jagan Reddy is a very clever person. But one thing is for real. Every person got his own caste or community. Jagan should clarify whether there is anybody who has no caste.

Senior TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy made many sensational comments during his visit to Amaravati villages. He seriously stated that YS Bharati is sure to become AP Chief Minister in less than a year. Already, CBI cases trials are picking up speed. There are many indications to the change of CM from all sides. It is only because of lack of trust in YCP rule that the industrialists are not investing in AP and not looking towards this state now. JC said that investors had complete confidence in Chandrababu Naidu. One man’s adamant and arrogant attitude is causing lot of pain and suffering to the entire state now.

JC Diwakar Reddy told AP people that Jagan Reddy is drinking their blood only to amass lots and lots of wealth. Already, Jagan has repaid double the election funds that he received from KCR and his friends ahead of 2019 elections. All this was possible by drinking the blood of all the people of AP. JC said that there are also non-Kammas who have lands in Amaravati Capital. But, Vijayasai Reddy is camping in Vizag for seven months now only to grab lands there. Only the YCP leaders are amassing huge land banks in Vizag surroundings. JC said that Jagan Reddy is hell bent on making Amaravati a burial ground but this may not be possible for him eventually.

The AP Police Officers’ Association has taken serious note of senior TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy’s repeated comments on political harassment in the state. They are threatening to file criminal cases against JC if he continues to defame the police force any more. The last few days, JC has stepped up his sarcastic comments on Jagan Reddy’s oppressive Police Rajyam. The Anantapur strongman is now saying that the police officials and constables are just working to please the YCP leaders. They are behaving as yes men and doing ‘salam’ to the ruling party leaders. JC even said in a public meeting that Jagan would want DGP to put Chandrababu Naidu in jail somehow.

For several months, JC Diwakar Reddy is impatient about YCP’s police complaints and cases against TDP activists. Coming from a faction background, JC is fighting back against Jagan. The latest Assembly session has raised political temperatures. After Jagan Reddy’s comment on 3 Capitals, the opposition is even more angry and aggressive. JC knows full well how YCP gets police cases filed against him but he is not stopping his sharp criticism. TDP leadership has now switched into a fighting mode. Even Naidu is threatening police officials that they will face serious problems in future if they continue political harassment.

Complicated Director Ram Gopal Varma is no longer making blockbusters. He is also losing cutting edge to give excellent titles for his films. Senior Seema Reddy leader JC Diwakar Reddy tells Varma not to use his brain to give titles any more. It’s because of Varma’s loss of skill that his film ‘Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu’ is not getting green signal from the court. The title is later changed to ‘Ammarajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu’. Still, there was objection. It was now changed to ‘Ammarajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu’. Such a senior film maker like Varma has faced so many setbacks just over a single film. Very bitterly, TDP sympathisers suggested their own idea ‘Kammarajyamlo Irukala Reddlu’.

Sarcastically referring to all this, JC Diwakar Reddy said that Varma should have avoided all such nonsense. The correct title for his film is ‘Reddy Rajyamlo Kaksha Rajyam’. He suggested this because of the single point revenge agenda of CM Jagan Reddy against all his political opponents. Jagan is using hatred as his driving force to harass TDP leaders’ businesses and livelihoods. Ex Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao committed suicide after Jagan Circar filed SC, ST atrocities cases. Political circles say that JC title aptly summed up the prevailing popular opinion about Jagan rule.

Ex MP and Anantapur strongman JC Diwakar Reddy is talking in a sad tone about the harassment attitude of the Jagan Reddy government. He is actively considering to stop his buses and travel business in view of the partiality and non-cooperation from the transport department. Interestingly, JC talks about stopping buses temporarily. He is apparently indicating that Jagan Reddy show will not run for long because of his CBI Rs 43,000 Cr illegal assets cases.

JC says that he is filing cases against seizure of his buses but the officials are pleading with him not to have personal grudge. The officials say that they are under pressure from above.

JC indirectly told Jagan Reddy that those in power should always keep in mind that power is never permanent. Nobody will keep power forever. Nobody should think and act like that. JC talked about MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s party change. He said that MP Sujana Chowdary also made similar remarks against Chandrababu but there’s no need to change parties because of harassment politics of YCP. JC said that politicians should fight and get ready to spend a few days in jail if need be.
