As promised by the Salaar movie team, the film has not started its promotions till the release of Adipurush. Now, it’s time to brace up for the promotions of Salaar. The film is directed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel and is carrying a huge buzz. The latest update is that the Salaar movie teaser will be released on the 7th of July.

An official confirmation regarding the teaser is awaited. Prabhas who flew abroad before the release of Adipurush is returning back to the country and might join the event. Due to the immense pressure created by Prabhas fans, Salaar producers and director have deactivated their social accounts and now it’s time for them to return back. Salaar is scheduled for the 28th of September release. Sruthu Haasan is the lead actress and Prudhvi Raj Sukumaran will be seen in a pivotal role. There is also a bzz that Yash will have a special cameo. Hombale Films are bankrolling this big-budget actioner.

‘KGF’ director Prashant Neel is literally going places to ensure that Prabhas-starrer ‘Salaar’ is a feast for the eyes.

Mid-March saw the team shift location to Matera, the old southern Italian town famous for its prehistoric whitewashed caves to shoot for the highly anticipated movie, written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur’s Hombale Films.

Incidentally, the action prologue for the 2021 James Bond film ‘No Time to Die’ was shot in Matera. Several other international movies have also been shot here.

Unit sources said that ‘Salaar’ production has now moved to Naples, where preparations for filming in the southern port city’s central Piazza del Plebiscito plaza are underway.

The local police are assisting with the set preparations, which include the use of drones and lighting for night shooting. Aside from Matera and Naples, other ‘Salaar’ locales include Rome and Budapest.

Pan-India star Prabhas will be seen playing a dual role in the movie, according to sources.

While the plot details are sketchy at the moment, ‘Salaar’ is said to be about two young people from different nations who fall in love despite the distance and cultural differences, and overcome numerous challenges.

The first installment of the thriller with a love undercurrent is set to be released internationally on September 28 in Telugu and dubbed versions in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and English.

Pan-Indian star Prabhas is currently juggling between the sets of multiple films. He allocated bulk dates for Project K and the shoot took place in Hyderabad. He even completed two quick schedules of Maruthi’s film recently. A massive schedule of Salaar will kick-start from March 22nd on Ugadi day and the schedule will continue till the end of this month. A massive set is constructed in Ramoji Film City for the shoot. Prabhas and the major cast would be present for the shoot in this schedule.

Sruthi Haasan is the leading lady and the actress already completed filming for her part. The film is announced for September 28th, 2023 release in all the Indian languages. Hombale Films are the producers of Salaar. The entire crew of KGF is working for this film too. Prabhas will complete the shoots of Salaar, Project K and Maruthi’s films by this year.

Giving an update on the progress of the movie, the makers, Hombale Films, have announced it’s a wrap for Shruti Haasan’s character Aadya.

Senior actor Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti Haasan has been busy down south. Her last two movies in Telugu, ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’, had a decent run at the box office. In these two films, Shruti had been paired with Tollywood top stars Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi, respectively.

Set to release on Septemb er 28 this year, ‘Salaar’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2023 coming from Hombale Films, the production house behind the ‘KGF’ series and ‘Kantara’. It also marks a collaboration between ‘Baahubali’ Prabhas and Prashanth Neel.

Prabhas is going to have a packed February. The actor is having mega-scale entertainers in his bag and is going to juggle between the film shoots. Prabhas is packed for February.
