After the debacle of Indian 2, Mega fans are worried about Game Changer as the film is the next directorial of Shankar. The top director took the complete hold of the project and he hasn’t been allowing the film’s producer Dil Raju to involve in the film. He hasn’t shown the rush to Dil Raju or the lead actor Ram Charan. The Edit Suite is kept in Chennai and Shankar is currently busy with the shoot of the film. Mega fans have taken to social media and they are urging Dil Raju to take the hold of the film. They are requesting him to watch the rush of the film and go for reshoots if the content is not appealing.

Indian 2 Trimmed by 20 Minutes

Indian 2 released on Friday and the response has been mixed all over. Shankar is badly trolled for his outdated work though crores of money was spent on the film. The biggest problem with the film is the dragged, boring second half and the runtime. The makers soon trimmed Indian 2 by 20 minutes and the latest one is available from today. Enough damage has been done for the film already because of the poor word of mouth. Still, trimming can save the film to an extent for this weekend. The final runtime now reached 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Shankar and Kamal Haasan also completed the shoot of Indian 3 and the film is expected to release next year. Lyca Productions are expected to lose big through Indian 2. Shankar will also have to complete the pending portions of Ram Charan’s Game Changer and he has to bounce back with this film. If Game Changer ends up as a decent hit, he can market Indian 3. Else, the film will land into troubles along with the career of Shankar.

The grand pre-release event of Indian 2 took place in Hyderabad last night and Shankar along with Kamal Haasan, Siddharth and SJ Suryah attended the event. Everyone has been eagerly waiting for the update of Ram Charan’s Game Changer that is directed by Shankar. Charan wrapped up his shoot completely and the pending portions of the shoot will be completed next month. During his speech, Shankar said that Ram Charan has excellent screen presence.

“I have been waiting to do a straight film for the Telugu audience from a long time. It is turning true through Game Changer. Ram Charan’s portions are completed. He has an excellent screen presence. He has a controlled power which can blast at any time. You can see that in the film. I am very happy to work with Ram Charan and we have 10-15 days of shoot. We will soon lock the double positive and it will be ready for the release soon” told Shankar. He also thanked all the actors and technicians who worked for the film.

Game Changer features Ram Charan in a dual role as a father and son. Kiara Advani is the leading lady and Thaman is the music composer. Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations are the producers and the film will hit the screens this year.

Shankar revealed that the film is now shelved but he is in talks with Ranveer Singh for a bigger film instead of a remake like Anniyan.

“We actually had plans to remake Anniyan in Hindi with Ranveer Singh. But we have changed our plans after considering the bigger films in Indian languages. Our producers asked me to do a bigger film than Anniyan and the talks are going on. I will take a call after the release of Indian 2, Game Changer and Indian 3” told Shankar. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh is done with Singham Again and the film releases this year. He is on a break and is preparing for the shoot of Don 3 directed by Farhan Akhtar. Kiara Advani is the leading lady in this actioner.

Ram Charan is going to shoot for RC15 in Hyderabad. In November 2022, a song was filmed on Kiara Advani and Ram Charan in New Zealand and wrapped. After three months the film is going to resume its shoot.
