Prabhas shows his Golden Heart again
Prabhas is a man of limited words and he loves to show his love towards his close friends and family members. The pan-Indian actor is busy with several big-budget projects and Prabhas is charging huge for every film. His portrayal in a guest role in Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa came as a surprise for many. Between his busy schedules, Prabhas allocated dates for Kannappa and completed his shooting part recently. The schedule was wrapped up in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
Prabhas did not charge a penny for his role and he did his part for free. This is because of the bonding he shares with Mohan Babu. The duo share a great bonding with each other and they worked together in Bujjigadu. Upon the request of Mohan Babu, Prabhas did the role without charging any remuneration. Apart from Prabhas, several prominent actors from Indian cinema played guest and important roles in Kannappa. Mohan Babu is planning valuable gifts in return for those who did not charge any remuneration for the film. Akshay Kumar played Lord Shiva and he charged on a daily basis for Kannappa.
Prabhas keeps Kannappa team in Waiting Mode
Pan-Indian star Prabhas has several film commitments and he agreed to be seen in a special cameo in Manchu Vishnu’s prestigious film Kannappa. The shoot of the film is happening in Ramoji Film City and Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar recently joined the sets and he wrapped up the shoot in the film. Prabhas allocated dates for the film in the mid of April and he rescheduled them to the first week of May. Prabhas did not turn up and the team scheduled Akshay Kumar’s episodes. Prabhas is yet to allocate new dates for Kannappa but he promised Manchu Vishnu to complete the shoot in this month.
While Akshay Kumar essays the role of Lord Shiva, Prabhas will be seen as Nandeeshwarudu in Kannappa. Prabhas has three days to shoot for his role in Kannappa. Mohanlal, Shivaraj Kumar, Nayanthara, Kriti Sanon, R Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam will be seen in other prominent roles in this devotional attempt. Mukesh Kumar Singh is the director and 24 Frames Factory are the producers. Kannappa releases next year. A major portion of the film is shot in New Zealand and this is the costliest film made in Manchu Vishnu’s career. Mohan Babu will also be seen in a prominent role in Kannappa.
Akshay Kumar’s First Telugu Outing
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has been reportedly approached to play a crucial role in Manchu Vishnu’s upcoming film Kannappa. Akshay Kumar gave his nod and this is his first Telugu film. The actor also joined the sets of Kannappa in Ramoji Film City today. Akshay Kumar received a warm welcome from the team and was received by Mohan Babu and Vishnu. The team released a video of Akshay Kumar. He will be seen playing Lord Shiva in Kannappa and there are rumors that Anushka will play Parvathi in the film.
Prabhas, Mohanlal, Shivaraj Kumar, Nayanthara, Kriti Sanon, R Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam and others will be seen in other important roles in the film. Mukesh Kumar Singh is the director and 24 Frames Factory is producing this film. Vishnu has spent ample time on the pre-production work and a major schedule of Kannappa was concluded in New Zealand recently. The current schedule is going in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.

Manchu Vishnu injured in New Zealand
Manchu Vishnu has been completely focused on his dream project Kannappa and the shoot of the fim is happening in New Zealand. During the shoot of an action episode, Manchu Vishnu suffered minor injuries and the shoot was called off. A drone crashlanded and hit Manchu Vishnu’s hand and he suffered injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and the schedule has been kept on hold.
Kannappa is the costliest film made in Manchu Vishnu’s career. Mukesh Kumar Singh is the director and Manchu Vishnu is the producer. The film became a crazy project after Prabhas, Mohanlal and Shivraj Kumar agreed to play important roles. The film would head for a theatrical release next year. Nupur Sanon walks out of Kannappa
Manchu Vishnu’s dream project Kannappa was launched recently and it would start rolling soon. The film was under pre-production for years and is said to be the costliest attempt in the career of Manchu Vishnu. Top actress Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon is on board as the leading lady for the film. The beauty walked out of the project even before the shoot started. Vishnu took his official Twitter page to reveal the news. He said that Nupur walked out off the film due to scheduling conflicts.

Nupur Sanon is the leading lady in Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao which is slated for release in October.
Hollywood director for Vishnu’s next
Manchu Vishnu who has been busy with Achari America Yatra has been focused on the project of Kannappa from the past couple of years. Veteran actor and writer Thanikella Bharani penned the entire script of the film and he wanted to helm the project. But Manchu Vishnu had his own plans and bought the rights from Thanikella Bharani for a decent price. After making enough changes in stlye, Vishnu wanted the film to be made on a lavish scale with international standards. In this process, he was in talks with several top directors to direct the film.
Veteran director Krishna Vamsi’s name was heard after which Vishnu decided to rope in a Hollywood director for the film. Two top directors who earlier directed fantasies and periodic films have been approached and Vishnu will finalize one among them. An official announcement will be made after the cast, crew will be finalized. The regular shoot of Kannappa will start this year and Vishnu is said to be pumping out Rs 70 crores for this prestigious project.
