The IFFA 2024 press conference took place in Mumbai last night and it was attended by Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Abhishek Banerji, Rana Daggubati and Siddhant Chaturvedi along with others. Shah Rukh Khan who is known for his humour has taken a direct dig at top filmmaker Karan Johar on stage. Shah Rukh Khan also lauded Abhishek Banerji for his outstanding performance in Stree 2. Speaking about Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan said “Karan, please come for the rehearsals. He is not in a mood to rehearse and he says that he would do it on Zoom calls. Make some movies my brother, how much will you host?”.

Karan Johar responded with a loud laugh for the satire of Shah Rukh Khan. Karan Johar along with Shah Rukh Khan will host IIFA Awards this year. Shah Rukh Khan also said that he is back to IIFA after a decade as he was busy shooting over these years when the event took place. He also expressed his happiness for hosting IIFA. Rana Daggubati will host IIFA Utsavam for South. The IIFA Awards event will take place in Yas Islands, Abu Dhabi between September 27th and 29th. Bollywood actors Rekha, Shahid Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon will attend the grand awards event.

King Khan Shah Rukh Khan surpassed several top celebrities and sports personalities to emerge as the highest taxpayer of the country. Shah Rukh Khan is on the top of the list with Rs 92 crore tax this year. He even surpassed top cricketer Virat Kohli who is the highest earning sports personality of the country. Tamil actor Vijay is charging huge money per film and he is the second in the list with Rs 80 crores tax payment per year. Salman Khan stands third in the list with a payment of Rs 75 crores.

Big B Amitabh Bachchan paid Rs 71 crores tax and he is in the fourth slot in the country. Top cricketer Virat Kohli stands fifth in the list with a tax pay of Rs 66 crores. Akshay Kumar was the highest taxpayer for the year 2022 but he is now gone down in the list. Among the actresses, Kareena Kapoor Khan has paid Rs 20 crores as tax and she is followed by Kiara Advani with a pay of Rs 12 crores and Katrina Kaif with Rs 11 crores. After scoring two blockbusters Pathaan and Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan is on a break. He has lined up an action thriller titled King and the film is under pre-production work from the past few months. The most talented Sujoy Ghosh will direct the film and Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has a crucial role to play in the film. The shooting formalities will start in January next year in Europe and the film will be under shoot mode for almost 8 months. Abhishek Bachchan essays the role of the lead antagonist in King. The makers are in plans to release the film in the mid of 2026.

Top director Siddharth Anand worked on the script and he is personally designing the action stunts for King. Siddharth Anand will also co-produce the film along with Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Made on a huge budget, the film is high on expectations. Shah Rukh Khan will soon work with Aditya Chopra in the sequel of Pathaan. The filming starts during the second half of 2025.

Gautam Adani and his family have the highest net worth, amounting to Rs 11.6 trillion. While most of India’s billionaires reside in Mumbai, they hail from 134 different cities. The founder of Hurun India believes this growth reflects the unwavering determination of Indian entrepreneurs. All the top 20 industries have welcomed new individuals to the rich list, and six people have maintained their positions among the top 10 for five consecutive years.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) served notices to Gauri Khan, the wife of Shah Rukh Khan. Gauri Khan is currently endorsing Tulsiani Group which is a real estate firm based in Lucknow. The firm has duped investors and banks for Rs 30 crores after which Gauri Khan received notices from ED today. Gauri Khan is yet to respond to the notices of ED. She is working as a Interior Designer and is producing films on Red Chillies Entertainment.

After Tulsiani Group is involved in the financial fraud, the ED decided to investigate about the financial dealings of the firm with Gauri Khan. More details awaited.

The reports of Gauri Khan getting notice from the Enforcement Directorate for allegedly embezzling 30 Cr. are all false!

Film producer and interior designer Gauri Khan, who is the brand ambassador of Lucknow-based real estate company Tulsiani Group, was served with the ED on December 19. While the firm was accused of duping Rs 30 crore from investors and banks, *the reports of Gauri Khan getting ED notice are all false*.

Reports state that Tulsiani Group is accused of causing a financial loss of around 30 Cr. to investors and banks. However, Gauri Khan is not at all related to any such case, and the reports of *Gauri Khan getting an ED notice are all false and do not have any base to it*.

Moreover, ED officials will investigate various aspects. The scrutiny of different matters will be carried out by the ED authorities.

Shah Rukh Khan is on all time high with back-to-back hits Pathaan and Jawan. The actor will test his luck for the third time this year with Dunki, a film directed by Rajkumar Hirani. It would be quite surprising if one comes to know about the financials of Dunki. The film is made on a budget of Rs 85 crores (for making) and the film was shot in just 75 days. The final budget touched Rs 120 crores including all the remunerations and the post-production work. Both Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani are co-producers and they would share the profits from the film instead of taking remunerations.

The makers already recovered the entire investment and pocketed Rs 100 crores through the non-theatrical rights and the entire theatrical revenue would be a bonus for Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan. This makes it clear that Dunki is a huge profitable project for SRK and Hirani. Completing a film with Superstar in 75 days is something suprising these days.
