New Road Under Bridge thrown open in Hyderabad’s IT corridor

1

A new Road Under Bridge (RuB) developed under the Strategic Road Development Programme (SRDP) was thrown open in the bustling information technology corridor of Hyderabad on Monday.

Built at a cost of Rs 66.59 crore, the RuB was inaugurated by Minister for Urban Development and Municipal Administration, K.T. Rama Rao, at Hitec City Railway Station.

This is expected to facilitate the free flow of traffic from Hitec City to Kukatpally.

Built by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), the RuB spans 410 metres in length, 20.60 metres in width and comes with a 9 metre bi-directional carriageway including that of approaches.

This comes as a big relief for scores of motorists in the IT corridor travelling between Hitec City and Kukatpally and areas further along the Mumbai highway. Motorists have long been facing problems, especially during the monsoon due to water stagnating below the railway tracks.

With this, 18 projects built at a cost of Rs 1,010 crore under SRDP have been inaugurated.

The RuB is one of the projects on the Gachibowli-JNTU corridor which has been earmarked as a top priority under the Comprehensive Traffic Study report.

Multi-level flyovers have been constructed and opened to traffic under the SRDP in this corridor at Bio-Diversity, Mind Space, Ayyappa Society and Rajiv Gandhi junctions. This has significantly eased the traffic movement in the high traffic density corridor.

According to officials, with the completion of the RuB, the 10.25-km corridor from Gachibowli to JNTU has become a conflict-free corridor for vehicular traffic.

Rama Rao also inaugurated various development works in Kukatpally.

Hyderabad Minister for Labour Malla Reddy, Greater Hyderabad Mayor Gadwal Vijayalaxmi, MLA Krishna Rao, MLC Naveen Rao and other officials attended the programmes.

0

The Centre has assured to speed up the process of setting up of six airstrips in Telangana soon.

At present, Telangana has only one airport at Hyderabad which is GMR International airport at Shamshabad.

In contrast, neighbouring Andhra Pradesh has several airports.

Keeping this in view, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao during his trip to Delhi in December 2020 met union civil aviation minister and submitted a representation seeking setting up of six airstrips in Telangana state.

As a follow up to this, the union civil aviation secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan on
Saturday (today).

This is against the background of the Telangana government deciding to set up airstrips in six places in the state, at Mamunur in Warangal district, Basant Nagar in Peddapalli district, Adilabad district headquarters, Palwancha in Badradri Kothagudem district, Jakranpalli in Nizamabad district and at Devarakadra in Mahabubnagar district.

0

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to constitute a nodal agency headed by Chief secretary Somesh Kumar for the integrated development and for finding permanent solutions to the problems of Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts, which are developing fast and are integrated with the Hyderabad city.

The CM said that all the Assembly segments, municipalities and other important towns under these districts jurisdiction, construction of integrated vegetarian and non-vegetarian markets, town halls, laying of roads, developing the infrastructure like power, drinking water, cleanliness, repairing of the sewerages and drainages, finding a permanent solution to the traffic, floodwater, submerging of areas under flood water etc. are to be taken-up.

The CM instructed the CS to have meetings with the local ministers, MLAs, MLCs and officials of the departments concerned.

The CM held a review meeting on Friday at Pragathi Bhavan on Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts adjoining Hyderabad city and to implement an integrated plan for the development of infrastructure in these areas.

Speaking on the occasion, the CM said, “Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts, which are part of Hyderabad, are developing fast. To keep pace with the changing times and the needs, there is a need to keep the plans for the integrated development of the municipalities and corporations in these areas. A comprehensive plan should be prepared for the integrated development of these
districts along with Hyderabad. We have to set up a nodal agency to monitor these developments regularly under the chairmanship of CS. People living in these districts, should get medical and educational facilities on par with Hyderabad. For this, local MLAs should prepare a plan based on the issues and needs in their constituencies”.

The CM advised that public representatives should have at least one meeting per month with the CS. The nodal officer should review the program regularly. The government is ready to provide adequate funds for this, the CM said.

As part of this, the CM said development works should be taken up in

Corona haunts TRS plenary yet again!

1

The ruling TRS in Telangana celebrates its formation day (plenary) of April 27 in a grand manner every year since the party was formed on April 27, 2001 with the sole agenda of achieving statehood for Telangana.

TRS achieved Telangana State in 2014, came to power in Telangana, and ruling Telangana since then.

However, the party is not able to celebrate its plenary for the last three years.

In April 2019, the TRS cancelled its plenary due to Lok Sabha elections in April/ May 2019.

Then party chief and Telangana Chief Minister KCR had announced that the party will celebrate plenary in a grand manner in April 2020.

But in April 2020, the TRS cancelled its plenary due to corona lockdown across India from mid-March 2020.

This year on February 7, KCR announced that TRS will hold a plenary and a huge public meeting with one lakh people in Hyderabad on April 27 as TRS completed 20 years.

However, the increasing corona cases in Telangana especially under GHMC limits for the past few days has reportedly made KCR to postpone plenary again this time.

Moreover, KCR’s government itself had imposed restrictions on public gatherings in Telangana until April 30 to check the spread of coronavirus.

How can his own party flout these orders issued by his own government and conduct plenary with huge gatherings is the question being raised in political circles.

Sharmila slams Telangana CM over ‘lack of development’ in Medak

1

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister Y.S. Sharmila on Wednesday trained her guns on Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao over “drought-prone” mandals in his home district Medak.

Sharmila, who is planning to float a political party in Telangana, addressed a meeting of loyalists of her late father and former undivided Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy from the district.

Addressing the meeting at her residence in Hyderabad, she said in the CM’s home district, 20 mandals are drought-prone. “What should be the level of development in united Medak district represented by the Chief Minister but what is happening there now,” she asked, claiming people of the district were facing water scarcity while farmers were suffering the most.

Sharmila alleged that farmers who had given their lands for Mallanna Sagar project were protesting. She also claimed that lands of Dalits were acquired forcibly.

She asserted that had Rajasekhara Reddy been alive, Medak district would have seen more development. Sharmila also claimed that due to construction of Outer Ring Road around Hyderabad by Rajasekhara Reddy, Medak witnessed rapid development.

Sharmila said she was pained to learn that a youth who had fought for statehood to Telangana recently attempted suicide as he was depressed over not getting a job.

The meeting was the latest in a series of consultations she is having with YSR loyalists from various parts of Telangana before announcing her political plans.

Sharmila has already admitted that she has difference of opinion with her brother Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is not in favour of launching a party in Telangana.

YSR Congress Party led by Jagan Mohan Reddy is confined to Andhra Pradesh and the party is not keen to revive its activities in the neighbouring Telugu state.

KCR to make PV’s daughter Vani Devi as TS Legislative Council chairperson!

1

TRS president and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is seriously considering a proposal to elevate late Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao’s daughter Vani Delhi as the chairperson of Telangana Legislative Council.

Vani Devi recently won as TRS MLC in the recent graduate MLC elections against all the expectations.

KCR sprang a surprise by fielding Vani Devi at the last minute.

KCR now wants to spring another surprise by elevating her as chairperson of Legislative Council.

The present chairman of Legislative Council Gutha Sukender Reddy and deputy chairman Nethi Vidyasagar term will end in June 2021.

If KCR renominates Gutha as MLC and continues him as chairman, then Vani Devi will be considered for the post of deputy chairperson of Legislative Council.

In any case, KCR wants to elevate Vani Devi with an aim to consolidate TRS claim on PV’s legacy further.

KCR already claimed PV’s legacy from Congress by deciding to hold year-long PV birth centenary celebrations in a grand manner on behalf of Telangana government in June 2020.

KCR also fielded his daughter for MLC election and ensured her victory against all odds.

KCR has been accusing Congress of neglecting PV and saying that its the TRS which gave prominence to PV and his family by holding his birth centenary celebrations and making his daughter as MLC.

KCR ignores Centre’s farm laws, decides to procure foodgrains from farmers

0

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to ignore the Centre’s controversial farm laws and procure foodgrains for MSP (minimum support price) from the farmers directly for the present rabi (yasangi) season.

KCR on Monday (today) announced to set up 6,408 procurement centres in the villages all over the State. The CM clarified that due to the increase in corona cases, it was decided, as was done last year, to procure paddy in the villages.

The CM directed officials to take steps to give Rs 20,000 crore bank guarantee to civil supplies corporation to procure foodgrains immediately.

The CM to set up procurement centres at every village immediately.

KCR’s decision has brought cheers to farmers across Telangana who were worried over how to sell their produce in the absence of state government’s procurement centres.

Because they will not get MSP if they sell directly to private traders due to which farmers will incur huge losses.

Rabi crops were sown in nearly 65 lakh acres in Telangana this year, the highest ever since the formation of state in 2014 and as such a huge yield of about 80 lakh metric tonnes is expected.

Will ‘sympathy factor’ work for TRS in Nagarjuna sagar bypoll?

0

TRS president and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Monday (today) announced the name of Nomula Bhagat, the son of late TRS MLA Nomula Narasimiah as the party’s candidate for the upcoming Nagarjunasagar bypoll on April 17.

After doing multiple surveys, KCR announced Bhagat’s candidature.

Though many senior BC and Reddy TRS leaders from Nagarjunasagar competed for the seat, KCR preferred Bhagat at the last minute relying on ‘sympathy factor’.

However, the ‘sympathy factor’ did not work for TRS in Dubbak Assembly bypoll.

KCR fielded Solipeta Sujatha, the wife of late TRS MLA Solipeta Ramalingareddy in Dubbak.

But the party lost to BJP in Dubbak by a narrow margin.

This time too, the surveys commissioned by KCR reportedly found that local voters in Nagarjunasgar preferred a local BC candidate for bypoll.

But Bhagat is a ‘non local’ as he hails from Nakrekal mandal.

Despite this, KCR favoured Bhagat relying on ‘sympathy factor’ and with a hope hat voters will show sympathy towards Bhagat due to sudden death of his father.

KCR fires on Jagan for “looting” Telangana water

5

When YS Jaganmohan Reddy became Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in May 2019, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao attended Jagan’s swearing-in as CM in Vijayawada.

Later, both KCR and Jagan displayed bonhomie by meeting several times.

Jagan even visited KCR’s Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad thrice and held meetings to resolve bifurcation-related disputes with AP and TS.

At one stage, both agreed to share Godavari and Krishna waters for the mutual benefit of both the states and proposed to take up ‘joint irrigation projects’ for the purpose.

But all this has now become history after Jagan decided to construct Rayalaseema lift irrigation project diverting Srisailam water and also digging up a parallel canal on the right side of the Rajoli Banda Diversion scheme.

Already both states lodged complaints against each other over sharing of Krishna and Godavari water.

KCR on Friday (today) lashed out at Jagan for taking up both the projects unilaterally.

He warned Jagan that the Telangana government will go to any extent to stop AP’s projects and will not leave even a single drop of water belonging to Telangana to AP.

He said he had extended a friendly hand to Jagan in sharing river water but he had ignored and unilaterally taking up projects in AP in violation of the norms.

YS Sharmila to contest from Palair Assembly seat in 2023 TS Assembly polls

0

YS Sharmila, the daughter of late AP Chief Minister YS Rajashekar Reddy and sister of AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Wednesday (today) announced that she will contest from Palair Assembly seat (Paleru) in Khammam district in Telangana Assembly elections to be held in December 2023.

Sharmila made this announcement during the meeting with her supporters and loyalists of YSR from Khammam district at her Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad.

It may be recalled that Sharmila is preparing ground to launch her own political party in Telangana and holding district-wise meetings with supporters of her and YSR since February this year.

Sharmila had already announced that she will launch her political party by holding a mega public rally in Khammam on April 9. In the meeting she will announce party’s name, symbol and flag.

She said Palair Assembly seat for her is like Pulivendula Assembly seat for her father YSR.

However, uncertainty surrounds over Sharmila’s public meeting in Khammam on April 9 in the backdrop of increasing covid cases in Telangana.

Doubts are being raised whether Telangana government will permit this meeting citing Covid restrictions.

KCR beats Jagan in salary hike for govt employees, teachers

3

Till the other day, the Telangana employees unions were praising Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for extending 27% salary hike for government employees and teachers in the form of IR (interim relief) as the implementation of new PRC fitment is getting delayed in AP.

But Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today (Monday) outsmarted Jagan by declaring higher PRC fitment for government employees and teachers in Telangana.

KCR declared 30% fitment (hike on basic salary) besides increasing the retirement age of employees, teachers from 58 years to 61 years.

The retirement age hike in Telangana is also one year higher over Andhra Pradesh, where the retirement age was hiked from 58 years to 60 years.

While Jagan extended 27% salary hike, KCR announced 30% salary hike saying that he wants to give more than what AP government is extending to its employees.

KCR’s latest move will put pressure on Jagan to announce similar PRC fitment as AP employees unions will start making similar demands from tomorrow.

Telangana has the benefit of bearing higher salaries being a revenue-surplus state but how could Jagan manage this in a revenue-deficit state is a big question.

Telangana CM for completing lift irrigation project by year-end

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao asked the Water Resources Department officials to complete the works on Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme by December this year.

He also wanted officials to complete works on the pending projects in Krishna Basin. He said the time has come for the Water Resources Department officials to work with total commitment.

“There are some unfinished works to be completed. Think on how fast can we complete these works. Works should be continued taking inspiration from the Kaleswaram Project. In any case, the works on Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme should be completed by this December,” the Chief Minister told a high-level review meeting on the progress of works on the project on Sunday.

In this meeting, ministers, MLAs and other public representatives from Palamur district (undivided Mahabubnagar district) participated. They included minister S Niranjan Reddy, V Srinivas Goud, State Planning Board Vice Chairman B Vinod Kumar, MLAs and senior officials.

KCR recalled that during the separate Telangana statehood movement, his speeches never concluded without mentioning the water crisis in Mahbubnagar and fluoride problem of Nalgonda. “The then rulers have intentionally kept Telangana projects in pending. After formation of the State, the ongoing pending projects are being completed one by one. Certain vested interested have created problems and obstacles for the completion of the Palamuru Rangareddy project by filing cases in the courts and getting stay orders. But yet we are going ahead with the works with more determination. We have completed on going pending projects like Kalwakurty, Nettempad, Bhima and also Jurala and turned 11 lakh acres in southern Palamuru as fertile lands,” he said.

The CM analyzed that there is a difference between the flow of Godavari River and Krishna. The Godavari river flow would be more while it traverses while the flow from Krishna will be less. Moreover, with upper riparian states of Krishna River like Karnataka and Maharashtra constructing projects and the neighbouring State taking away water through pipes and due to lack of rain, availability of water in Krishna has been on the decline and reached danger levels. Against this backdrop, the rightful share of the State in Krishna water should be utilised to the last drop. For this, all the pending projects on Krishna River including Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme should be completed on a war footing, the CM told officials.

He said Krishna water should be diverted to make Palamuru full of fertile and crop yielding land. The faster the project is completed the better for the farmers and the agriculture sector. He said this project could be linked to the Jurala project.

The CM discussed with the ministers and officials about the land acquisition to be taken up for the Lift Irrigation Scheme, rehabilitation measures, construction of the Sub stations, digging of the canals, setting up of the pumps and related works.

TRS wins both MLC seats, takes revenge on BJP!

2

The ruling TRS in Telangana once again proved that it is unbeatable in Telangana politics.

The TRS bagged both the graduate MLC seats.

The counting of votes started on March 17 and a clarity came after four days today (Saturday).

The TRS candidate Vani Devi, the daughter of late Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao has won from Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar Graduates Constituency.

The sitting MLC from BJP N Ramachander Rao lost this seat.

Another TRS candidate and sitting MLC Palla Rajeshwar too is leading by a huge margin in Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda seat over his rival Teenmaar Mallanna. The announcement of Palla’s victory is a mere formality now.

However, the Election Commission is yet to announce officially the victory of Vani Devi and Palla.

But the victory celebrations have already started at TRS headquarters, Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad as their win is imminent and Election Commission’s announcement is a mere formality.

The TRS not only retained its seat in Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda but trounced BJP in Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar seat.

The TRS took revenge of BJP for its setbacks in the hands of BJP in Dubbak Assembly bypoll and GHMC elections in 2020-end.

T’gana IPS officer in soup after controversial oath

2

An Indian Police Service (IPS) officer R.S. Praveen Kumar landed in a row after he allegedly took oath with a group of people that they would not follow any Hindu rituals and traditions.

Praveen Kumar is Secretary of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS), a body under the state government.

A video of the official went viral in which he was seen taking oath along with other people strongly affirming their disbelief in the existence of Hindu deities and their traditions.

The oath was taken at ‘Swaero Holy Month’ ceremony on March 15 that he launched at the famous Buddhist shrine at Dhulikatta in the Peddapalli district.

“I do not have faith in Gowri, Ganapathi or other Hindu gods. I will not worship them. I do not accept the concept of avatars of God. I will not do Sraadha Karma, nor do Pinda Daan. I will not do anything that is against the principles and teachings of Buddha. I will not consume alcohol. I do not believe in Rama, Krishna. I will not worship them,” the IPS official administered the oath to a group, including children.

The video sparked a huge row with several right-wing groups condemning the action of the police official and demanding action against him.

The ‘Swaero Holy Month’, also called Bheem Deeksha, is a month-long event marked by reading Babasaheb B.R. Ambedkar’s works and other such activities.

The oath draws inspiration from the pledge taken by Ambedkar upon his conversion to Buddhism at Deeksha Bhoomi in Nagpur, Maharashtra, in 1956.

Leaders of BJP, VHP and other groups slammed Praveen Kumar for what they call propagating anti-Hindu propaganda by using state funds. They alleged that he is instigating students of Telangana Social and Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions against the Hindu religion.

Praveen Kumar, however, issued a statement saying Swaeroism is an inclusive ideology, where people of all religious faiths are working for the liberation of the poor from poverty.

“Swaero Network has people with all religious beliefs in it, and we take the best from all religions, and we don’t teach any prejudice against any religion both in our homes and in workplaces and celebrate all festivals. We work for a just and equal society in the country only through education, health awareness, scientific thinking and economic empowerment, not through hatred,” he said in a statement.

“One local Buddhist family went on to the stage and recited Buddha Vandanam and they went on to recite the oath reportedly taken by Ambedkar on the day of his conversion to Buddhism,” Kumar said in a statement. He clarified that they (Swaero) have no relation with that Buddhist family or do not subscribe to what that family has said.

The IPS official’s supporters also came out in his defence in the face of attack by BJP and some Hindu groups. In their postings on social media, they hailed Praveen Kumar for being an upright officer, who helped students from marginalized sections of the society to excel through TSWREI institutions.

However, despite the IPS officer’s clarification the controversy has refused to die down.

A Member of Parliament from Andhra Pradesh Raghu Ramakrishna Raju on Friday met President Ram Nath Kovind and submitted a detailed representation seeking disciplinary action against Praveen Kumar and investigations into the activities of his private organization ‘Swaeroes’.

The rebel MP of YSR Congress Party alleged that Praveen Kumar is perpetrating anti-social activities by promoting anti-Hindu ideology and corrupting the minds of children studying in schools/hostels run under the aegis of TSWREIS.

TSWREIS is a society set up by the government of Telangana in 2014 with an aim to provide quality education to the needy and deprived children and to administer various schools/colleges/hostels which are run by the government of Telangana.

The MP claimed that the logo of Swaero intentionally copied the theme of TSWERIS and is having the same features, leading the public to misunderstand that it is also an officially set up government body.

Raju also pointed that Praveen Kumar was appointed secretary to TSWREIS and has been continuing in the same position and department for more than seven years which is a contravention to the general practice of department of personnel and training.

“Besides he was recently promoted as Additional Director General of Police though not having any experience as a full time police officer,” he said.

The MP wrote that the Praveen Kumar-initiated movement called the Swaeroes which is indulging in highly enraging anti-social activities by poisoning the minds of little children and the society at large in the disguise of upliftment of Scheduled Castes students and providing quality education. Such dubious activities in the name of welfare activities must be stopped and punitive measures be adopted to bring such state actors working in a non-stately actor fashion to justice in the larger interest of public peace and maintenance of law and order.

The Legal Rights Protection Forum has lodged another complaint with Cadre Controlling Authority, Union Ministry of Home Affairs against Praveen Kumar.

It mentioned that section 3 of The Police-Forces (Restriction of Rights) Act 1966, clearly imposes restrictions respecting right to form association, freedom of speech, etc.

The rules also say that no member of a police-force shall participate in, or address, any meeting or take part in any demonstration organised by anybody of persons for any political purposes or for such other purposes as may be prescribed.

Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 3 shall, without prejudice to any other action that may be taken against him, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine which may extend to Rs 2,000 or both, pointed out the Forum.

The group earlier wrote to Jitendra Singh, minister of state in Prime Minister’s office and Director General of Police Telangana seeking strict action against Praveen Kumar for violating CCS Conduct Rules and creating disharmony and enmity among different section of society through activities of his NGO Swaeroes.

MLC polls boost TRS, brighten chances in N.Sagar bypoll!

0

The results of graduate MLC polls for two seats in Telangana are yet to be announced though the counting of votes is still going on for the past three days since March 17.

However, the incomplete results of MLC polls have boosted the confidence of TRS ahead of Nagarjunasagar byelection on April 17.

While the majority opinion in political and media circles was that TRS would be washed away in MLC polls as educated class, graduates, students and employees, who are voters in these elections are angry at TRS and will not vote for TRS. This was reflected in Dubbak Assembly bypoll and GHMC elections in 2020-end.

But all these theories proved wrong in the MLC polls after the completion of counting of first preference votes.

TRS is leading in both seats. The counting of second preference votes is now taking place.

Whatever may be the final results of MLC elections, the TRS leaders claim that the majority of the voters in MLC polls voted for TRS by casting their first preference votes which shows that there is no anti incumbency in Telangana as being projected by opposition parties.

They say that the MLC polling trend clearly shows that Telangana people still rally behind TRS and KCR and this will be repeated even in the Nagarjunasagar bypoll.

KCR is planning to announce the name of the TRS candidate for the Nagarjunasagar bypoll after the Assembly session on March 26.

Is Telangana really a ‘revenue-surplus state’?

1

TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as well as his ministers and other TRS leaders leave no occasion to boast that Telangana is a ‘rich state’, a ‘revenue surplus state’ after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh since 2014.

But the Budget 2021-22 presented by finance minister T Harish Rao in Legislative Assembly today (Thursday) proves otherwise.

Though the TRS government is presenting a revenue surplus budget right from the formation of Telangana state in 2014 till date, the budget copies tabled in Assembly show that Telangana has become a ‘revenue deficit state’ like neighbouring Andhra Pradesh for the past two years.

The budget papers show that Telangana was a revenue surplus state only until 2018-19 when it registered a revenue surplus of Rs 4,337 crore.

However, in 2019-20 Telangana became a revenue deficit state when it registered a Rs 6,254 crore revenue deficit.

In 2020–21, it again witnessed a revenue deficit of Rs 16,226 crore.

Despite this, Harish Rao presented a new budget 2021-22 with a revenue surplus of Rs 6,743 crore on Thursday.

Whether this is fake or real will be known when 2021-22 financial year ends and new budget for 2022-23 will be presented in March 22.

MLC polls: TRS leads in Hyd & Warangal
