Vijay – Atlee’s collaborating for the fourth time

After Leo in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s direction, Thalapathy Vijay is in plans to collaborate with Atlee again. They already have Bigil, Mersal and Theri in their kitty and they are planning for the fourth blockbuster. If the sources are to be believed, Sun Pictures and Vijay already finalized the script and will take the film on floors from September/October this year.

Vijay’s last release was Vaarasudu in Vamshi Paidipally’s direction. After that Vijay is coming with Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film, titled Leo which will hit screens on October 19th.Currently, Atlee is working for Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and the shoot will be wrapped up by March. Later Atlee and Vijay’s will be announced officially.

Director Atlee and Priya expecting their first child

Director Atlee and his wife Priya announced a good news through social media that they are expecting their first child by posting a few adorable pictures of them. After dating for many years the couple got married on 9th November 2014.

Atlee wrote,” We are grateful for all the love and support you have showered upon us over the years, we would like you to continue showing your love to our little one as well. Eagerly waiting to embark on this exciting adventure of bringing our little bundle of happiness into this world with all your blessings.”

Atlee is associative of Shankar and he made his directorial debut with Raja Rani. He proved himself as a commercial director with Theri, Mersal and Bigil. Currently, he is directing Jawaan, starring Shahrukh Khan and Nayanthara. He also has one more film lined up with Vijay and the shoot commences next year.

Exclusive: Vijay in talks for his second Telugu film

Tamil actor Vijay who is a Superstar in Tamil is enjoying enough craze across the Telugu states. The actor is in plans to sign straight Telugu films to cement his position in Telugu which is a vast market. Vijay is almost done with his first straight Telugu film Vaarasudu directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film is announced for Sankranthi 2023 release in Telugu and Tamil languages. Top production house Mythri Movie Makers paid an advance for Vijay long ago and the project is happening soon. The production house recently arranged a meeting between Vijay and Atlee.

Atlee also received huge advance for the film and he will work on the script after he completes his work for Jawan. Atlee will work on the script and he will narrate it to Vijay at the earliest. The project is expected to start rolling at the end of 2023. An official announcement about the film will be made soon. Vijay will soon commence the shoot of Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film will have its release next year.

When Vijay treated SRK with delicious food

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has been shooting for director Atlee’s upcoming film ‘Jawan’ for over a month here, has disclosed that he has had a blast during this time.

Taking to his Twitter, the King of Bollywood said: “What a 30 days blast RCE team! Thalaivar blessed our setsa (I) Saw movie with Nayanthara (sic).”

Further sharing his experience, he noted in his tweet: “Partied with Anirudh (Ravichander, the music composer), (held) deep discussions with Vijay Sethupathy and Thalapathy Vijay fed me delicious food.Thanks Atlee and Priya for your hospitality. Now, (I) need to learn Chicken 65 recipe!”

Shah Rukh is believed to have partied with Anirudh, who is scoring the music for the film, on the occasion of director Atlee’s birthday, which was on September 21.

Shah Rukh’s tweet comes soon after the completion of the unit’s Chennai schedule. Actor Vijay Sethupathi plays the antagonist in this film, which has music by Anirudh Ravichander.

The film, which is being produced by Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment, has Nayanthara playing the female lead.

Akkineni Akhil heaved a sigh of relief with the positive reception of his latest film Hello. The young actor’s neat act in the romantic drama has been receiving huge applause from all quarters. The only worrying sign for Akhil is the limited box office performance of Hello. Akkineni fans are desperately waiting for a star director to handle Akhil’s next project.
