For the first time in Telugu television history, a contestant has won whopping Rs 1 crore prize money in Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu, a game show hosted by NTR Junior on Gemini TV.

The winner has been identified as Raja Ravindra, a Sub-Inspector of Police from Kothagudem in Telangana. Raja Ravindra is also a national level player in gun shooting in police tournaments.

Stating that his aim is to participate in Olympics in air rifle category, Ravindra said he would make use of the prize money to achieve his ambition.

Ravindra answered all the questions right and won the full prize money, much to the delight of NTR and Gemini TV. Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu is the official Telugu adaptation of the Britain’s game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. The show is currently being aired on Gemini TV with NTR Jr as the host since August 2021.

There will be fun and enjoyment in store in the Deepavali special episode of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu, a game show hosted by NTR on Gemini TV.

For, it will feature two celebrity contestants and they are music composers Thaman and Devi Sri Prasad. The episode’s promo promises a fun-filled ride with all the three sharing energetic chemistry. The show will be aired at 8.30 pm on November 4.

Nobody ever used this epithet for either Nani or Nag or Chiru in any of their shows. In the show, the women are seen asking him whether they can call him “Annayya’.

Brand gurus and image-making experts say that this is a careful case of image building. They say that consciously, NTR is being projected as NTR not junior NTR, Annayya instead of a romantic hero and as Rama Rao and not Tharak. Now the question is – is NTR doing this consciously to build his image as a face for the TDP in times to come? Will NTR clarify?

Gemini TV went from 290 GRPs to 400 GRPs at the time slot of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. GRP is Gross Rating Points for the respective show. Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu is telecasted on Gemini TV from Monday to Thursday at 8:30 PM. NTR is currently shooting for the upcoming episodes of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu and he will complete the shoot of RRR next week.

Young Tiger NTR is returning back to the small screen with Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu and the shoot commenced recently. The television show starts on August 22nd and it will be telecasted on Gemini TV from Monday to Thursday every week at 8:30 PM. Tarak unveiled a new promo with the telecast date today. Earlier, NTR hosted the first season of Bigg Boss and his hosting skills are widely lauded. He rejected the upcoming seasons because of his film commitments.

Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu will also have tough competition as Bigg Boss 5 will start on Star MAA in September. On the work front, NTR is currently shooting for RRR in Ukraine. The movie unit will return back during the third week of August. NTR is done with the shoot of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu for the upcoming episodes for this month. Young Tiger NTR impressed the small screen audience with his hosting skills in Bigg Boss first season. He has been staying away from small screen for the past few years. He decided to return back to small screen with Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu and he joined the sets of the show recently. Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu will air on Gemini TV from August 15th marking the Independence Day weekend. The actor will complete the shoot for enough number of episodes for the tv show before he heads to Georgia for the shoot of RRR.

NTR is also keen to utilize the break time before he commences the shoot of Kortala Siva’s film to shoot for Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. He will complete the shoot of RRR by August and Koratala Siva’s film is expected to get its launch during Dasara. NTR will work without breaks after he completes the shoot of RRR. NTR’s film with Koratala Siva will release in summer 2022.

Young Tiger NTR is returning back to the small screen through Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. Though the show was announced early this year, the shoot was pushed due to the pandemic. NTR will commence the shoot of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu from July 7th. A special set is constructed in Annapurna Studios for the shoot. Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu will start airing on Gemini TV in August and the final date will be announced soon. Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu is inspired by Kaun Banega Crorepati.

NTR is currently sweating out for RRR and the shoot reached the final stages. The introduction song on NTR and Ram Charan will be canned soon and NTR will be done with his shoot for RRR. Before NTR commences the shoot of Koratala Siva’s project, the top actor will complete the shoot of several episodes of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. He is charging a bomb for his small-screen appearance.
