Naidu left debt burden of Rs 2 lakh crore in Andhra: YSRCP

0

Senior YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy on Monday alleged that former chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu left debts of more than Rs 2 lakh crore in the state when he left office.

“The debt burden left by Babu’s (Naidu) government is more than Rs 2 lakh crore,” said Reddy.

Bills due to contractors, power purchase dues, fee reimbursements and compensation to projects evacuees are some of them, he said.

The YSRCP leader castigated some sections of people for targeting the state government.

At a time when some sections of the media are attacking the state government on its credit position, the Parliamentarian compared the state debts of some states to prove a point that all is well.

He said Andhra has a debt of Rs 3.7 lakh crore, compared to Uttar Pradesh (Rs 6 lakh crore), Maharashtra (Rs 5 lakh crore), Tamil Nadu (Rs 4.8 lakh crore), Telangana (Rs 3.2 lakh crore) and Kerala (Rs 3.2 lakh crore)

Earlier, the ruling party leader alleged that some sections of the media are attempting to pass on lies about the Pulichintala project as truth.

He alleged that the earlier government under Naidu did not follow the protocols before filling the dam with water.

“A 2015 experts report said that the gates were weak and it exposes Babu,” he alleged.

The CBI Court in Hyderabad on Saturday (today) issued notices to YSRCP Rajya Sabha member V.Vijayasai Reddy on a petition seeking cancellation of bail granted to him.

The petition was filed by YSRCP rebel MP K Raghurama Krishna Raju on August 3.

The CBI Court directed Vijayasai Reddy and CBI to file counters on Raju’s petition.

The CBI Court is expected to hear this case on August 10.

It may be recalled that Raju also filed a petition in May this year seeking cancellation of bail granted to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The arguments in this case have recently concluded and the judgement on Jagan’s bail is expected on August 25.

In his petition, Raju said while Andhra Pradesh Chief Miniter YS Jaganmohan Reddy is A1 (Accused No.1) in quid pro cases filed by CBI, Vijayasai Reddy is A2 (Accused No.2).

Raju brought to the notice of the court that Vijaysai Reddy as MP is frequently meeting union ministers and officials in home and finance ministries and trying to create an impressing that he has ‘close links’ with home and finance ministers and officials and trying to ‘influence’ witnesses directly and indirectly with his acts and trying to create a sense of fear among witnesses.

Raju informed the court that Vijayasai as MP has written a letter to union home minister Amit Shah seeking not to post an officer as CBI joint director, who was the prime investigation officer in Jagan’s illegal assets cases.

Raju said this amounts to involvement in the process of free and fair inquiry of the cases.

YSRCP rebel MP K.Raghurama Krishna Raju continues to give sleepless nights to YSRCP top brass.

‘Centre studying feasibility of multi-modal logistics park in Vizag’

1

Senior YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy said on Wednesday that the Central government is studying the feasibility of setting up a multi-modal logistics park in Visakhapatnam.

“Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, has said that the Centre is studying the feasibility of setting up a multi-modal logistics park in Visakhapatnam,” Reddy said.

According to the Rajya Sabha member, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has issued directives to set up multi-modal logistics parks in 35 cities across the country.

Meanwhile, the senior YSRCP leader also requested Gadkari to upgrade a few state highways in Visakhapatnam district into national highways. A delegation of YSRCP MPs has submitted a memorandum to Gadkari to this effect.

The delegation also met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to give clearance to the revised estimates for the Polavaram Project.

Is Vijaysai running parallel YSRCP in Vizag?

0

Is dissidence building against Chief Minister YS Jagan’s most trusted lieutenant? Have several YSRCP MLAs lodged a complaint against Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy? Are complaints being filed against his working style and his attempts to emerge as the boss of North Coastal Andhra region?

The political circles are agog with the stories of how Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy is taking complete control of the party and governance. There are stories and stories of how the administration in the north Andhra districts is pandering to Vijaysai Reddy. He has reportedly developed a network of informants both in politics and in administration and is getting information about everything happening. Sources say that Vijaysai Reddy’s nod is necessary even for taking up small works or making appointments.

Recently, Vijaysai’s birthday celebrations were organised on an unprecedented scale. Banners, buntings, hoardings and flexis dominated the city skyline. The issue even went to the notice of YS Jagan, sources say. They add that the flexis were removed only after the issue went to the notice of the chief minister.

A small group of MLAs, ministers and key party functionaries have reportedly taken the issue to the notice of the Chief Minister. YS Jagan is said to have taken note of the things. As of now, there is no palpable action against Vijaysai Reddy. Yet, people feel that there would be some definitive action against the Rajya Sabha MP in the days to come and Jagan will surely leash in the Rajya Sabha MP.

Andhra govt reiterates oppn to Vizag Steel Plant sale

0

Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy on Thursday reiterated that the Andhra Pradesh government opposed the privatisation of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), and said the party MPs will vehemently take up the issue during the upcoming Parliament Session.

“We will join forces with labour unions to save VSP and intensify our struggle. We will take on board leaders from other parties as well and stall the Parliament sessions,” said Reddy.

On Thursday, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy held a meeting with the ruling Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Parliamentarians and deliberated on various issues.

Following the completion of more than 150 days of protests for saving the steel plant, VSP labour union leaders are contemplating to take their protests to Delhi.

Similarly, he said the ruling party MPs will take up the water dispute issue between the Telugu states in the forthcoming Parliament sessions for protecting the interests of Andhra Pradesh.

He said AP will demand the deployment of Central forces at common reservoirs and the notification of KRMB.

The Parliamentarian lashed out at those people who were targeting the Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation Scheme.

According to the MP, the YSRCP government has always sought special status for the southern state and reminded that Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded special status on multiple occasions when he met the Prime Minister and other senior leaders in Delhi.

He said there is no compromise with respect to the special category status and castigated former chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for allegedly “getting sold away to suppress this demand and be content with a special package”.

Andhra CM laying special emphasis on students, teachers’ health: MP

0

Rajya Sabha member and senior Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party leader V. Vijayasai Reddy, on Wednesday said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has laid special emphasis on the health of teachers and students. The CM has mandated Covid vaccination for all teachers before schools reopen after having remained closed due to the second wave of the pandemic.

“He (Chief Minister) has directed officials for complete vaccination of all teachers before schools reopen,” said Vijayasai Reddy.

Apart from vaccination in schools, he said Jagan Mohan Reddy has also directed officials to inoculate degree college students in their college premises.

He also highlighted that the Chief Minister has written multiple letters to the Central government exposing the illegal usage of Krishna river water by neighbouring Telangana and will approach the Supreme Court.

“To protect the state’s water needs, the Andhra government is ready for a legal fight and will approach the Supreme Court,” he added.

Allow Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation scheme: Andhra to Centre

1

Rajya Sabha member and senior YSRCP leader V. Vijayasai Reddy on Friday met with Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekawat and requested him to allow Andhra Pradesh to go ahead with the Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation scheme.

“I have requested Shekawat to allow Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation scheme and direct the KRMB board to notify it,” said Reddy.

He also called for the deployment of CISF security personnel at the common reservoirs and demanded that the law should be followed. He said these are the responsibilities of the Central government.

The MP said he elaborately discussed the alleged illegal policies of the Telangana government.

Reddy termed Telangana’s projects such as Palamuru Rangareddy project, Dindi project, expansion of Kalwakurthy and expansion of Srisailam left bank canal as illegal and explained the reasons for the contention of the Andhra government to Shekawat.

“I asked for the cooperation of the minister and he responded positively,” said the YSRCP leader.

The MP said he met Shekawat under the directions of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are engaged in a bitter water war over the projects with both terming them as illegal. Already, Jagan Mohan Reddy has written several letters to the Centre on the issue and its complaints against Telangana.

Naidu desperate after losing power: YSRCP MP

1

Rajya Sabha member and senior YSRCP leader V. Vijayasai Reddy on Friday slammed Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, saying that he has become desperate after losing power.

“From the time Chandrababu lost power, he has been restless like a fish out of water,” mocked Reddy.

He alleged that Naidu “is wishing for lakhs of Covid deaths in the state to undermine the good name Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is earning across the country for effectively tackling Covid”.

“When the whole country is praising Jagan’s effective control of Coronavirus with vaccinations and foresight, Babu is bringing disrepute with fake protests,” claimed Reddy.

The Rajya Sabha MP also trained his guns on a section of media houses for allegedly being in favour of the TDP supremo and claimed that ‘they are spending sleepless nights after Jagan Mohan Reddy won a landslide victory in 2019’.

Calling those media houses as “slave media to the TDP supremo”, the YSRCP leader alleged that “Naidu is feeling happy by disseminating favourable news from caste-aligned media houses.

“He (Naidu) got used to fighting with the shadows but people don’t care what Babu is doing after the emergence of distance between him and people,” he said, terming Naidu’s recent protest as a 3-hour movie.

The Parliamentarian also attacked Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh, alleging that the latter may get a stay from the Court against the state government’s recent order of banning cigarette and gutka (chewable item) sales within 200 metres distance of schools.

“He (Lokesh) will say how can cigarette sellers live? When liquor prices are increased, the intellectual will question what will happen to liquor lovers?” Reddy mocked.

V for Vizag… V for Vijaysai Reddy, but will it be V for Victory?

V for Vizag… V for Vijaysai Reddy … V for victory…. This seems to be the thinking of the YSRCP these days. If all goes well, suave, mild-mannered Vijaysai Reddy may well be the YSRCP candidate from Visakhapatnam in 2024. Vijaysai is making the right moves and is doing the right things to emerge as the party’s hot favourite in Vizag Lok Sabha constituency.

For the last two years, party’s soft-voiced suave operator Vijaysai has focused on Vizag. He has been staying there for most of the time and is working among the rank and file as the incharge for the North Andhra districts. He has also played a very instrumental role in ensuring YSRCP victory in the panchayat, municipal and corporation elections. He worked hard to strengthen the party in the North Andhra region.

In fact, Visakhapatnam city is the only place where the TDP did very well in 2019 elections. The party had bagged all the four assembly seats here. The mighty wave of the YSRCP had stopped at the gates of Vizag city. Since then, Vijaysai has been systematically working on Vizag and north Andhra. As part of the strategy to completely take over Vizag, Vijaysai is said to be planning to contest direct elections next time.

Interestingly, though he was offered a party ticket last time to contest from Visakhapatnam, he declined saying he would work behind the screens and strategise for party’s victory. This time around, he is planning to contest from Vizag. As of now, Vijaysai is Rajya Sabha member. YSRCP insiders say that the present MP MVV Satyanarayana would be given an MLA ticket to contest in 2024.

YSRCP MP threatens complaint against Chidambaram

1

Following a sarcastic message by Congress leader P. Chidambaram, senior Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy on Saturday threatened to lodge a complaint with the Chairman.

Chidambaram mocked that the Ministry of Labour and Employment allegedly said it had no data on women’s participation in the labour force and called for renaming it.

“Ministry of Labour and Employment tells Parliamentary Committee that it has no data on women’s participation in the labour force. This is an opportune moment to rename the ministry as Ministry of Malemployment,” said Chidambaram.

However, Reddy contended that Parliamentary Committee meetings are confidential till those reports are laid out in the Houses.

“Parliamentary committee meetings are confidential till the report is laid out in the Houses. MPs who adopt cheap politics over following rules harm the objectivity of the report and vitiate the process,” he noted.

The YSRCP leader said he will file a complaint with the House chairman for strict action.

Earlier, Reddy said that the IT Appellate Tribunal has favourably ordered for the expeditious return of Rs 219 crore plus interest to Vizag metropolitan region development authority.

“GST exemption rendered by all services by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and expeditious renewal of its FCRA application to enable NRI pilgrims to donate were the top pointers for discussion with Nimala Sitharaman,” he added, on his meeting with the Union Finance Minister.

24L Oxford dictionaries to enhance skills of Andhra students

1

Senior YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy said on Wednesday that the state government is distributing 24 lakh Oxford English dictionaries to as many government school students to enhance their English skills.

“As part of the Jagananna Vidya Kanuka scheme, Oxford English dictionaries are being distributed to 23.59 lakh students in an effort to enhance their English skills,” said Reddy.

In a major English push, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is promoting the language that is most in demand professionally across the globe to brighten the employment prospects of the students of the southern state.

The move is aimed at transforming the communication skills of lakhs of students.

Recently, Andhra Pradesh decided to introduce English medium education from the school level to the degree college level.

Meanwhile, Vijayasai Reddy mocked Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu and its general secretary Nara Lokesh, asking the education department to handover a copy of the dictionary to them as well.

He said four dictionaries should be delivered to Naidu, Lokesh, Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao and party’s state president Kinjarapu Atchannaidu.

The TDP had vociferously opposed the idea of introducing English education in the state, alleging that the mother tongue Telugu is getting sidelined and disrespected.

Ruling YSRCP leaders retaliated to this accusation by quizzing the opposition leaders as to from where their children and grandchildren were pursuing their education, whether from English medium or Telugu medium institutions.

According to Vijayasai Reddy, a delegation of 17 senior Telangana officials has appreciated the welfare schemes being implemented in the state.

Following a visit to Krishna district to study these schemes, he said the officials are exploring the possibility of implementing programmes such as Nadu-Nedu in neighbouring Telangana.

Earlier, a delegation of senior Karnataka officials had also visited the Anantapur district to study the grassroots governance system.

Jagan garnered Rs 34K cr investment, employed 1.3L in 2 yrs: YSRCP

1

Senior YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and Member of Parliament V. Vijayasai Reddy on Thursday said the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government accords equal importance to welfare and development.

“Reddy-led state government gives equal importance to welfare as well as development. After coming to power in the past two years, investments worth Rs 34,000 crore have been garnered, leading to the employment of 1.3 lakh people,” said Reddy.

Citing the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the MP said AP got better investments than the neighbouring states.

According to DPIIT’s statistics, the YSRCP leader claimed that the southern state received investments worth Rs 40,000 crore under N. Chandrababu Naidu’s five-year rule, compared to Rs 30,000 crore investments in Jagan’s two-years alone.

“Under Jagan Mohan Reddy’s leadership, the state won Niti Aayog’s accolades on various fronts,” he noted.

Meanwhile, he took a jibe at Naidu that he doesn’t talk about the ‘vote for notes’ scam but always used to claim that he gave everything such as toilet, tumbler, plate and others.

“Few leaders still hanging in with Naidu are his partners in crime, from backstabbing NTR (N. T. Rama Rao) to cheating, betraying and looting people,” alleged Reddy, commenting on Naidu’s close circle of associates.

Vijay Sai redefines April 20 as 420, to target Naidu

3

YCP’s complicated MP Vijay Sai Reddy is not allowing birthday boy Chandrababu Naidu to celebrate peacefully. CM Jagan Reddy himself has extended warm wishes to the TDP chief who turned 72 today. But, his party MP has launched a nasty, bitter attack giving new definition to even birthdays. Today is April 20, the birthday of Naidu. April is the fourth month and stands for 4. So, April 20 should be seen as 420.
As such, Vijay Sai has said that Chandrababu Naidu is living up to his birthday specialty and cheating the people. The TDP chief has no culture and no respect. Naidu appears to be very polished and civilised but he does not spare the people.

Vijay Sai is apparently the only leader who has made this unsparting attack on Naidu today. Even the YCP social media has started targeting the TDP chief after Vijay Sai’s scathing tweets. Eventually, this has triggered an all-out social media war with the rivals also joining the issue.

In a way, the 420 definition has boomeranged on the YCP MP. It is Mr. Jagan Reddy and Mr. Vijay Sai who have been accused under section 420 in over a dozen cases. They have also spent some time in jail. Going by this, the MP has drawn needless attention to himself today.

Political circles however say that the purpose is finally served since Vijay Sai’s tweets have generated a lot of heat for good or bad.

Vijay Sai-Veerraju tweet war on ‘future CM Pawan’

1

The Tirupati byelection battle has intensified in the form of heated debates at personal level. The day began with Vijay Sai Reddy launching a mocking attack on Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan. The YCP MP has said Pawan has been daydreaming to become Chief Minister if the BJP-Jana Sena candidate wins just deposits.

Interestingly, the BJP leaders quickly responded even before the Jana Sainiks launched their counter attacks. BJP AP President Somu Veerraju has advised Vijay Sai to stop making such intolerable comments. Veerraju has asserted saying indirectly that the future CM of AP will be Pawan Kalyan.

Veerraju has also told Vijay Sai that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has himself asked the BJP leaders to give utmost respect to Pawan Kalyan. Saying so, Veerraju said, “Our boy would become the Chief Minister. You would all be witness to this.”

The BJP leader further advised Vijay Sai Reddy not to forget his situation in the past. Veerraju even passed a serious comment, warning that their party would certainly send cabbages to Vijay Sai and YCP leaders. Once the bail is cancelled, the YCP top leaders would go to jail where they would use the cabbages for making curries.

Will Vizag people trust Vijay Sai ‘Padayatra’?

3

The YCP came to power on the strength of the State-wide Padayatra of Jaganmohan Reddy. He drew inspiration from his father YSR whose Padayatra brought Congress to power in 2004. Many YCP leaders have held Padayatras in the footsteps of the YSR family members. Now, Vijay Sai Reddy began his Padayatra in Vizag and asserted his commitment to saving the steel plant from privatisation.

Jagan Reddy made a lot of promises during his Padayatra but after coming to power, he was not being able to fulfill most of them. Vijay Sai Reddy made controversial statements in the beginning itself and he indicated broadly that the VSP privatisation was unstoppable. At one stage, he said he would get the Prime Minister’s appointment for the agitators but would not guarantee a positive outcome.

On his part, CM Jagan said that he wanted to bring the Posco company to Kadapa or Krishnapatnam or Bhavanapadu but Vizag did not come up in the list. At the same time, he suggested the sale of 7,000 acres of land to VSP to solve its financial problems.

As it is, Vijay Sai has been known for his close relations with Modi-Shah at the Centre. Everytime the YCP is in a crisis, the MP would be seen knocking on the doors of the Union Ministers to get relief. This time, Vijay Sai is preferring Padayatra to lobbying in Delhi. The question is whether the people will believe in the Padayatras of political leaders any longer if they go on adopting double standards.

Vijaysai Reddy writes to Hardeep Singh

1

YSRCP Rajya Sabha MP Vijaysai Reddy dashed off a letter to Union housing and urban affairs minister Hardeep Singh Puri urging the central government for early release of Rs 581 crore grants to municipalities in Andhra Pradesh.
Stating that the funds would be used for building roads, drainages, and maintenance of government buildings and development of playgrounds, Vijayasai Reddy said the 14th Finance Commission had recommended to the central government to provide Rs 3,635 crore grants for the financial years 2015-16 to 2019-2020. Vijayasai Reddy said the AP government has complied with all the rules and regulations required for the release of subsequent grants. The YSRCP MP also stated that the Centre should release funds for providing basic infrastructure under Capital Development Grant. He said under the grant, Andhra Pradesh should get its due of Rs 49,924 crore. “Only Rs 2,500 crore was granted so far. The central government should release the balance funds. The state government has already submitted exchange documents to the central government with regard to the grants released so far.
Earlier, Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to accord investment clearance for the Polavaram project’s second revised cost estimate (RCE) of Rs 55,549 crore at the earliest so that the project could be completed by December 2021.

Vijay Sai incredible comedy on Trump-Biden, Naidu-Lokesh

7

This time, YCP firebrand MP Vijay Sai Reddy has cracked an ultimate joke linking the US election results with the Andhra Pradesh political scene. He tweeted hilariously that Lagadapati Rajagopal has done a survey which has stated that the TDP has swept the US polls with 503 out of the total 538 electoral votes there. Lagadapati gave just 20 seats to Democrats and 15 to Republicans. So, it is a much greater landslide victory for the TDP than even what the Jagan Reddy regime got in the 2019 Assembly elections.

Vijay Sai did not stop his incredible comedy at that. He went on to say that both Donald Trump and Joe Biden were left dazzled and stunned at the unpredictable results. Both Trump and Biden immediately telephoned Chandrababu Naidu and expressed their surprise.

The comedy did not end there. Vijay Sai also attached the clipping of a newspaper report. It showed a photo of Nara Lokesh, and quoted him as saying that even in America, the Telugu Desam Party has come to power with a resounding victory. The YCP social media activists have started posting their creative comments against Naidu and Lokesh, which went along expected lines.

Now, the TDP leaders are wondering whether the American voters showed so much caste feeling towards Naidu. Vijay Sai usually links everything to caste but this time he chose to link it with the US election. The lowering political dialogue in AP is reaching to the next level apparently.

Naidu thinking and passing judgements like a judge: Vijay Sai

2

The YCP is facing an all-round criticism after CM Jagan Reddy’s letter to the Chief Justice of India. The TDP has also mounted a relentless attack on various issues. Chandrababu Naidu has attacked the YCP rule on atrocities against women and also its multiple failures. YCP controversial MP Vijay Sai Reddy came out without a late but latest counter. He said that Naidu’s schizophrenia has worsened these days which is why he is talking things unbecoming of him.

Vijay Sai further said that Chandrababu Naidu has forgotten his real self and his Alzhemer’s has reached the final stage. What more, Naidu is imaging himself to be a judge and passing unsolicited judgements against the Government. It is a sad thing that has happened to the TDP chief and nobody should take him wrongly.

Vijay Sai was particularly upset about Naidu’s attack on the YCP on the issue of atrocities on women. The MP asked Naidu to recall how his regime made all out efforts to protect a rowdy who launched an attack on Tehsildar Vanajakshi at that time. It was the then TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar who made that attack.

Vijay Sai also commented that the Naidu regime protected the attackers of B.Tech student Riteswari. The blame game continues endlessly between the rival parties on atrocities with debates on development issues taking lesser space.

Vijayasai demands Centre to release Rs. 3,805-Cr Polavaram funds

3

YSRCP Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy raised the issue of Polavaram irrigation project in the Parliament on the second day of the session today. He demanded the Central Government to release Rs. 3,805 Cr pending dues for taking up the Polavaram project works. He told the Parliament that the Jagan Reddy Government has decided to complete the lifeline irrigation project of Andhra Pradesh by the end of 2021. The lack of funds was becoming a hurdle in the completion of the project.

Analysts say that the deadlock on Polavaram works was a problem created by the ruling YSRCP for itself. If the ruling party did not arrogantly go for rentendering, the project would have been completed by now. Very unfortunately, the Jagan Reddy regime even embarrassed the Modi Government and disobeyed its suggestions for withdrawing the reverse tendering. As a result, the project works came to a standstill for a long period. At one time, CM Jagan went to the extent of saying that AP would complete the project with its own funds.

But, over the months, Jagan Reddy Government was getting caught and trapped in a financial crisis of its own making because of its multi-crore Cash Transfer schemes. The CM also faced allegations of diverting all Central funds for Cash Transfer schemes to strengthen his vote bank from now itself.
The BJP, which has plans of its own to grab power in AP, has stopped giving its cooperation to Jagan Reddy in his efforts to turn AP into his pocket state. Now the situation has come to such a sorry state that the YSRCP MPs have to plead for release of Central funds in the Parliament despite the fact that the BJP-led Government at the Centre was dependent on YCP support in Rajya Sabha.
