The third season of Bigg Boss Telugu came to an end and Rahul Sipligunj bagged the title of Bigg Boss 3. Actress and host Sreemukhi ended up as the first runner up in the reality show. The organizers paid decent remunerations for all the contestants as per their demand in the market. Sreemukhi who was busy with a bunch of films and television shows reportedly charged Rs 1 lakh per day which is the highest among the house contestants. Sreemukhi took home Rs 1 crore for the third season of Bigg Boss.

Rahul Sipligunj who emerged as the winner took Rs 50 lakhs price money and his remuneration was very low when compared to Sreemukhi. All the other contestants too are paid low when compared to Sreemukhi. There are talks that Sreemukhi is the highest-paid among the contestants till date right from the first season.

It is a known thing that Except Rahul, who won the ticket to Finale, all other housemates are nominated for eviction this week. Bigg boss today gave some weird tasks for the contestants to do and they should request the audience to vote for them. The contestants have to do the tasks until Bigg boss asks them to release.

One of the tasks was – to drink milk and raw eggs together until Bigg boss announces. Shiva Jyothy has taken this task and successfully completed it. Baba Bhaskar took the task of standing on a step attached to the pole. It has very little room that is sufficient only for one leg. Varun took the task of holding a long metallic rod in a fire ring at a specific position. Ali took the task as per which two bags of around 10 kg weight will be tied to ropes and he has to hold them without letting them fall. Sreemukhi took the task as per which a mouth organ will be placed in a dead fish’s mouth and she has to hold the fish and play the mouth organ until Bigg boss releases. The same task was done by Dhan Raj in season 1.

All the housemates have done their level best to complete the task successfully and requested the audience to vote for them. We will have to wait and see who all will get saved this week.

It is known news that Bigg boss season 3 Telugu is going on successfully. As already discussed, Sreemukhi and Rahul are bitter rivals of this season. It looks like luck is favoring Rahul in this season and bad luck is haunting Sreemukhi in the house.

Luck favoring Rahul:

Rahul became the first contestant to reach the finale and definitely, he has gotten lucky in this season. He was expected to exit in the week when Rohini was evicted, but it looked like Bigg boss saved Rahul, probably for the TRP ratings, thanks to his friendship with Punarnavi Later, Rahul developed his own fan following and voting.

Bigg Boss saved Rahul and eliminated Rohini, as predicted

In ‘Ticket to Finale’ task, he got lucky many times. First, it was the disqualification of Ali. Ali Reza was at the top position and he was expected to reach finale during the task but he got disqualified that turned all odds in favor of Rahul. Second, during the task with Sreemukhi, when both of them arranged dominos, a sudden wind disrupted the dominos of Sreemukhi and Rahul won that task. Also, during the fight with Varun in the task of thermocols, when Varun got Rahul’s bag, he returned it to Rahul to play a fair game. Had he used that opportunity and emptied Rahul’s bag, Varun would have won that task. People wonder, if Rahul had got Varun’s bag, he would have definitely done emptied the bag.

Sreemukhi’s bad luck:

Sreemukhi got failed twice in the Ticket to finale task. During the task with Baba, even though she got the same number of alphabets, Bigg boss announced Baba as the winner as he used both the pits. Again, during the task with Rahul, a sudden wind spoiled her prospects by disrupting his dominos. It seems like luck is not favoring her in this season, even though she is putting her complete efforts in the game.

Luck decides title winner too?

Bigg boss is the game of not only the physical and emotional strength, but it also has luck factor. Some contestants, who get lucky, stay longer in the house while the contestants stronger than them leave the house early. So, we will have to wait and see whether this same luck makes Rahul a winner or Sreemukhi does upswimming and wins the title. Varun and Bab also have good chances and we need to wait for 10 more days to know who is the title winner.

Ticket to the Finale task is completed and Rahul becomes the first contestant to reach the finals in Big boss season 3 Telugu. as he got the highest percentage in the task to finale. In fact, luck favored Rahul as Ali, who was the topper initially, got disqualified.

Ali disqualified from Ticket to Finale:

Yesterday, Baba vs Rahul’s task turned violent and Ali used all his muscle strength against Baba. Bigg boss warned Ali for being violent in the physical task and yet he repeated the same mistake. Ali seems to have mistaken that physical tasks in Bigg boss are a show of strength but it is as much as winning the task as much as winning the hearts of people. Finally Bigg boss announced that Ali is disqualified from the ‘Ticket to Finale’ task and that became an advantage to the second-best contestant Rahul. If Ali had decided to not play the game at all, he has chances of reaching the finale.

Sreemukhi lost against Rahul because of bad luck:

In the next task, which was played between Rahul and Sreemukhi, Bigg boss gave them dominos and whoever arranges the tallest domino will be the winner. Other housemates can help the contestants by supporting them or by spoiling prospects of other contestants. However, housemates played a fair game. Sreemukhi did not take help from others and arranged the dominos. But bad luck spoiled her prospects as a wind disrupted the dominos of Sreemukhi just before the buzzer.

Sreemukhi was seen disappointed and saying luck never favored her and whatever she gets, she has to get it through hard work.

Sreemukhi won in the next task as Jyothi failed to understand the task:

The next task was between Sreemukhi and Shiva Jyothy and they have to arrange the blocks as a pyramid and save them from being fallen. Shiva Jyothy focused on saving her blocks and missed the word ‘pyramid’ and arranged the blocks like a cube while Sreemukhi arranged the blocks like a pyramid. So, Bigg boss announced that Sreemukhi is the winner in this task.

Except Rahul, all housemates in nominations:

After the task, all housemates except Rahul got nominated for this week’s eviction. Later, Bigg boss called Rahul into the confession room and gave him the ticket to finale. Later, the housemates were seen cracking jokes about the entire process, especially about Ali getting disqualified at a crucial juncture. Ali was seen saying he realized his mistake and requesting the audience to vote him

We will have to wait and see who will miss the Finale in this season.

In each Bigg boss season, there will be a ticket to the finale task and whoever wins this task will reach the Finale directly. In Bigg boss season 2, Samrat reached finale in such task. In season 3, ticket to finale started today.

Initially, Bigg boss asked housemates to select some colors that are available. After they did that, Bigg boss revealed that Ali got 70% points, Sreemukhi got 50% points,, Rahul got 50% points, Varun got 40%, Shiva Jyothy got 60% and Baba got 40% points. Now they start from here and as they perform tasks, they gain or lose points to their opponents. Who will play each task is decided by the attentiveness of the contestants. There are bells tied and as soon as the buzzer is given, the two contestants who ring the bell first will play the task.

Physical task between Rahul and Varun:

The first task was played between Ali and Shiva Jyothy and Ali won the task. Later, Varun and Rahul played a physical task as per which the two contestants will be given bags with thermocol balls and the contestant has to empty the opponent’s bag. Both Varun and Rahul fought tooth and nail but finally, Rahul won the task. Then, the next was played between Baba and Sreemukhi. Toy alphabets will be placed in mud pits and they have to pull them out with their mouths without using hands. Whoever collects maximum alphabets within the given time will be the winner. Both of them collected alphabets equal in number but Bigg boss announced Baba as the winner as he took alphabets from both the pits first.

Task turned violent between Ali and Baba:

As it was already midnight, housemates thought the next buzzer will be the next day but Bigg boss gave the buzzer at midnight when the housemates are all sleeping. Baba Bhaskar and Ali were attentive and ran to reach the bell. Bigg boss conducted the game between Ali and Baba. As per this game, both have to plant in the pit different colors of plants and contestants can remove the plants of the opponents and whoever retains their plants will win. Ali looked aggressive in this game and Baba looked no match for him in this physical task. However, this task will be continued in the next episode.

Who will reach the finale:

As of now, it looks like Ali is in an advantageous position. Except for the one winning this ticket to finale, the rest of all will be in nominations this week.

Vithika, who entered as the wife of Varun in Bigg boss season 3, earned fans of her own after the show. She stayed there in the house for 90 days along with her husband. In a recent interview after eviction from the house, she opined that Sreemukhi is in a better position to win the title than her husband Varun.

Vithika was asked to give rankings for the six housemates who are in the house. She gave the 6th position to Ali Reza and reminded the fact that he was outside the house for 2 weeks. She gave Shiva Jyothy 5th position and said, she is scared of nominations. Rahul is given 4th place by her and it was surprising as he was in her group. It is to be noted that, she has also wondered whether Rahul developed a fake relation with them. Vithika gave 3rd position to Baba Bhaskar. Then, she told Varun is in second place while Sreemukhi is in the first position. It is to be noted that she has given very good feedback on Sreemukhi after eviction and praised her energy levels.

We will have to wait and see whether her rankings match with the final ratings of the audience.

Today’s episode of Bigg boss is mostly filled with fun tasks. There are some dance performances and some fun games in this episode.

Dance performances:

All the housemates performed dances today. Ali performed for ‘My name is Billa song’, Sreemukhi for song from Anukokunda Oka Roju movie, Baba for Julai title song, Vithika for ‘Aggipulla’ song from Mr. Perfect movie. Varun for ‘Rajadhi Raja’ song from Gharshana movie and Rahul for Mutha Mestri song. However, it was Shiva Jyothy who got more marks as she improved a lot in dancing in these 90 days.

Fun games:

Later, Nagarjuna asked Varun and Vithika to play a blindfold game. Both are blindfolded and given stress balls to beat each other. Similarly, Rahul and Ali did blindfold boxing. Shiva Jyothy blindfolded and then was asked to attach the tail to the animal picture on the board. Sreemukhi was asked to dance blindfold while water glasses are kept on the floor.

Nominations:

Yesterday, Sreemukhi, Rahul and Baba got saved. Today, Ali, Shiva Jyothy got saved during the fun tasks. So, finally it was Varun and Vithika who were left and Nagarjuna was about to announce the eviction. While the couple was anxious about the announcement, audiences were more or less clear that Vithika will leave today. It was predicted by many already.

The way she handled the medallion task got her lots of negativity. Moreover, Varun and Vithika playing the combined game instead of individual game also brought negativity to her. She somehow got the image of a cunning lady. She didn’t come to nominations for many weeks and that also gave the impression that Bigg Boss team is saving her intentionally and that also brought negativity. These are the main reasons for her eviction.

After the eviction:

As the couple got separated, they felt very emotional and Vithika was seen giving suggestions to Varun on the rest of the game. Nagarjuna appreciated Vithika for the nice relation with her husband. Then, when asked about whether she will reenter the Bigg Boss if given a chance, she replied, she will not reenter.

Vithika made surprising comments on Rahul that she has doubt whether Rahul maintained a fake relationship with them in the initial weeks for the sake of the game. She did not speak anything negative on Shiva Jyothy despite the fact that it is because of her she came to nominations this week. Finally, she threw the Big bomb on Rahul.

Bigg boss weekend episode this week is full of arguments as well as fun. During this episode, contestants are asked to rate themselves. Later, family members of the housemates joined the show and they are asked to guess who are the non-finalists among the 7.

Self-ratings of the contestants:

Nagarjuna asked the housemates to give their own rankings. Rahul told, as per his own estimation, he is at 4th rank and Ali, Shiv Jyothy and Vithika are better than him. Vithika gave herself 3rd rank nd told she believes, Sreemukhi is better than her. Baba Bhaskar gave herself 3rd rank and told, Sreemukhi at 1st place and Varun or Shiva Jyothy at 2nd place. Ali rated himself at 2nd place and told Shiva Jyothy at 1st place. Shiva Jyothy rated herself 1st rank, but it looked overconfident as she is surviving just because she didn’t come to nominations in the last several weeks. Moreover, she shivers at just the thought of nominations and fights tooth and nail to avoid nominations. Varun gave himself the least rating of 7, probably, to show his humility. Sreemukhi gave herself 1st rank but only 42% of the audience accepted her self-rating.

Family members’ ratings:

Family members of the housemates joined Nagarjuna today. He asked them to tell who is in the 6th and 7th positions as per them. Varun’s sister Pooja opined Shiva Jyothy and Ali at 6th and 7th place. Sreemukhi’s father gave 6th position to Ali and 7th position to Vithika. Shiva Jyothy’s friend gave 6th position to Ali and 7th position to Vithika. Vithika’s mother gave the 6th position to Ali and 7th position to Shiva Jyothy. She became very emotional after seeing her daughter. Anchor Ravi, who is a friend of Ali, opined Vithika at 6th place and Shiva Jyothy at 7th place. Singer Noel, a friend of Rahul, opined Vithika and Baba can’t make it to finals. Baba Bhaskar’s sister opined Vithika and Ali can’t make it to finals.

Overall, most of them put 2 out of the Shiva Jyothy, Ali and Vithika in the bottom 2 places. Housemates might have got clarity about their actual positions after the evaluations by family members.

Nominations:

Sreemukhi, Baba, and Rahul got saved today and the rest of the housemates are still in danger zone. We have to wait and see who will be evicted tomorrow.

Bigg boss show is a test of not only physical stamina but also mental stamina and emotional strength. In each season audience see a couple of housemates developing a bitter rivalry. Last season, Kaushal and Tejaswi developed almost bitter rivalry that carried for some days even after the show. In other languages also similar things happened many times.

Rahul weird allegation and challenge to quit the show:

In Bigg boss season 3 Telugu, Sreemukhi and Rahul seemed to have developed bitter rivalry and they are carrying it even outside the tasks. It started in the initial weeks when Rahul called Sreemukhi ‘Faltoo lady’ and insulted her anchor job. Sreemukhi took it seriously and started nominating him every week. Rahul also retaliated equally and their rivalry continued. Sreemukhi’s mother also requested Rahul to be a bit soft towards Sreemukhi, when she entered the house recently. In today’s episode, they again continued their altercations. During the discussion with Nagarjuna, Rahul made a weird allegation on Sreemukhi that she has been doing propaganda that it is because of her recommendation, he is in the house. At some point, he told, if this allegation is not true, he will walk out of the house immediately. Even Sreemukhi challenged that, if it is true, she is also ready to walk out of the house.

Rahul’s allegation turned out to be false:

Sreemukhi refuted Rahul’s allegations and asked to reveal who told him that. Rahul told Vithika told him in the 3rd or 4th week. Vithika immediately condemned saying, she didn’t have a rapport with Sreemukhi to discuss such things in the early weeks and she never told such a thing. Then Rahul told, it could be Varun but Varun also responded that he never told Rahul such thing. With both Varun and Vithika refuting the allegations, Rahul lost the grounds and the audience too felt he is just overthinking and that is causing him such illusion.

Nagarjuna also told the same and convinced Rahul that is some miscommunication or ‘lost in translation’ stuff. Nagarjuna also found fault with Rahul for not clarifying this directly and keeping it in his head for so long. However, neither Rahul nor Sreemukhi left the house because of this challenge as Nagarjuna gave a logical conclusion to this altercation.

We have to wait and see how this rivalry turn in the next 2 weeks, given the fact that the main competition is between these contestants for the title.

Varun, Rahul and Sreemukhi’s family members joined the house today and all of them entertained the audience in this episode.

Varun’s grandmother steals the show:

Varun’s grandmother who entered the house today almost steals the show. Her oneliners went viral, immediately after the release of the promo. She said she is feeling as privileged as the host Nagarjuna when housemates served her Tea. She also asked Bigg boss to at least send a photo of himself to her house. She wished the housemates a happy Diwali and when housemates asked when is Diwali, she cleverly replied without revealing the dates. She advised Varun to do some performances like dance or something in next week. It is a known thing that Varun did not do any great performances yet in the house.

Rahul’s mother’s advice to him:

Rahul’s mother Sudh Rani entered the confession room of the house when all the housemates are in power save mode. She spoke from the confession room asking Rahul to come to her. Some of the housemates could see her on the TV but Rahul could not. After Bigg boss released from ‘power save’ mode, Rahul met his mother and she spoke very well without crying. Rahul evoked a few laughs by saying housemates are wondered about the fair complexion of his mother while he is dark in complexion. She advised Rahul to play well in the tasks in the next 2 weeks. It is known news that Rahul never performed excellently in any task to date. She also asked him to dance during wake up song. It is known news that only Baba Bhaskar and Sreemukhi were consistent in waking up early and dancing in the garden.

Sreemukhi cried a lot after seeing her mother:

As soon as Sreemukhi’s mother entered the house Bigg boss ordered Sreemukhi to go in power save mode and after a couple of minutes, Bigg boss asked her to leave the house that made Sreemukhi shed lots of tears. Later she was made to enter the house again. She told, she is proud of her daughter as she is playing the game extremely well and performing the dances. She appreciated Sreemukhi for not retaliating even when other housemates are targetting her with sharp words. She asked Rahul to be friendly with Sreemukhi but not to fight with her as their altercations hurt parents of the both contestants. Rahul also agreed with her.

Overall, it was an enjoyable episode.

Bigg boss season 3 Telugu is going on with top TRP ratings and it is less than 3 weeks to decide the title winner. As of now, it looks like the top 4 contestants to reach the finals are more or less confirmed and all the fights in the next 2 weeks only to decide the 5th finalist. As of now, there is a total of 7 contestants in the house – Sreemukhi, Varun, Rahul, Baba Bhaskar, Ali, Shiva Jyothy and Vithika.

These are the top 4 finalists?

Recently Mahesh Vitta gave an interview and when asked about who will be the title winner, he gave an interesting answer. He told that it is not possible to decide who will be the winner at this moment but one among Sreemukhi, Varun and Rahul will be the winner. In fact, his opinion is in consonance with opinions of many audiences. Sreemukhi has been playing the solo game since the beginning and sustained even when the VVRP (Varun-Vithika-Rahul-Punarnavi) gang targeted her. Rahul, who entered the show as underdog, turned as the favorite after the week in which almost entire house nominated him. Varun, being a hero, has been a favorite since day 1 and he retained his popularity till now.

The fourth person who may be a finalist is Bab Bhaskar. He has been consistent in the house and he got lots of sympathy during the medallion task. More than Mahesh Vitta, who entered the house as a comedian, Baba entertained the housemates a lot.

Who will be the 5th finalist?

Out of Ali, Shiv Jyothy and Vithika, it is difficult to predict who will be the 5th finalist. Shiva Jyothy has been crying a lot in the house. Initially, it made audience also emotional but later it reached the extent of irritating the audience. She is in the house only because she didn’t come to nominations in the last 7 weeks.

Vithika also got a lot of negativity as she has been getting the help of Varun at every possible instance and also because of the way she won the medallion task. Moreover, there is a wide perception that Vithika and Varun are playing a combined game instead of individual game. All this is hampering her prospects.
Ali Reza, who was considered a favourite in the initial weeks, lost all his charisma after reentry. It looks like he reentered only to help Shiva Jyothy as there is no fire in his game nowadays.

In every season of Bigg boss, there are some repeated formulas. Some physical tasks, some conversations, and some emotions repeat almost in every season. One such situation is family members of the housemates joining the house. Today, family members of season 3 joined the house.

Prior to that, Bigg boss made the house a star hotel in which, Varun Sandesh is the manager of the hotel, Vithika, Sreemukhi, and Baba are chefs and Ali, Rahul and Shiva Jyothi are housekeeping staff. While they are involved in this Bigg boss hotel tasks, Bigg boss may ask them to ‘freeze’ or ‘dance’ or ‘go into sleep mode’ or ‘do fire drill’ etc. While they are busy following Bigg boss orders, family members of housemates join the house.

The first one to join this season is, Vithika’s sister. Vithika, who was busy obeying Bigg boss order of ‘fire drill’ when she entered, got emotional after seeing her. The next one to enter is Ali’s wife. Just before her entry, Ali spoke funnily about his wife saying, he is not very excited to see her as it is not a new face. Ali was in sleeping mode when she entered the house. Their conversation will continue in the next episode.

The battle of the medallion task continued today as well. It’s the 3rd level of the task today. In the first level, Vithika won the task as the housemates like Varun and Rahul helped her. She directly reached the 3rd level. In 2nd level, Baba won the task. Today, third level of the fight was between Baba and Vithika.

As per this task, Baba and Vithika will be sitting in a rickshaw. Whoever steps down from Rickshaw first will be the loser and the other will be the winner. Both of them showed perseverance by not stepping out even when it was raining. Bigg boss gave them 10 green chilli each to eat. Both of them ate the green chillis but did not drink water to avoid the urge to urinate. However, after sometime Bigg boss sent them big bottles of Appy fizz to drink After having the drink Baba felt the pressing need to urinate. He asked for help to get some blankets to cover and bottles to urinate into. It is known news that, in season 2, Kaushal and Tanish also urinated during the tasks to avoid losing the game. Vithika objected to this and pushed Baba from the rickshaw.

As it is not mentioned clearly in the rules whether one can push the opponent out of the rickshaw or not, there was confusion among the housemates. However, Vithika justified her move that he doesn’t want Baba to urinate there and that’s why she pushed him. She told, she was even ready to get disqualified if Bigg boss decides so. Finally Bigg boss announced Vithika won the task.
