Utilizing the coronavirus break, several top and young directors penned interesting scripts. Top director Koratala Siva completed penning a script for a web series recently. His close associate will direct the project and Amazon Prime will produce and stream this web series. The deal is closed and the budgets for the web series are locked. Young actor Naveen Polishetty is locked to play the lead role.

Naveen loved the concept and the script. The leading lady and other actors will be finalized soon. Koratala Siva is closely monitoring all the work of this web series. He will soon return back to the sets of Chiranjeevi’s Acharya. Naveen Polishetty wrapped up the shoot of Jathiratnalu which will release soon. The youngster signed a couple of interesting scripts and these films will start rolling soon.

Koratala Siva is one of the top and highest paid directors of Telugu cinema. The writer turned director helmed four back to back blockbusters in his career and he is currently directing Chiranjeevi in Acharya. During several interviews, Koratala said that he has ten stories ready and he would step down from the director’s chair once he completes directing these ten films. He is currently directing his fifth film and there are speculations that Chiranjeevi plays an ex-Naxalite in Acharya.

Koratala Siva penned a complete script about the movement of Naxalites. He has a strong script on ‘Comrade Stories’ ready and he is expected to direct this with a star actor once he is done with Allu Arjun’s film. Koratala Siva is one director who can mix commercial elements with a strong social message. All his films delivered a social message for the society. Koratala says that he would continue directing films from the angle of the social side to inspire and change a set of audience.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Koratala Siva is said to have given touches for the Comrade Stories. An official announcement about the film will be made once Koratala is done with Chiranjeevi’s Acharya and Allu Arjun’s film.

He had to wait for a year and a half to start the shoot of Chiranjeevi’s Acharya. Then came coronavirus and Koratala Siva is completely restricted to his home. He penned a love story that is being made as a web series. His associate Kiran will direct the project which will release on Aha.

Koratala who never misses delivering a social message will also deliver a strong message for the youth through this web series. The project is expected to start next year and Koratala Siva is closely monitoring the script work of this web series that will feature new faces. Koratala Siva is in plans to resume the shoot of Acharya in September and the film is aimed for summer 2021 release.

Telugu film industry is occupied and surrounded by a deep financial crisis because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Everyone should cut down their parts to support the producer to bail him out from this crisis. The budgets and the remunerations should be slashed first. Star heroes and directors should cut down 25% of the remuneration proposed the Producers Guild sometime ago. But there is no producer who could convey this message to the top actors and directors.

Koratala Siva is one of the highest-paid Tollywood directors and he is currently busy with Acharya featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role. Even before the makers requested, Koratala Siva voluntarily asked the makers to cut down his remuneration for the movie. The film’s producers Niranjan Reddy and Ram Charan will take a call on this soon. Though Koratala Siva did not mention about the number, he asked the makers to close a comfortable deal. He even is in plans to cut down the number of working days for the movie so that the budget will have a cut.

This is a welcome move from Koratala Siva and all the directors, actors should come down to cut their paycheque to support the Tollywood producers in this critical time.
