Actor Prabhas’ multilingual futuristic action drama Saaho is tipped to be one of the costliest films ever in India with a staggering budget being spent on it by renowned production house UV Creations.

After weeks of extensive recce in Dubai, the unit has finally commenced shooting for a heavy duty action sequence from today. Hollywood technician Kenny Bates is supervising this episode which is being shot on a lavish scale with nearly 25 Crores.

Prabhas, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Shraddha Kapoor and other principal cast are taking part in this 45 day schedule.

Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho is slated to hit the screens in 2019.

Since the past couple of days, industry circles are abuzz with the news that the makers of Prabhas starrer ‘Saaho’ struck a lavish deal with T-Series.

It has been speculated that the Hindi rights of this big budget entertainer have been sold in the range of staggering 120 – 125 Crores to T-Series. However, this news turned out to be not completely true as per the latest reports from reliable sources in Bollywood.

Sources informed that the Hindi rights of Saaho have fetched only 50 Crores and T-Series Production house, which bagged the rights, is planning to release the film through various distribution houses on commission basis.

Also, it is learnt that the distribution rights of Telugu, Tamil and other languages have jointly fetched 125 Crores for the producers of Saaho.

Saaho is a 150 Crore mega budget futuristic action drama directed by Sujeeth and has an ensemble cast in the form of Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Evelyn Sharma and Mandira Bedi to name a few.

Saaho is a multilingual action thriller starring Prabhas, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Shraddha Kapoor in crucial roles. Currently, an extensive schedule is underway in Dubai and the team is shooting lavish action episodes.

Speaking about the film to a leading news magazine, Prabhas revealed Saaho has a larger than life story and will give a visual treat to audience. The Baahubali actor bills Saaho as a futuristic actioner set up against a novel backdrop.

Meanwhile, renowned production company T-Series has joined hands with Saaho producers to release the film all over North. As reported exclusively by Telugu360, the hindi theatrical rights have been sold for a whopping 120 Crores to T-Series.

Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho is coming from the stables of Prabhas’ home banner UV Creations.

Young Rebelstar Prabhas is currently sweating out in Dubai for his next film Saaho which is touted to be a stylish action thriller. Sujeeth is the director and Shraddha Kapoor is romancing Prabhas. The shoot of Saaho has been delayed due to various reasons and the makers too are unclear about the release date. In this while, Prabhas also signed a film for Radha Krishna Kumar which is said to be a romantic entertainer.

The entire pre-production work of this untitled film has been wrapped up recently and the regular shoot will commence from July 7th. Pooja Hegde has been locked to play the female lead and UV Creations, Gopikrishna Movies will produce this untitled film that will be shot mostly in Europe. Prabhas will shoot for both the films simultaneously and the makers are keen on releasing Radha Krishna Kumar’s film during Sankranthi 2019.

Team Saaho is currently in Dubai for an extensive two month schedule to shoot some breathtaking action episodes near Burj Khalifa. Reportedly, the makers have imported luxury hi-end cars and volvo buses from US and Germany to use for the grand chase sequences during this extravagant schedule.

It has already been reported that the Dubai schedule will cost around 35-40 Crores for the producers. Currently, the recce work is underway and the team will commence shooting from the second week of April.

Bollywood actors Neil Nitin Mukesh and Shraddha Kapoor are playing crucial roles in this film.

The makers planned a month long Dubai schedule which has been delayed as they could not acquire the required permissions for the film’s shoot. A 20-minutes long action episode has been planned to be shot at Burj Khalifa, World Trade Centre and Etihad Towers. The schedule has been postponed several times and the makers finally got a positive nod.

Now the team of Saaho is sweating out in Dubai and Hollywood stunt choreographer Kenny Bates is supervising the stunts. This action episode is crucial and is the major highlight of Saaho. The shoot of Saaho will continue in Dubai till the end of this month. Sujeeth is the director of Saaho and Prabhas’s stylish look already created ripples. Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead while UV Creations is bankrolling Saaho. The film will release some time during 2019.

At the time when he was shooting for SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali, Prabhas committed to work with young directors Sujeeth and Radha Krishna. While Sujeeth’s Saaho is currently on floors, his film with Radha Krishna is going to be launched very soon.

Saaho was initially supposed to hit the screens in 2018. But, the extensive production phase and the delay in key shooting schedules are likely to push its release to mid next year. So, Prabhas is planning to release Radha Krishna’s film before Saaho.

It is heard that he will simultaneously shoot for both films and the shooting formalities of Radha Krishna’s film will be wrapped up in quick time as the makers are aiming for Sankranthi next year.

Pooja Hegde has been finalized as the film’s leading lady and it is going to be a pure romantic entertainer.

It is well known that Prabhas’ upcoming multilingual film Saaho features a bunch of Bollywood actors. While Neil Nitin Mukesh and Shraddha Kapoor are going to be seen in lead roles along with Prabhas, noted artists like Mandira Bedi, Jackie Shroff and few others are reportedly playing prominent roles in this big budget entertainer.

Speaking to a leading news magazine, Mandira Bedi revealed that she is essaying the role of a lady gangster in the film. The 45 year old actor didn’t reveal much about her character, but said that it demands daring stunt sequences for which she has been training very hard.

Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho is set to be shot in the rich locales of Dubai and Romania in its next schedule which will commence in the third week of March.

The regular shooting of Prabhas’ Saaho, which commenced last year, is progressing at a snail pace. The extensive work shop by the production team and Prabhas’ special training in Los Angeles for the upcoming Dubai schedule have delayed the film’s shoot by more than a month.

Finally, the team is ready to commence its Dubai sojourn shortly. The two month long schedule is going to commence in Mid March and some high octane action episodes will be shot on a grand scale in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Romania. The team is likely to leave for Dubai in a few more days. Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh will take part in shoot during this extensive schedule.
