In Bigg Boss, Nataraj master got eliminated this weekend as expected and he was the first male contestant to leave the house. Again the nominations for the 5th week started today.

Secret Nominations:

Bigg boss asked the housemates to go to confession room alone and reveal their nominations to Bigg boss with proper reason. Then the housemates nominated as below:

Jessie nominated Ravi and Lobo for manipulating his game.

Ravi nominated Jessie for showing immaturity. He also nominated Shanmukh for being inconsistent in his behaviour.

Sunny nominated Shanmukh and Priya and told he doesn’t have rapport with these 2 housemates.

Vishwa nominated Jessie. He nominated Shanmukh and complained that Shanmukh was biased in his behaviour.

Kajal nominated Ravi and Sunny for nominating her in the previous episode and fighting with her.

Lobo nominated Manas and Shanmukh for being judgemental on him.

Priyanka nominated Hamida, keeping the altercation happened between them in kitchen in mind. She also nominated Lobo and told she wants to see him playing a serious game.

Siri nominated Ravi and Hamida. She told Hamida did not do the job of ration manager properly. Anne master nominated Ravi.

Shanmukh nominated Vishwa for becoming passive in recent times. He again nominated Manas.

Hamida nominated Priya and Shanmukh as they don’t have rapport with her.

Swetha nominated Kajal and Manas.

Priya nominated Shanmukh because of the double standard he displayed. She also nominated Sunny and told he is targeting her.

Manas nominated Shanmukh and Jessie.

Sriram nominated Jessie and Shanmukh for forming separate group.

Bigg Boss gave a twist:

Bigg boss gave a twist to the nomination process by revealing who nominated whom. Overall Sunny, Lobo, Vishwa, Hamida, Manas, Priya, Jessie, Ravi, Shanmukh got nominated this week. After the process, all the housemates were seen discussing about how and why each of them were nominated. Shanmukh was nominated by 8 housemates and he was surprised by that. Some housemates were seen clearing the issues with the people who nominated them.

Fight over food in the house, yet again:

War of words started between Sriram and Jessie on responsibility sharing. Jessie told he doesn’t know cooking and he will involve only in cleaning and other tasks but not cooking. Sriram, being the captain, asked Jessie to cook his own food. Shanmukh and Siri came to the support of a Jessie and it led to war of words. Kajal too supported Jessie and commented that Sriram was arrogant in this issue. Shanmukh, Jessie and Siri didn’t join for the dinner. Anne and Lobo requested them to come and join for dinner but they didn’t go.

Fighting over food is a recurring theme in Bigg boss house. In fact one such fight changed fate of Kaushal in Bigg boss 2. We need to wait and see whether this fight will change the course of Bigg boss 5 .

Bigg boss weekend episodes are always fun to watch. Today’s episode also reached the expectations of the audiences.

Nagarjuna reprimanded Lobo:

Nagarjuna asked the housemates to stand up if they believe they have done something wrong in this week. While Nagarjuna had Lobo in his mind, he didn’t stand up though others like Jessie abs Swetha stood up. Nagarjuna reprimanded Lobo for using street guy card to get sympathy votes. He also showed the video in which he was shouting at Priya and corrected him.

Its rewards time:

Bigg boss rewarded the housemates who lost weight during the contest. He rewarded Sriram, Hamida, Swetha, Anne, Sunny, Manas, Priya, Priyanka, Ravi, Vishwa , Lobo, Nataraj with chocolates, pastries, candies, peppermints etc. Bigg boss gave green chilies for Shanmukh and Siri for not playing the game correctly. There was no reward for Kajal and Jessie.

Sriram and Hamida thread:

The makers of the Bigg boss have been highlighting the romantic thread between Sriram and Hamida. As of now this is the only couple we are seeing each other in the house.

Captions:

Nagarjuna asked the housemates to match the given captions to the housemates. While most of the housemates including Ravi and Anne gave attention seeker title to Priyanka in a positive way, some housemates gave the titles to others in negative way. Priya gave the caption of “ watch your tongue” to Lobo, Jessie gave the caption of “ Mind your own business” to Ravi and alleged that he is trying to manipulate his game. Shanmukh gave the caption of “Use your brain” to Siri. But Siri gave same caption of “Use your brain “ to Lobo.

Sriram gave the caption of “Watch your tongue” to Lobo. Sunny gave the caption of “ Attention seeker” to Kajal but Priya, being friend of Kajal, corrected it and said she is actually attention grabber rather than attention seeker. Manas gave the caption of “ Use your brain” to Lobo.

Nominations:

Lobo, Kajal, Nataraj, Sunny, Ravi, Priya, Siri, and Anne are in the nominations this week. As of today Ravi, Priya, Kajal, and Sunny were saved from the elimination this week. With this, Lobo, Nataraj master, Anne master and Siri are left and still in danger zone. As per the unofficial reports Siri got better votes than the rest of the three. We need to wait and see who will be leaving the house this week.

Bigg boss Captaincy task continued today as well. It started couple of episodes ago with the weight loss contest. Housemates were deprived of food and were given the task to reduce their weight.

In today’s episode, Swetha and Annie master pair selected Siri and Shanmukh pair as their opponents. Swetha and Anne won in the task and became contenders for the Captaincy task. Siri was seen disappointed for letting Shanmukh down.

Final three contenders:

After all the tasks are over, Bigg boss asked Kajal to name the top 3 pairs who lost more weight. Manas surprised the housemates as well as the viewers by losing 6 kgs in 2 days. Kajal announced Manas-Sunny, Swetha-Anne, Sriram- Hamida are the top 3 pairs. Later Bigg boss asked the each winning pair to select one out them who will contend for the captaincy task. Swetha and Anne tossed a pillow and Swetha won the toss. So Anne master gave the chance to Swetha. Hamida easily agreed to let Sriram contend. Manas and Sunny could not easily decide between them. But finally Manas gave chance to Sriram. With this, Swetha, Sunny and Sriram became the contenders for Captaincy task.

Captaincy task:

This task is not a physical task between the contenders but the housemates have to select the captain by vote. But housemates have to stab one contender whom they don’t want to become captain. Contenders campaigned for themselves among the housemates and also explained what they can do if they become captain.

Sunny was cornered:

Vishwa, Shanmukh, Siri stabbed Sunny and they told they did not connect with Sunny. Sunny disappointed with the reasons given by Siri and argued with her. He got emotional after listening to their opinions. Ravi, Priya and Nataraj too stabbed Sunny. Ravi commented that Sunny has no capability to command the housemates. Sunny was seen defending it. As it looked like Sunny was targeted by most of the housemates, it may fetch more sympathy votes for Sunny. As per unofficial reports, already he is in the top this week as per votes.

Hamida cleverly stabbed Swetha as she wanted Sriram to become captain. Priyanka and Anne wanted Swetha to become captain. Surprisingly Manas stabbed Swetha and supported Sriram.

Sriram is the captain:

As per the votes, Sriram became the captain of the house. But Sunny was seen highly disappointed with the decision of Kajal. Priyanka was seen supporting Manas.

Overall it was an interesting episode.

Bigg boss gave a variety task to the contestants this week. Housemates have to lose weight to win and become contenders for the Captaincy. Details as follows.

Rules of the game:

In the previous episode of Bigg boss 5 Telugu, all the food items have been stolen and then it was announced that the housemates have to live only on protien shakes and coconut water. They will have to reduce their weights. However, there is a catch. The reduction in weight has to happen not only in physical body but also through the games. All the housemates are divided into pairs. If a pair wins in a task over other pair, winning pair’s weight will be reduced by 500 grams and losing pair’s weight will gain the weight by 500 grams.

Cravings of the housemates:

As soon as the game is on, all the housemates were seen trying different methods to reduce the weight. Nataraj master was seen dancing a lot and motivating his mate Lobo also to reduce weight. Meanwhile, Bigg boss sends some food intermittently and the housemates have to resist the temptation. Burger, fried chicken, Pav Bhaji and Biriyanis were sent to tempt the housemates intermittently. Lobo was unable to control the hunger and his mate Nataraj master offered him to give up the competition and eat food but Lobo didn’t agree. Meanwhile the housemates have done a skit on the lines of Akali Rajyam movie.

The competition:

Bigg boss disqualified Jessie for violating the rules despite being captain. Automatically, his mate Kajal also got disqualified. Jessie was seen hugely disappointed. He also apologised Kajal for this. Meanwhile, when the buzzer is on, Vishwa was the first one to touch the door. So, Vishwa and Ravi selected Priya and Priyanka pair as their opponents. They got a challenge of chopping the wooden bars. Whoever chops more bars will be the winners. Vishwa and Ravi chopped 26 bars while Priya and Priyanka chopped only 16 bars. It was unfair for Ravi and Vishwa to choose a pair in which both of them were women as their opponents.

Later Sunny and Manas selected Nataraj master and Lobo. The way Sunny explained the reason for the selection was impressive. This competition was a test of general IQ and teams have to guess whether the given item will float or sink in water. After the game, Manas and sunny team were announced as winners . The contestants who lost the game were seen eating food which was even more tempting for other housemates.

This task will continue tomorrow for other housemates. We need to wait and see who will be the captain this time

Bigg boss season 5 is going on strong despite being telecast in odd timing. After the nominations, debate started in social media about whether male contestants will be eliminated this week. Details as follows.

In Bigg boss season 5, in the first 3 weeks, women contestants left the house. Sarayu left the house first week, Uma in the second week and Lahari in the third week. This was highlighted by Anne master yesterday as she told that definitely male contestants are stronger in this house. Her logical explanation got connected to the audience. This week, total 8 contestants- Nataraj, Lobo, Ravi, Priya, Kajal, siri, Sunny and Annie are in the final nomination list. While Priya, Kajal and Anne master have recently got nominated and saved, Siri’s voting and following is yet to be revealed. At the same time it is to be noted that Anne master was saved earlier with very less margin.

Out of the male contestants, Lobo and Ravi still looking strong despite their mistakes in the house. This leaves Sunny and Nataraj master in danger zone. Even though Bigg boss does not make efforts to balance the counts of male and female contestants in the house, most of the final episodes have a very good balance of male and female contestants. This shows that the eliminations also balances male and female contestants. If we go by that trend, Bigg boss may eliminate male contestants this week. If that is the case, Nataraj master is in totally risky position as his gestures and antics are irritating the audience and his over confidence also not appreciated by the audience.

We need to wait and see whether Bigg boss will eliminate the male contestant this week or not.

Lahari becomes the 3rd contestant to leave Bigg boss house this season after Sarayu and Uma leaving the house in previous weeks. Details as follows.

Priya vs Lahari:

One thing that made the audience engaged to the Big boss show for entire week is the verbal war between Priya and Lahari during the nominations. On the day of nominations, everyone thought Priya made a blunder by slipping her tongue on Lahari and thought she would leave the house this week. However, things have changed drastically after the video about Ravi bad-mouthing about Lahari with Priya came out. Audience supported Priya for sticking to her words.

Out of the 5 housemates nominated third week, Sriram and Priyanka were saved yesterday. Manas was the first contestant to get saved today. So the final battle was between Priya and Lahari. In fact it was the judgement of Bigg boss and the audience on the verbal war between Lahari and Priya. In this judgement, Lahari lost it to Priya and got eliminated. However, Priya said, in a dignified way, that just because she is inside doesn’t mean she is right and just because Lahari is outside, it doesn’t mean she is wrong.

Lahari doesn’t know what her mistake is:

It seems, even in Saturday episode she was very confident about getting saved this week. Especially after Nagarjuna called her a victim, she thought she would have got sympathy votes. But after Manas getting saved she felt nervous. Even after getting eliminated, she told to Nagarjuna that she doesn’t know the reason for her elimination yet.

But the audience know the reason:

But the audience definitely know the reason for her elimination. First thing is that, audience never got connected to her to save her from elimination. It is to be noted that, this is the first time she came into nominations and she was out of the house. In the first week, when she was not in nominations but Hamida and Kajal were in the nominations, she bullied them a lot. At least that’s how it was projected. The way she dragged the issues till the other persons get embarrassed was not liked by many.

Second thing is that- audience usually love the contestants who behave naturally and audience don’t get connected to those who look like masters of Bigg boss game show. Both Ravi and Lahari looked like they are pro in the game. This alienated audience from them. On the other hand Jessie got more votes ( in previous week) because audience see that he doesn’t know the game tactics and just playing in his own style.

Thirdly, Ravi’s Kaushal act and Lahari’s Monal act backfired big time, probably because of the second reason mentioned above. Indeed audience never felt Lahari is victim but they felt, Lahari is trying to capitalise the “victim opportunity” to further her prospects in the show.

Overall, it’s was too early for contestant like Lahari to leave the house. But the fact is that she was sent out of the house as soon as she got nominated. She may think she was made scape goat by Ravi, but the fact is that audience considered each & everything including her behaviour when she was not in nominations.

Bigg boss this week became more engaging due to the verbal war between Priya and Lahari. It seems audiences sympathies are with Priya as per social media reports. The audience are eagerly waiting to know couple of things like- who will leave this week, and whether Nagarjuna will expose Ravi’s statements on Lahari with Priya etc. However anything can happen in Bigg boss house.

Meanwhile today’s episode went on a cool note. Details as follows .

Who is the worst performer of the week?

Bigg boss asked the housemates to name one person who, in their opinion, is the worst performer in this week. Manas named Jessie. Shanmukh, Sriram, Ravi, Nataraj master, Kajal, Siri and Hamida named Manas. Anne named Sunny. Swetha nominated Nataraj master. Vishwa and Lahari nominated Priya. Bigg boss asked the captain Jessie to send the worst performer to the Jail. He sent Manas to jail. Anne and Nataraj were seen discussing that Manas strategically manipulated others to send him to jail.

Lobo entertainment:

Lobo asked Bigg boss to permit him to sleep for 5 minutes and then slept for 5 minutes. Bigg boss gave the warning but immediately Lobo pretended to be not sleeping. Captain Jessie punished himself for this.

Nataraj master wife’s Seemantham

Bigg Boss gave a surprise gift to Nataraj master by showing his wife’s Seemantham function in the house in front of ask the housemates. Nataraj master became extremely emotional by watching this video.

Siri crying for Shanmukh:

Shanmukh has been avoiding Siri for last couple of days. Siri observed this and questioned Shanmukh in one of the previous episodes. But he still didn’t respond to her properly. she had been feeling sad about this. Today also she was seen expressing her pain to Kajal.

Sriram, Hamida and Manas triangle story

Sriram and Hamida were seen flirting with each other. Hamida was seen saying, the way she behaves with Manas is different and the way she talks to him is different. She also said that she cannot understand Sriram. Sriram also seen saying that their relationship is definitely not brother-sister or friendship but it’s something different. Earlier Priyanka was seen teasing with Manas, who is in jail, that who will feed Hamida now in the absence of him. Overall it seems, Bigg Boss makers are preparing ground for a triangle love story between Manas , Hamida and Sriram.

On the whole it was an episode with mixed emotions.

Bigg Boss season 5 is going on cool with right mix of fun and emotions. Only complaint on the show is about telecast time, which is 10 pm, is little late.
In today’s episode, Jessie becomes captain of the house .

Bigg Boss earlier gave a secret task to Ravi to hide necklace of Priya, which he did very easily. He became contender for captaincy task as he did the secret task successfully. Entire house did the skit America Abbayi Hyderabad Ammayi skit very nicely. Jessie, Sriram, and Swetha also became contenders for the captaincy task due to their performance in the skit etc.

Jessie becomes captain:

Bigg Boss gave a captaincy task to the contenders. They have to find the letters of the word”CAPTAIN” from the swimming pool and form the word “captain”. Among all the contenders, Jessie was so quick to finish the task and he was announced as the captain. He selected Shanmukh as ration manager.

First Love:

Bigg Boss asked the housemates to reveal their first love. Siri revealed about her first love who is no more now. Siri could not control herself while talking about him Vishwa revealed about his first love who is also no more. He became emotional while talking about his wife.

Transwoman Priyanka also revealed about her first love who ditched her. She told, she changed her gender to marry him. But he ditched her after being in relation with her for several years. She revealed his rude comments at her while breaking up. She told, she ran after his bike on road to stop him from leaving her. Her story made everyone’s eyes moist.

Annie master’s story was so matured and she explained from her life that telling “I love you” explicitly is not very important if heart is filed with real love.

Nataraj master revealed about his love story with his wife.

Jessie revealed about his first crush who is still his crush. He told he doesn’t know whether she is still single but told if she is single, he is ready to mingle with her.

Priya revealed about her love story with her husband who is not living with her now. She told she is not sure about her current marital status – whether she is separated or divorced or married. Instead of bursting into tears, she explained her most difficult situation in a dignified way and told she loves him whether he lives with her or not.

Kajal regretted the way she behaved with her parents during her first love as she complained to police on her parents.

Lobo entertained even while talking about his first love which is not successful.

Overall it was a nice episode as most of the love stories have emotions and soul in them.

It seems Bigg boss is not fit for senior ladies in recent seasons. In one of the previous seasons, Hema was evicted s as soon as she came into nominations. In the next season, same thing happened with Karate Kalyani. In this season, actress Uma evicted as soon as she came into nominations. Her ( fake) romantic thread with Lobo could not save her. Going by the trend, it looks like Priya is in danger zone this week.

Bigg boss show is watched by many sections including the youngsters. It seems, the young ladies who are beautiful get lot of support from young audience. In the last season Monal was saved for several weeks just because of her glamour though she irritated the audience a lot with her crying. Some youngsters voted for her without bothering about her performance. There’s another argument that Bigg boss makers some times save young ladies just for the sake of glamour despite votings. Punarnavi in season 3 also was saved similarly. In one of the episodes, where she was supposed to be eliminated, there was no evictions at all.

It seems, in the current weak, Priya is in danger zone because of the same reasons. Lahari, Priya and Priyanka are in the nominations this week. If the trend repeats, Priya may get eliminated this week.

In Bigg boss house, Monday is the day of nominations. Most of the times nominations episodes are highly electric and emotional and so is today’s episode.

Retaliations sharing nominations:

Sriram nominated Manas for taking the previous issue very personally. He nominated Ravi for dragging the issue between him and Manas.

Siri nominated Swetha for behaving rude during previous nominations. She nominated Lahari for becoming passive.

Ravi nominated Sriram as a retaliation. He also nominated Jessy for being so childish in the house.

Nataraj master nominated Siri for hurting him by using derogatory words about him. He nominated Kajal for being selfish.

Anne nominated Sriram and Manas for the strength they showed during physical tasks. She advised women contestants to nominate men who are tough competitors for women in physical tasks.

Lobo nominated Priyanka for not being attentive. He nominated Sriram too.

Priyanka nominated Lobo as retaliation. She nominated Jessie for not responding to her friendship.

Manas nominated Sriram as a retaliation. He nominated Ravi too. It seems Manas playing intelligently by nominating the people who are actually his competitors.

Priya vs Lahari: High drama

Lahari nominated Priya and told she is not having rapport with her. Priya retaliated by saying that it is because Lahari is busy with men in the house. She nominated Sriram too.

Priya nominated Lahari and told she was not there with her when she was sick. Priya also mentioned Lahari’s hugs with Ravi at wash room in the mid night. Lahari responded angrily and tried to play victim role by saying it is not correct to say these kind of things on a national channel. She reminded Monal while saying this.

Earlier, Sunny nominated Priya and told she offended him earlier. Priya seemed disappointed with his comments. He nominated Kajal for being over enthusiastic. Priya also nominated Sunny as retaliation. Sunny tried to stand by Lahari. Ravi and Sunny shouted at Priya. Lahari tried to play victim role yet again by leaving the nomination zone. At some point it looked like Priya and Lahari will beat each other. But Priya apologised on her knees later.

It looked like, as Sarayu mentioned after coming out of the house, some of the housemates are playing by colluding with each other. It looked like Priya was targeted by Ravi, Lahari and Co.

The fights in the episode were so intense and the nominations could not be finished in one episode. We need to wait till next episode to know who are all in the nominations.

Actress Uma becomes 2nd contestant to be eliminated from Bigg boss house in season 5

Uma’s elimination was predictable:

Out of the 7 contestants nominated for elimination this weekend, four contestants were saved yesterday itself. Actress Uma, Nata Raj master and Priya were in the danger zone at the start of the today’s episode. Out of these 3, Priya was saved first, and both Natraj master and Uma were seen feeling tensed. Finally when Natraj master got saved, he felt very emotional. Surprisingly, Uma, who was seen as a loudmouth till date, was so calm and dignified while leaving the show.

Last week itself audience felt that Uma will get eliminated as soon as she comes into nominations like actress Hema and karate Kalyani in previous seasons. Her foul language in the house and her nagging behaviour were the main reasons for her elimination. At some point of time, on social media , there was some propaganda that the fans of Karthika Deepam serial voted her in a big way and tried to save her. However, it seems her foul language in the house destroyed her prospects.

Suggestions to housemates:

After she got eliminated, Lobo was seen crying. But the way Uma handled her exit was so smooth and she did not get into any altercations with any of the housemates during her exit. In fact, she gave good suggestions to all the housemates. She advised Shanmukh to play his own game instead of playing for Siri. She advised Lahari to be more proactive. She also asked Lobo to be strong and play his own game.

Siri is the devil in the house:

At the start of the episode Nagarjuna made the housemates play some games, but the games were very routine and boring. In one of the games, housemates were asked to tell who is the devil in the house in their perspective. Most of the housemates named Siri as the devil and it indicates how much negativity she has among the housemates

Also it was birthday of anchor Ravi and he received gift and letter from his family. Kajal read the letter from his daughter and Ravi felt very emotional after listening to the letter.

After fantastic and a star-studded episode yesterday with Ram Charan and Maestro team joining the show, today’s episode looks just average.

Today’s episode started with Bigg boss announcing Sunny’s release from Jail. Lobo and Uma were seen flirting with each other, though it looked fake. Ram Charan and Maestro team joined the house today and made the episode wonderful.

Ram Charan joined the house:

Ram Charan recently became brand ambassador for Disney + Hotstar. Bigg boss makers telecast the ad in which Ram Charan performed as show man and revealed that the ad was immensely liked by the kids. Ram Charan also revealed in the show that Sai Dharam Tej is recovering really fast. Ram Charan also announced that Bigg boss show is number one show not only in Telugu but in India. Nagarjuna told Bigg boss Telugu made Star MAA number one regional channel in the country

Ram Charan’s interaction with Housemates was super cool:

As soon as housemates saw Ram Charan, they went crazy and shouted a lot. They looked so happy knowing Ram Charan is the brand ambassador for Hotstar. Charan interacted with each and every housemate. He recalled Anne doing choreography for Sangeet programs during his sister’s marriage . He poked fun at Ravi and told him not to tease his co-anchors. Priyanka told he has been asking Nagababu and Niharika for a photograph with Ram Charan for so long. Ram Charan spoke spontaneously with Priya. He appreciated Lobo. Shanmukh told he is a very big fan of RCT. Sriram sang Bangaru kodipetta song. Hamida told she had tried to take a photograph with RCT long back but was not successful. Manas told he is also from the same school as Ram Charan and he used to hear lot of stories about him and Rana in the school.

Maestro team in the house:

Ram Charan hosted Maestro team on to the stage. His Camaraderie with Nitin and Tamanna was too good. The way he hosted them proved that he has the ability to handle TV shows too. Nagarjuna appreciated hosting skills of Ram Charan.

Nagarjuna corrected the housemates:

Nagarjuna asked all the housemates to question themselves and whoever believes they have done something wrong has to stand up. Then Nagarjuna reprimanded Uma for using foul language. He has also exposed double standards of Swetha who spoke on humanity. He asked Lobo to quit smoking.

Siri’s fake allegations on Sunny exposed:

Siri alleged on Sunny and told he inappropriately touched her during a task. Audience clearly know that he did not do anything wrong but Siri dragged the discussion and tried to assassin the character of Sunny. In today’s episode, Nagarjuna showed the video and exposed her fake allegations. However Siri cleverly covered herself by saying , during the task it was not clear whether Sunny really put her hand inside her T shirt or not but she thought so.

Anne and Lobo saved from elimination:

In Bigg boss house, Uma, Nataraj, Kajal, Lobo, Annie, Priyanka, Priya were nominated for the elimination this week. As of now, Anne master, Nataraj master and Uma are the bottom 3 even though the order is not clear. Today Anne, Lobo and Priyanka were saved from the elimination. With this, Nataraj master, Uma, Priya and Kajal are still in danger zone

Nagarjuna also made the housemates happy by revealing that the launch episode got 18 points TRP, which is one of the highest in Telugu television history. Overall it was a wonderful episode of Bigg boss this weekend.

Today’s episode in Bigg boss is full of tasks. The sportsperson in the each housemate came out during the tasks.

Bigg boss divided the housemates into 2 teams on Monday . Lobo, Vishwa, Priya, Priyanka, Hamida, Annie, Uma, Sriram and Shanmukh were in one team that is called Eagles team while the rest of them are in Wolf team. After the nominations, Bigg boss gave a series of tasks to these teams.

Task 1: Pantham Needaa Naadaa

The first physical task of the season was “Pantham Needaa Naadaa”. The teams have to collect max battons and the teams fought vehemently during this task. Housemates hid the battons inside their clothes. Yesterday, Bigg boss paused the task and started second task.

Task 2: Saagaraa Sodaraa

During this task, teams have to stand in separate lines and split their legs. They have to extend as long as possible and whichever team stretches more will be the winner. This task was canceled by the Bigg boss as the captains of the teams could not come to an agreement about which team is the winner

Task 3: Aa Gattununtaava Ee Gattununtaava

As part of this task, each team was given a start point, finish line. As soon as buzzer is given, the housemates have to go one by one crawling sitting on the given board till the finish line. In this task, Manas team won the game.

Emotions during the task:

Physical tasks give lot of scope for emotions. During the task, Sriram, who had been maintaining low profile till now, showed his leadership qualities. He also didn’t hesitate to tell Ravi on his face that he is playing a safe game . Sriram was also seen massaging Hamida and a romantic thread seems to have been opened.

Lobo could not play the physical game well and he was seen crying for not being able to do justice for the game. Sweta was seen reconciling with Lobo.

Priya, who was seen behaving dignified till now, was seen challenging and fighting with Sunny. Uma, despite her age, was seen playing the game enthusiastically. Siri, though played well, irritated the audience.

Sunny was seen putting up aggressive posture while fighting with Priya and Siri. This is in contrast to the cool dude posture he has been presenting till now.

After all the three games, one task was won by Wolves team, one by Eagles and one was tie. So, finally, it was a tie between the two teams

Bigg boss season 5 was launched with a jumbo team of 19 members. Even though initially it was confusing to watch so many housemates on the screen, now the audience were accustomed to season 5 housemates. But as per latest reports, Big boss makers are planning to join another beautiful lady as wild card in the next couple of weeks. Details as follows.

TV serial heroine Navya’s name did the rounds before the start of this season as the probable contestant. However she was not seen on the day of launching. With this , many thought Navya entering big boss season 5 was just a rumour. But as per the latest reports, that may not be a rumour and Navya still has chances of joining the house this season. It seems big boss makers are planning to join her into the house as wild card entry after eliminating any one young woman contestant from the House. But there is another rumour that big boss makers are also in talks with anchor Varshini for the wild card entry. Mostly either Navya or Varshini will join in the house as a wild card entry in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

We need to wait and see whether there is truth in these rumours.

Today’s episode started with housemates reconciling with each other after the nominations. Bigg Boss later gave a physical task to the housemates. Housemates were divided into eagles team and Wolves team yesterday during the nominations. The same teams will be fighting with each other today. As always, physical task in Bigg boss house engaged the audience.

Siri vs Sunny fight over “inappropriate touching”:

During the physical task, women contestants complaining on some men for touching them inappropriately during the task is one regular theme in Bigg boss. During season 2, there was a big fight between Bhanu and Kaushal on the same topic. Today, Siri complained Sunny touching her during the task. But Sunny didn’t touch her and he only helped Swetha fight with Siri. It seems Siri intentionally tried to damage Sunny image.

Lobo felt dizzy and opponents called it drama:

Lobo, though entertaining the house, could not play well in physical game. He felt dizzy after some time and this team mates tried to help him. Ravi, who is from opposite team alleged that this is all drama and Vishwa from Lobo team objected this comment and it led to argument between Ravi and Vishwa.

Housemates who didn’t open till now opened up today:

Housemates like Sriram, Shanmukh, Manas who have been maintaining low profile till now opened up during the physical task. Especially Sriram showed anger on Kajal during the task. Manas proved again that he can talk rationally even in the midst of high voltage altercations.

Actress Uma is the senior most person in the Bigg boss house this season. She was not in the nominations first week and Sarayu was eliminated from the house. This week, as Uma is in the nominations, most of the audience are opining that she may get eliminated the weekend. Details as follows

Actress Uma showed her attitude with Annie master in the first week itself. After Annie master spoke to her humbly and told she is the senior, Uma forgave her. It was clear that Uma wants others to recognise and respect her seniority. In addition, she kept reminding that she is a vegetarian and she had a heated argument with Lobo about washing the dishes used for non veg. It looked like she wanted force her superiority on others. The way she used foul language during the nominations shocked family audience. Her behaviour was not accepted by many audience and it may reflect in the votings this week.

Earlier, in previous seasons, Hema and Karate Kalyani were also eliminated by the audience as soon as they came into nominations. Audience could not tolerate the arrogance and haughtiness of these senior actresses. Now, most of the audience of Bigg boss are opining that Uma also may repeat the same this weekend.

Monday is the day of nominations. This week Bigg bond played a small trick for nominations. This made the nomination process interesting. Details as follows

Some housemates thought this grouping is for a task and they warmed up themselves. But later Bigg boss gave a twist and told housemates have to nominate the members belonging to the other group only.

Uma’s foul language during the nominations:

Siri nominated Uma and Nataraj master. Annie master nominated Uma and Kajal. Uma, being a vegetarian, has some concern about washing dishes used for non-veg. Today there was some argument between Uma and Lobo regarding the same topic. This argument was not liked by some housemates and they nominated Uma for this. Viswa too nominated Uma for fighting over a petty issue. She lost control at that point and used foul language. Uma nominated Annie master because of the fight happened over non veg issue. She also nominated Vishwa, again for an issue related to food. Her fight with Annie master looked awkward. Shanmukh nominated Uma for her foul language in the house.

Swetha’s outburst:

Lahari nominated Hamida and Annie master. Hamida retaliated by nominating Lahari. Lobo nominated Swetha and Ravi. Swetha retaliated by throwing off Lobo’s friendship band. She went on and gave a speech on humanity and that won applause from all the housemates. She chided Uma despite being from same team. She supported Annie master despite being from opposite team. However, in the end , she nominated Hamida and while doing so she behaved rude. She also nominated Lobo. Her double standards of talking about humanity and yet behaving rude was questioned by Priya. She apologised for her rude behaviour later.

Tit for tat:

Other housemates nominated those who nominated them. Nataraj master nominated Priya and Priyanka. Sunny too nominated Priya and Priyanka almost for the same reasons. Priyanka retaliated by nominating Nataraj master and Sunny. Manas nominated Lobo and clearly told that he is nominating because Lobo hindered him during Captaincy task. He also nominated Priya. Kajal nominated Vishwa and Annie master. Priya nominated Nataraj master and Sunny and both of them nominated her earlier.

Overall, Uma, Nataraj, Kajal, Lobo, Annie, Priyanka, Priya were nominated for the elimination this week.

Weekend episodes in Bigg boss are always more enjoyable then weekday episodes. This weekend episode also filled with lots of entertainment.

Cat walk:

The weekend episode started with the task of ramp walk. Jesse is the judge for this task. Housemates were divided into pairs and each of the pairs did a ramp walk. Lobo was paired with Uma and he did this task also in an entertaining way. Natraj master and Annie master did ramp walk like a dance.

Anchor Ravi showed his creativity by poking fun at Jessie during this task. He imitated Jessie’s gestures during his fight with Annie master. Shanmukh was paired with Priya and he looked uncomfortable. Manas and Lahari did it like professional models. Finally, the pair who won the task was Priyanka and Swetha. Singer Sriram and Siri gave a surprise performance as they portrayed a nice chemistry between them.

Do you know me and surprise revelations:

Then again there was a task in which housemates were divided into pairs. Each of them will be tested on how much they know about their partner.

During this task, Vishwa revealed that Shanmukh keeps talking about Deepthi Sunayana (Bigg Boss 2 contestant). He also revealed that Shanmukh had tattoos of the letters D and S on his hands.

When Nagarjuna asked what is hidden talent in Sunny, Lahari told he does something like ventriloquism. Nagarjuna asked him to try and he said, “Nagarjuna, I love you”. Though none understood, Nagarjuna got it right.

During this task, Jessie asked Siri, why she got engaged so early. in fact it was a news to the audience. She cleverly replied that, she didn’t know person like Jessie will join her on the house.

Sarayu was portrayed as lady Arjun Reddy during this task.

Also, Priya revealed Priyanka’s crush on singer Sriram.

Most of the housemates gave correct answers when the question was about personal life of other housemates. This indicates that, most of the contestants know each other outside the house itself. This is actually defeating the concept of Bigg Boss, which is to see how the housemates behave with others who are not well known to them outside and mostly from a different backgrounds.

Nick names for housemates:

Lobo was given a task to give Nick names to the housemates. He utilised this opportunity also and served fun to the audience. He called Ravi Milky boy, Siri butterfly, and Sunny chocolate. The way he avoided giving nick names to Uma and Lahari was funny.
